Unless you're in to oppressive measures, I wouldn't pay a dime for a service trying to cause subversive attacks on me by broadcasting songs in a line up and tainted with RFid in attempts to cause trance state with goal of causing financial loss and physical injury. No thank you Spotify; your company is on notice. You cannot get away with such subversions. Your participation in such violates our rights as consumers, civilians, and humans. Stop your extra judicial punishment and torture tactics immediately. I can't wait for the American public to catch up and understand your attack.
I have been using Spotify for the past 3 years, I started out on the free trial and was so hooked I signed up for premium. As an added bonus, College students get the service for $5 a month, 50% of of the regular price. Not only can you make endless playlists, but they create playlists based on music you listen to. I have found tons of new music from listening to these playlists and also the "discover weekly". You also are able to share music people through iMessage, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Twitter through a link that Spotify sends directly. Definitely will continue to use this for years to come!
I bought a song for my wife for mother's day and paid extra to have it available
At anytime on spotify. Long story short the app takes total control of your phone tirns on randomly when you turn it off and won't let yiu search for uour songs. It sucks and I would leave ZERO stars if it was an option. I hate this app it is worthless.
I never had any issues with Spotify so far. I had a free version for a long time and there were just too many ads playing in between, so when I upgraded during the big sale for three months, I can't even think of going back to the free one. What's best is that it has those personalised mix playlists and even podcasts. Now listening to music legally can't be better.
Spotify is very good at predicting songs in the same mood than what was previously playing and creating playlists tailored to your wants, however they lack a place where all of your songs can be seen. This forces you to continuously play from playlists, and you forget about songs you enjoy that aren't in those playlists.
There is also no way to see what songs will be playing next if none are selected.
Could definitely use an upgrade in these parts.
I was having some trouble with my subscription and reached out to SpotifyCares support. They were absolutely wonderful! When I first reached out I was contemplating maybe switching to another service! I'd been conflicted because I love Spotify but the numbers just weren't adding up on my monthly bills. It was way too much for what I could pay.
Not only did they reach back out to me in record time! But they explained exactly what was occurring with my bills and helped me get back to the right monthly payment. Thank you so much for your kindness and help! Would definitely recommend both Spotify and their support to anyone. Wonderful service!
One add per few songs is annoying enough. You can't even have the option of skipping it once an add begins. Unessessary attempts at greedster money grabbing. Being forced to listen to adds is the way your app gets deleted off my phone. To force users to pay $10 a month to not get bombarded by adds is shameful greedster behavior.
Spotify has evolved from a repository of my personal favorites to something much more complex in recent years. The suggested songs "based on my playlist" and "enhance" feature have allowed me to find new interesting songs I hadn't heard before. I do think the algorithm still tends to pigeon-hole me somewhat because I have a lot of 80's and 90's music. I don't necessarily want to hear more 80's and 90's music, I lived through it and know what's out there. There is just a lot of 80's and 90's music in my playlist because there was more good music then. Good music now as well, just fewer songs. Most are highly produced and market tested, not original. Please, Spotify, realize I just like solid songs! All in all though, Spotify is great
I enjoy using spotify most days. I especially enjoy the integration with smart devices, now. I do wish my spotify account would work with my Fitbit - that annoys me at the moment.
Besides my (and many other fitbit owners) small problem, the spotify service has grown from strength to strength. The inclusion of podcasts was brilliant and hopefully, more content will be added - how about audiobooks? That's my 2p's worth!
Maybe sometime soon, we will see movies, music videos and much much more from a top tier streaming service?
I use this product and the app every day and highly recommend it to everyone - it's worth every penny and with the inclusion of more services with increased competition, this will be a great service to watch, grow and develop further.
Spotify is the worst. I spent an hour downloading music for my kids. Only to find that this bull$#*! app will only play 5 seconds of any song I chose. I did trouble shoot online. I have no shuffle music option or any other bull$#*! extra crap to play my music. It advertised select songs to your play list and play and enjoy. Lies. Lied to me. Lied to my children.
This site is amazing. It allows you to listen to free music legally. Only small downside is that even though they have lots and lots of song, they dont have every song like Itunes. But would you want to spent $1 on every song you listen too, or just hear it for free.
Great service, I've been a premium user for many years and plan to continue for many more. They offer millions of songs for a correct price with the possibility to play music on a wide variety of devices and platforms.
I've been a loyal Premium Spotify customer since 2013. In 2019 I was oferred Hulu for free as a perk for Spotify users... during this time I upgraded my plan to a family plan and then switched back to Premium plan. Spotify said I no longer qualify for the free Hulu offer and refuse to reinstate this. Then, when I tried to share my dissatisfaction, I was on the live chat for almost 2 hours since there was so many lags and disconnections with their online support (you can not call). I'm so disappointed that I am looking into another platform to stream music--this is the worse customer (lack therof) service I've ever experienced.
I use the free. When I agree to watch a video to get 30 minutes ad free music thats what I expect to get. Lately the ads are about every 10 minutes then I might get 7 minutes of music then more ads! So frustrating! I will not be forced to pay for this. I will delete the app and move on
I use the free version, it's AWESOME. I will never use Pandora again. Ads aren't too frequent and they don't play the same song a million times. I like being able to search by specific song or artist. I can even follow my friends playlists.
Spotify drives you nuts with their covid bs advertisement they claim 30 minutes no advertisement which is a lie if you give them a thumb down they will repeat that advertisement on your site over and over and over I guess that's free music... nothings free you got a pay for it by listening to commercials not even in your area promoted a150 miles from you...
Spotify canceled my subscription w/o approval. I've had Spotify for a long time and have always been a fan, Except for now. My subscription was canceled without my consent and now I'm not allowed to get the Premium package that I purchased. I can't just renew it now to what I signed for since they claim it's no longer available? How does that work? Please be cautious and diligently monitor your account. Spotify will change it without you knowing it. Not good.
Signed up for Dpotify Premium with free Google mini home. But got charged £49.99 for mini home. Refused delivery and cancelled Spotify straight away. Never used the Spotify but they will not return my subscription as they insist I used it. Rip off merchants. Avoid any incentives that go with premium. You will be charged for something that is advertised as free
When I was younger and Spotify first came out, I of course HAD to get the free trial. After that, I absolutely fell in love with being able to play whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Now, my family has the family plan and it works great. The price is unbeatable. I often use the playlists for nights with friends around a fire at camp, pool parties, and to go to the gym. I've made a few playlists, but most of the playlists and the suggested songs after are right on point. I don't even have the "YouTube" app on my phone because Spotify is quite simply AMAZING. Also has the Bobby Bones Show on it which keeps me completely entertained at work, in the car, and anywhere else I want to listen. Spotify has always gotten an A++ review from me.
Spotify is a great website. I use the web player a lot and it performs almost as well as the standalone application for the computer. The interface is easy to use, navigate and organize. It has a lot of musicians that I want to listen to. The premium version is inexpensive. I haven't had a single issue with Spotify.
Answer: I would try to just use another acunt, but if that does not work then idk how to help
Answer: Do you think I could get you to advertise mine? It was recorded at Sony Records in Nashville, TN.
Spotify has a rating of 2.3 stars from 242 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Spotify most frequently mention customer service, credit card and family plan. Spotify ranks 9th among Music Discovery sites.
