Ordered two dresses in blue and red. Both dresses came up slightly small in size, the blue one averagely stitched; but the red one is terribly sewn. The sale label is stitched into the side of the dress (so this cannot be taken off without undoing the whole dress), the thread on the lace is loose and bare on numerous parts of the dress, the inner pads on the burst are I'll-fitted, the list goes on. I ordered these dresses for two one in a life time special occasions and I am now left without a dress for my first occasion that is in less than two days. I have contacted Stacees, and have been passed onto their after-sale people who have not bothered to respond to my email. They leave me with no choice than to put on a review stating how disappointing their service has been.

Bought a dress with Stacees but it didn't fit you would assume like all other clothing companies that with proof of purchase I would be able to get a refund. No. They gave me a merry dance and refused to give me a full refund insisted that I send the parcel back tracked from uk to China at my own expense whilst also telling me that my parcel might get lost in transit (which happens a lot apparently) and therefore they are not liable/required to give me a refund. Just had an email from them saying they will give me a full refund if I take my negative review down. Not a chance I'm not the first person they have fooled out of money and mine was paltry compared to what is listed in some of the other reviews. Hopefully people read these reviews and don't shop with them.

Waste of time ordered a dress it came but was nothing like the picture when your dress comes their is no invoice return label with it, i have sent around 30 emails to them asking for the return address but they just email you back with a question i sent my fist email and they said don't worry we have a 14 day return policy we will help 4 weeks later and 30 emails they say they don't offer returns as all dresses are made to order now they want to now how many bridesmaids their are and they will do a deal for me if i buy more dresses just a joke on the website if you click the HELP chat they just say this is for sales only you will get a email just wait for the email if you do order from them be carful about size i but my sizes and the dress was way to big and you will never get you money back from them wish i seen the reviews before i ordered i question all the excellent reviews think they will be fore staff etc

I ordered 9 bridesmaids dresses and 1 mother of the bride outfit and they were beautiful. There was a lot of too-ing and fro-ing because of how many I needed but on the day all my girls were happy.

I started the process about a year before so as to make sure I had plenty of time to get things right. On the pink dresses the backs were sheer which looked beautiful on the younger girls but my MOH and chief bridesmaids wanted theirs in chiffon so you couldn't see through it. Stacees where able to make this adjustments without a problem... The only thing was even though I provides the exact measurements some of the dresses (mainly the grey ones) needed quite a bit of alteration which was costly. My mum's dress was lovely but a bit tight due to the cotton lining so we got our local dress maker to let it out and take it out the lining which was fine. Really happy with them...

I bought a dress last year from this company and I was happy enough with it. So I bought another one this year. I was shocked at the quality and fit. The cut was the weirdest thing - it was falling off me in front, the shoulders were huge, and I couldn't zip it up in back.

So I contacted them and told them the problem and asked for a refund. I measured the dress and it was not made to the measurements I ordered. After more than 20 emails back and forth they offered me a small portion of the cost in refund and refused to give me return shipping. It would have cost me more to ship it than they would have given me on a refund.

So I'm out 200 dollars and no dress. Customer service is horrible. They are rude, condescending and legalized thieves.

I would leave zero stars, if it was an option.

I ordered 2 x dresses from this terrible website - I specifically ordered 1 x standard Size 8 and 1 x standard Size 10 and expressed in my order email that I didn't want any bespoke sizes making, in case I didn't like the dresses when they arrived. They expressed no issue with this and sent me standard sized dresses.

The dresses were terrible quality - rough, scratchy fabric and - most irritatingly - they were ROSE GOLD when the colour I had requested was CHAMPAGNE GOLD. They were very pink in colour.

As these were for my bridesmaids and my wedding colour theme is gold and cream, they were unsuitable.

I requested a return address and a refund; the company are refusing and have offered me a £20 refund - I spent £189 on these dresses. £20 is an insulting offer.

Please, PLEASE stay away from this company - 100% NOT worth buying from them: zero after-care and the products are NOT as advertised.

Ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. None of which were perfect. A couple were too long and they had little brown/black dots on them in lines over the top body bit. But I thought no one would see them. Then the last dress was tried on and it was awful. The sides were like puckered. They didn't sit flat and had lumps coming out and the straps were longer than the rest. I have emailed stacees numerous times about it and their first response was iron it. (which considering the way they were packaged mad sense) however this did not work. So I emailed again and have had a couple of responses saying take it to your local seamstress. I have asked to speak to management but they keep ignoring that part. After looking to write a review on stacees website it seems they only publish the 5 star reviews so innocent people buying of there website are oblivious to what they could potentially end up with! I would never recommend this website! The website is a co.uk one but they definitely aren't. Some of the responders struggle to out a sentence together!

Do not Buy anything from this company! Service is awful they do not accept any returns whatever the problem is with the dress we had an issue with the colour & the type of Material originally ordered their final answer after 30 emails was to keep the dress as the shipping is very expensive to send back & said next time we would order they would give a discount absolute madness as if I would ever buy again off of them! NEVER! Also the UK contact are useless & redirect your Returns to the returns department also known as "Service" which I believe are based in Asia as their typical reply is between 2am/4am UK time. My Daughter is so distraught about all of this she does not want to go to her Prom. I have learnt a lesson never to buy off of Stacees. Co. Uk ever again & I will spread the word to everyone!
