Good service, however, it would be nice to have more upfront info on how much you could end up spending on shipping if you arent careful. Depending on how I went about my package shipment the shipping costs ranged from $60 all the way up to $600. Yes I saved, in theory, that extra $550 which is good and the point of the service. But It's not overly clear how you are coming up with these savings, to a new person. Cheers!
Very expensive way to post items to Australian especially when the seller doesn't tell you that they don't post to Australia until after you purchase item and then told you have to Create an account with a third party to have your item posted. Meanwhile you pay the posted to get it to the third party warehouse and then another $40 AUD to have it shipped from them to Australia.
Would've been nice to be told this info prior to purchasing!
الفكره توفير قيمة الشحن والفعلي هو عكس ذلك تماماً فأفضل عدم إستخدام هذه الشركة والإعتماد على الشحن التقليدي للبريد السعودي الحسبة تكون على اساس الكيلو وليس الباوند وأقل بكثير.
ملاحظه هامة قيمة الشحن تعادل قيمة المشتريات تقريباً.
اسعار الشحن الى العراق جدا غالية ومبالغ فيها
وكانت تجربا سيئة جدا ولا انصح احد بالشحن على هذا الشركة وانا تورطت ولم اشحن على هذا الشركة ابدا

لقد تواصلت معنا هاتفيا وتم اخبارك ان تكلفة الشحن العراق عالية نتيجة نسبة المخاطرة في الشحنة, وكما اخبرناك ان الشحنة نفسها تكلفة شحنها الى المملكة العربية السعودية هي نصف قيمة شحنها الى العراق, وهذا الامر ليس بيدنا,

نعتذر جدا عن هذا الازعاج الذي اصابك ولكن
ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن
ونحن نحاول ابقاء اسعارنا اقل مايمكن يما يتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها,

Beware of "apparent weight" and package size/weight round-ups.
What was actually charged v. what was calculated using shipping rates was almost double for me.
I was weary using a site like this I have never heard if for purchases but I have never had an issue so far, the shipping has been super fast on Stackrys part and the packaging has been fantastic for overseas packages
1/ Service seems good. Overall I like it.
2/ WEB site needs clarification of and more information in some of the screens. Logically moving from stage to stage is somewhat confusing.
3/ A 'Help Screen' or a FAQ section would be worth putting together.
3/ WEB support system using prepackaged answers to questions needs work. Pre programmed answers are fine if you know the exact questions that the system has been programmed for. Otherwise it's a frustrating exercise and a waste of time.
