You over paid me. I'm never choosing your system again!.
I feel horrible about my purchase thanks to your company. Also no one would reply to me until I brought it! Horrible company! I do not recommend it. Next time respect your customers a little more.
We are humans with all the same problems money issues. And thanks to your service, for an poster that is worth 28 dollars normally I paid 116 dollars all up for it.
Thanks never buying anything again from you.
If it is being shipped with fed ex will I have to pay more for Australia shipping because if so you are cruel company taking from a girl who has to be on disability support. I hope your happy, because I'm not.

Received contradicting information from your teams. Parcels left over a weekend (no indication anywhere that you're shut weekends). My goods were left outside for two days and contact your team at the first thing on the Monday morning to ask if they were received. I was told they were not received and therefore stolen. I reordered all the items and then a few days later, the packages miraculously appeared in my received packages. No contact from your teams to say what happened. Email queries were left ignored. Overall not a great experience so finding it very difficult to score you anything more than 1 star. Quite frankly, I'm concerned I won't receive the items because of the experience. It's also left me questioning whether to take my business to a competitor like Shippn based on the way I've been treated. The jury is out...

A lot of things went wrong, which was a nightmare. So one star off. But the Service Assistant was brilliant and helped me out with everything. Without her, I would have given up. So not great for the actual process, but the most stars possible for Mya, the Support Assistant. Thank you. PS This overseas shipping 'by proxy' is a great idea - the shipping cost has prevented me from buying art materials from the USA in the past few yrs. If the actual online process was a bit less problematic, it would be five stars plus. Thanks again, esp tp Maya.

Great, fast and clear

I've tried several forwarding mailboxes companies and i could say that Stackry was fast with good options and had me updated on every step they took regarding my shipments even after it was delivered.
The only negative is the somewhat high price but at least they dont charge an annual fee.

Things i think would improve the service much more is if it had free pictures for every shipment and more options for shipping like adding fragile stickers and if i didn't have to state every item in the box that they dont provide info of.

Was having trouble making payment

Was having trouble making payment. My credit card seems to be fine and a pre-authorization went through but kept giving me an error saying insufficient amount. Same thing happened when trying paypal. Had to try a few times to get through.

This is ridiculously expensive and the charge for an incorrectly addressed package is unfair given I am already paying a service fee on top of everything else. That mistake was not within my control, the company made it. I won't be using this service again. Ridiculous.

Easier and smoother than expected (first time using this service) although I initially tried to use bitcoin for payment, which is awesome that the service is offered but there seemed to be an error with this payment method (it was requesting way too many coins) so opted for paypal instead

My parcel arrived 2 days in advance to Dubai. Their service was impeccable. I recommend Stackry to anyone in need of shipping from the US. Their shipping and insurance costs are excellent and better than the rest and their referral feature provides good discounts too.
The best part is that they have no hidden charges like other services who quote lower shipping fees and then bombard you with absurd charges for other things.

This was my first experience. I found the people (Veronica, Gwen and Ryan) who I spoke with very friendly, professional and helpful.
My only complaint is about the consolidation email. It lacked directions for me to go to my account dashboard to finalize shipping. My package sat in your warehouse for another 2 days before it was shipped. Luckily I did not incur any storage fees. But overall I would use your service again. Thank you.

Buyer beware
October 11, 2021

My package didn't arrive and worth close to $1000 cnd. They have been absolutely terrible to deal with and now won't even return emails. They said I needed to file a police report which I did, but it didn't matter, still nothing from them. I will never use this company again. Very shady and they don't care if your package doesn't arrive. Fedex was very apologetic but said any recourse is the responsibility of Stackry. Unbelievable. Definitely not worth the risk.

I love this site and it's integration. There are just a couple of weird things.It's odd how during address confirmation, elements of your address can be pushed up to the previous line. I also wish there were some better low-cost options for shipping to Canada

I used to use ARAMEX SNS. But I was recommended to use Stackry on reddit. Never going back. They saved me so much money with the consolidation. And the package arrived 4 days later all the way from USA to my doorstep in UAE. They really handle the goods as if its their own. 6/5. Definitely recommend.

The title says it all. Took about a week to recieve the goods once shipped. Waaay more cost effective than shipping things individually from their respective websites, although I'd recommend this for small things weighing >1Kg.

It cost me to ship a single small portable battery 3 times the price to actually buy the product itself. Also, it can't be consolidated with other shipments I bought. I am disappointed. These things should have been made clear.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our pricing on this shipment. I took a look and can see that it was a dangerous goods shipment, which unfortunately, due to international regulations, requires us to use a certain box size and comply with proper packing instructions for the particular hazmat type. Based on the regulations outlined by the FAA, IATA and our shipping partners, loose lithium ion batteries and power banks cannot be consolidated with any other goods. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers.
