Hi Rasheed, thank you for your review! Regarding your first point, I am not sure what you are referring to in terms of taking too much time. I see that your shipment was processed and completed within a very reasonable timeframe. You requested the consolidation on Saturday, the 17th, and it was completed the next business day, being Monday the 19th. After that the payment for the shipment was not received until yesterday, Wednesday the 21st, and was cleared the same day. Your shipment also shipped from our warehouse yesterday, the 21st, and is currently in transit to you. I do not believe this constitutes as taking too much time.
Speaking to your point that we are more expensive than the other, yes, it is possible that our shipping charges may be higher than the other you are referring to. Having said this, compared to the rest of the industry our pricing is very competitive, especially when considering that we have no membership or monthly fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage on every one of your packages for 45 days.
Yes, unfortunately we did have to remove the one item from your shipment. This was due to the fact it falls under a particular hazmat classification, ID8000, which is a type of dangerous good we cannot ship to your country through our partner carriers. We recognize it is not an ideal situation, and unfortunately we see cases like this each week here, but we're always happy and willing to assist with a resolution as best we can.
