So I wish I would have read reviews before placing an order considering a 4th of their reviews were 1 stars & probably wouldn't be that if customers could give a 0! I ordered on Thursday chose 2 day shipping paying $30+ bc our girls are in championship game this morning. On Saturday I get an update that my order has shipped so when I contact customer service the representative could do nothing but tell me they couldn't refund my order at all since I wouldn't have it in time, then she goes on to say that they couldn't refund my shipping method bc it's already shipped. Well when checking UPS still up until yesterday (Monday) it said hadn't arrive at UPS facility. Only a label was created. I ask to speak with a manager and wow was she as bad as her employees if not worse bc she tried covering it up and making them look better bc the processing was much faster than the 5 days(which again on the website says up to 5 days not 5 days exactly) and having friends that own these same types of shops you can have something done in a couple hours from scratch. So I proceed to ask could they refund shipping and just send it normal with the lowest shipping rate since I wouldn't have it for the game today I get the same answer and I send in a picture where UPS states it's not even at their facility still 2.5 days later. I haven't gotten a response! Will never work with these pathetic no good customer representatives and waste of money shop again! My job depends on customer service bc I'm in medical sales with doctors and surgeons all day and if they aren't happy you make it right! And on the shipping side a good company has direct contact and can change shipping rates time method etc. so apparently if they can't do that they are either money hungry or a terrible company that doesn't have that kind of support which clearly shows in their customer reviews! Unless you are willing to throw your money away I wouldn't suggest using these people.
