I ordered a dash pad and it did not fit and it had a defect in it, they would not send me a return ticket so i told them i am shipping it back and expect a refund a refund on my part and shipping, Tiffany told me they would refund my money on part and shipping. I waited to hear from them and when I did not hear from them I emailed them and Tiffany said I looked at the threads and do not see were anyone said they would pay for return shipping and I told her she said I would get a refund on shipping, have heard nothing back from them at all, no return on part or shipping, do not do business with this company at all. Just so everyone knows that what I said is true I am signing this with my name.

Ordered item # DPC858 pump to carb fuel line for new style Holley carb with 3/8 inlets and 8 5/8 spread between inlets as advertised on page 117 of there latest catalog. They sent item # FPC69ZZ which is for 5/16 lines with a 9 3/8 spread. When I called about the mix up I was told I received what was ordered. I was given a RMA number to return at my expense. Just another example of companies selling parts they know nothing about.
Cheap Taiwan parts sold as top quality restoration parts. Wavy dented and grinder marks. Customer service claims only for daily driver use unlike catalog description.
I'm rewiring a1964 Chevy 2 and my better half picked me up a wiring diagram book. Very awesome... I leave it in the trunk at car shows it looks totally vintage...
Box arrived within reasonable amount of time. I haven't opened box yet due to knee surgery. Assuming all parts are inside I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

I am still waiting to hear back on my trunk that was damaged in shipping. My claim has been filed a d have not heard back yet on what will be taking place.
I had a front bumper and header panel molding on order for 6 months with another company, gave up on them and ordered from Ground Up and had my bumper and molding 3 days later, quick delivery and priced right with parts in stock I know where I'll order from next time.
Ordered fenders, gave all info. Waited on shipping charge. Once recieved i emailed them said i was ok with it. They email back said to call with card info. I told them i already gave it on my order along with phone and shipping address. The said they didn't have even though i was looking at my account page. My bank account showed payment pending. Said they wouldnt ship if i didnt call and give my
Credit info so i canceled order. My bank account still says payment pending 3 days later. My self will not do business with this company. Buyer beware.

Purchase Bumper Brackets for a 1969 el Camino online, called back 5 minutes later to add the parking lot lenses and gaskets but still didn't qualify for shipping which was okay but the lady said she would give me a 10% discount to cover it and I said THANKS! Received the parts 7 days later but when I opened the box it was the wrong parts and no parking light lenses or discount. I called the next day and told them they sent the wrong part but the box is labeled with the correct part number. He asked for pictures so I sent them. He received them when we were talking and said he would send them to the warehouse and told me just to wait for someone to call me back. I asked what happened to my parking lenses and he said who did you speak with? I said I didn't ask because I didn't have any reason to assume something would go wrong. Then he said sorry can't do anything for you, order them again. Nobody called me back so I called the next day. On hold for 35 minutes! The man opened up my file and put me on hold for another 10 minutes. Came back and said they would send me a label and when they receive the wrong part would ship the parts I ordered. I said why are you waiting to send me what I paid for? He then said okay we will send the right part today but bill you again and then refund me for the WRONG parts when they receive them. I asked him why I am being penalized for your mistake? I got frustrated and said just cancel the order and send me the label and he said okay "have a nice day!" (AKA. F-U)

Ordered a carpet for my chevelle and mind you i had a car show pending so i ordered it on time only to receive a carpet for a nova and not even the right color and not only that they inconvenience you by sending you a return label and you have to go drop it off at a UPS location. I had to go out of my way to return their error and had to wait for them to receive the carpet and only then will they ship my order.
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE…
Love the prices and quality of the parts. Had some backorder items that im still waiting on but when I reached out to them they were quick with a response. Will be ordering a lot more very soon
If you are going to offer free shipping over $350 dollars then do it. You cannot take my free shipping away after after I nake my purchase.

I Received my parts in a timely manner. I was pleased that all the parts came in 1 shipment. The boxed the items came in was well cushioned and none of parts were damaged. Thank you
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. From start to finish and I ended up having to cancel the majority of my order. First call to them I spoke with Bob (who I was never able to get ahold of again, never returned my call after numerous messages and emails) who said all the parts were in stock with them or dynacorn. Great, so I placed the order online. After placing the order I had to reach out a week later as I got no update. They then said that more then half was out of stock. I had to call back 3 times until I spoke to a competent employee who verified the parts were indeed in stock with their distributor. I received my first delivery of the parts ss396 / ground up had in their warehouse. This package was completely missing two items on the packing slip. I was then told the remainder of the order would ship in 3-4 weeks from dynacorn direct, even though they were supposed to be in stock? Anyway, i waiting over 4 weeks and had to reach out again. They came back with another 3-4 weeks with no explanation or apology. I have never received worse customer service from a automotive parts company before, especially on a $4500 order.
