Service in a Flash

I have been using plenty of other forwarding service since 2003 but not convinced at all. Stackry Service impressed me so much not only that but also shipping rates are very reasonable. Will introduce all my friends. Trustworthy and Seasonable partner out in USA.

I've been a very old member with stacker. This was never appreciated, I had to wait for more than the 3 business days stated on your page for my shipment to get consolidated and therefore I've missed my moms birthday. Plus, prices are relatively higher than any other website.

I am so, so impressed with stackry's ease of use. Their website has been expertly designed from the customer's point of view - they clearly know their stuff when it comes to logistics, but it's made so simple for me to use. Their instructional wizards explaining the steps required are a great feature as well; I have sometimes seen these on other websites on first visit, but was really impressed when I logged in to stackry and got a new tutorial because I had received my first package. Really just amazed at how easy and straightforward they make something which would have otherwise been difficult or impossible for me to organise on my own. I have been raving about the service to any friends and family who will listen. Love it!

The shipping address was wrong

The shipping address was wrong. I sent two emails asking how to edit the address and received only an FAQ reply on how to add a new address to my account. Finally I called, which incurred long distance charges and it was quite easy to make the correction by phone. Question: Why could I not do that myself. You should have a way to edit incorrect information online.

Another issue is with your insurance coverage. If I get insurance will the cover shipping costs as well as the declared value of items? I found your description ambiguous.

In the plus column, your call centre is great. Short wait time and knowledgeable helpful staff.

I haven't found an easy way to declare items on your website when these are shipped in multiple boxes to you with multiple tracking numbers. If we could combine shipments received prior to declarations that would be easier.

I really don't understand the need for the extensive "tour" of this easy to use app. And after all those 15 steps there is a "start tour" button on every page, more prominent than the "next" button. I feel treated like an infant.

Stackry is the go to in term of shipping forwarding services. They wont destroy your box but dhl might. Fedex are usually more cautious. The packaging are extra secured (a lot of cardboard) and they offer many options. Customer support is quite good, nothing bad to say from the two times i had to contact them. I truly recommend over almost 5 years doing business with them.

Top service.

Been using Stackry Shipping company for a while now and so far its very good. Had to follow up on shipments and they were excellent at replying to my emails and resolving any issues. Overall, excellent service, could not be easier. Swift, efficient, no problems. Best way to send a parcel abroad.

Amazing customer service

First time shipping items from the US to the UK and indeed using Stackry and I can honestly say that they are truly amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. They were very prompt in responding to my queries and requests both via phone and email. They really proactively helped with my package consolidation to try to keep shipping costs down and you get a good few options to pick from for your shipping. Their charges are very minimal for such an A class service.As a first timer I felt they held my hand through the whole process, explained things clearly to me and shipped my product promptly. Would definitely recommend and use them in all my shipping transactions from the US. Great job guys!

AVOID at all costs!

I ordered a coffee machine shipped from the US to Mexico.

Firstly, it was really disappointing the lack of communication from Stackry/Fedex regarding the Customs charges. I understand that these are outside their control, but I did not receive any notification that charges were owing until after attempted delivery. If Stackry had bothered to contact me first, I could have arranged payment before hand, delaying the delivery of my item significantly.

On delivery, it turns out the water tank of the coffee machine had been smashed. I immediately reported it to Stackry giving pages of information, and after hearing nothing for three weeks they had the cheeck to respond that the item was not covered as it was a fragile item like glassware. It's made of sturdy plastic!

This is despite paying for the additional insurance. Lesson learnt, avoid like the plague!

Very disappointed with this company, will be the last time I use them due to a few reason. Receiving country Tax is being charged when under the New Zealand customs rules, the fourth shipping option that was advertised is not available once going through to the final payment making the overall cost a lot higher.

Plus why there is consolidation fee!?
Other company like Fishisfast consolidate for free and you can keep your items for 180 days
Try to improve cause this shipment is my last.

It's great that I can buy from the US, but the shipping prices here seem high? Stackry DHL courier left my first package in a compromising spot (in the open space of my mailbox, right on the street, instead of safer at my door) and it got stolen. Hopefully round 2 will go better...PO Box.

You over paid me. I'm never choosing your system again!.
I feel horrible about my purchase thanks to your company. Also no one would reply to me until I brought it! Horrible company! I do not recommend it. Next time respect your customers a little more.
We are humans with all the same problems money issues. And thanks to your service, for an poster that is worth 28 dollars normally I paid 116 dollars all up for it.
Thanks never buying anything again from you.
If it is being shipped with fed ex will I have to pay more for Australia shipping because if so you are cruel company taking from a girl who has to be on disability support. I hope your happy, because I'm not.

Received contradicting information from your teams. Parcels left over a weekend (no indication anywhere that you're shut weekends). My goods were left outside for two days and contact your team at the first thing on the Monday morning to ask if they were received. I was told they were not received and therefore stolen. I reordered all the items and then a few days later, the packages miraculously appeared in my received packages. No contact from your teams to say what happened. Email queries were left ignored. Overall not a great experience so finding it very difficult to score you anything more than 1 star. Quite frankly, I'm concerned I won't receive the items because of the experience. It's also left me questioning whether to take my business to a competitor like Shippn based on the way I've been treated. The jury is out...

A lot of things went wrong, which was a nightmare. So one star off. But the Service Assistant was brilliant and helped me out with everything. Without her, I would have given up. So not great for the actual process, but the most stars possible for Mya, the Support Assistant. Thank you. PS This overseas shipping 'by proxy' is a great idea - the shipping cost has prevented me from buying art materials from the USA in the past few yrs. If the actual online process was a bit less problematic, it would be five stars plus. Thanks again, esp tp Maya.
