Very easy to set up an account, and when items are delivered i am notified by email very quickly and being provided with an image of the delivered items has been very helpful. However the shipping costs are extremely high especially when the weight of the items are only 2lbs. Nonetheless, so far service has been excellent.

I dont know if it had to be with the way the carriers handling your shipments guys, but Fedex not the best... high expensive rate with a continuing delay on the deliveries.

I can see that you shipped a 10 pound package with us and paid on dimensional weight. When dimensional weight exceeds scale weight, the shipping price is calculated using the dimensional weight. This is standard for international shipments. Our customers see the most cost savings using our consolidation and repack services with the goal of creating a shipment that is billed by the scale weight. Regarding the need to verify the card on your account to use for payments, I do apologize for the inconvenience of that, however once that verification is complete you won't have to do it again! I do not see any communication with our support team regarding the verification of your card, and due to that I see the payments made for verification purposes were not refunded back to you. Our protocol is to refund those verification payments once things have been validated and confirmed, so I will go ahead and have both of those refunded back to your card now so all is square!

I took a look into your account history and can see there is a reasonable explanation for what you are describing here, and can also see that you have been receiving some guidance and assistance from our customer support team, too. It appears that many of the specific items you are shipping are classified as hazmat, and when this is the case there are certain rules and regulations we must follow regarding packing and shipping such items. This includes only a certain number of items with lithium-ion batteries being allowed per box or per shipment, as well as some hazmat classifications (Class 9 ID8000, for example) not being able to be shipped to your destination country through our partner carriers. We can absolutely recognize the inconvenience this causes and apologize for that, and again I do see that our support team has been in regular contact to continue to assist with clarifying and helping ensure you receive your orders and items accordingly. We do have a portion of our website dedicated to such items and their significance and impact when it comes to international shipping, and will always advise contacting our team at support@stackry.com anytime there may be a question about the impact these items could have an a shipment.

We do all we can to provide the lowest price possible for our customers while continuing to have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when ordering to our warehouse. Regarding delays of parcels in transit, this is something that is out of our control, and unfortunately, can sometimes be out of the carriers control as well. For example, I see that the shipment you are referring to arrived to you nine days after it was picked up from our warehouse, and there was a slight customs clearance delay when importing it into your country. Customs clearance and delays are not something carriers control, as each country's clearance protocols and procedures are unique. For your shipment it appears the goods were subject to regulatory review, however the agency needed to carry out that review was closed at the time of arrival, leading to the minor delay. This was cleared up within two days time and delivered accordingly.
