Long wait time for order. Flimsy, poor quality fabrics. Weird colors, cheap stick on letters, sizes way off. Would never shop here again. Don't waste your money.
Submitted my order on August 24 and paid $50 for overnight delivery. We needed the shirts for the first game of the season on August 31. The guarantee on the website and order invoice is 5 business days for production and additional days for shipping.
Apparently Friday is not a business day at SpiritShop and the 5 day production clock starts on Monday. Then you have the Labor Day holiday so the $50 overnight fee I paid for means the shirts will arrive on Tuesday Sept 4. Just in time for NOTHING! With all that said I call the SpiritShop customer service (dont set your bar real high) and they wont even refund my shipping cost to reflect the 5 day pony express rates. As a matter of fact when I ask them to explain why Friday isnt a business day they cant. When I press them on a refund or explanation they simply hang up. I ordered over 200.00 worth of shirts for my family and had a sizing issue with 2 of the articles and they refused to exchange or refund. I think it's completely unreasonable to not to exchanges considering there are so many complaints about the sizing issues in this company.
They have lost my business for sure.

First off I was so excited to see a website that customizes gear with the school mascot, colors and name. I ordered a shirt for myself and my 7 year old. After 2 weeks my order arrived. My sons shirt was nicely made. My shirt looked like a mens shirt. It smelled horrible like old feet and the image was off center in the front. I emailed customer service. I received no help! I received smart $#*! comments from the customer service. They are extremely rude. They told me that they will not exchange due to the personalization on the shirt. I am extremely upset. I cannot and will not wear this $40 shirt. Its a waste of money here.
I ordered an adult large in a Tshirt. The website made it look long because I need it long. I even checked the measurements that they have listed on the website. When I got it, it fit like a youth large and so short I can not even wear it. The material is like wearing cardboard!

I ordered a hat and visor for my son's baseball team with his name and number and the school's name. I ordered "red". I got "red" in the visor and "dark red" in the hat. When I called in to request a replacement, I was told they do not replace hats. I was told by both Antoinette and Kaitlin, in their customer service department, that different vendors had different color reds and I should have known that since in fine print they tell me my items were coming from different vendors. I asked how I was supposed to know that different vendors meant different color reds-they did not tell me that was a possibility, even if I was told in fine print that I was receiving my merchandise from 2 different vendors. The website only showed one color red-not a range. If you do not ask, they will not tell. Extremely disappointed and unhappy. A David

Answer: Bc when they screw up they don't own up to it and won't fix it as long as they already have your money! And then when you contact customer service you never get an answer in return like me waiting a month and a half later to hear from the manager when they told me incorrect info when I spent $30 to have it faster then they shipped it at their convenience apparently bc 4 days later the ups finally received the item to ship it overnight
Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
