Consolidation fee was a bit too much than what I expected, especially since most of my orders where place together from the someplace however Amazon decided to send them separately. Plus i think there needs more cheaper shipping options if I may have to stop using this stackry.

Storage fee continued to be charged after consolidation was requested. Delay in consolidating was at your end.
Surprisingly higher postage cost than my previous shipments.
Will reconsider before using this service again

Consolidation resulted in the same weight and size of the parcel, and the same shipping rate, but I was still charged for it. Shipping rates only showed that the cheapest offer didn't include the possibility to ship liquids at the last possible stage.

Excellent until my latest issues with breakages where I received a heartless rude email from one of your managers which basically told me to shop elsewhere- have never been dealt with so rudely before

These guys are really good at what they do. Stackry consolidated 6 boxes into one and only needed 36 hours to get the whole shipment into my hands in British Columbia in pristine condition, all for a reasonable price. Thank-you very much.

Flaky experience. Website not working, had to go through the pay/send cycle several times. Very frustrating and many hours wasted! If you have tech issues - put a note on your site and get a better sever farm

Having the opportunity for combined shopping and physical inspection prior forwarding to remote countries is great. However, Stackry has unique rules governing what they will mail such as pepper spray which is legal in my country and other products they avoid seem to be way over the edge of paranoia leaving me somewhat disappointed in the end. Service was excellent or would have rated it far less.

Stackry is an amazing mail forwarding company. Easy to use website that explains everything perfectly, fast consolidation and shipping, and products arrive in excellent condition. Now a loyal customer.

Not satisfied with the prohibited items policy. Leather pistol holster, is it considered a prohibited item, please reconsider or look for an alternative shipping company

First try no shipping options, they only became available when I logged back on, also very expensive for such a small package, so I wont make a habit of buying things this way. Are larger packages more economical?

No complaints really, except that I didn't think that repackaging/consolidating meant throwing away individual boxes/wrapping/protection for the items. Probably saved me money in shipping weight, though, so satisfied overall. But if you buy fragile/delicate stuff then may need to let them know to keep the packaging.

Generally good/smooth, but the shipping costs were rather higher than anticipated this time around. Obviously variation expected based on weight/dimensions, but as an infrequent user, consolidation doesn't help me. I'll think twice before using again.

I tried to use their email support and it's been painful in terms of waiting for responses. They're much faster via chat during their business hours. System appears a little too strict and will not be using again.

First experience with Stackry. Forwarding 1 package today to get an idea of how cost effective and efficient the service is, but may bundle orders in feature. Seamless workflow and customer experience so far.

Simply put Stackry's processing speed is 5 days faster than comgateway. If you have a question you receive a forthright reply. My last shipment included two sets of ceramic bowls which were perfectly packed w extra bubble wrap. All 8 pieces arrived in perfect condition

Stackry provides a great service for when we want to buy specific products that don't ship outside the US. They hold your purchases carefully until you have everything you bought consolidated in one shipment.
