I placed an order for a mans Adult Crewneck Sweatshirt with the high school name on it for my sister. She normally takes a medium. I wasn't sure if they ran small even after measuring her other sweatshirts to their online size chart so I ordered a size large for her. It was at least 2 sizes small. The Spirit Shop would not let me return or exchange it unless I ordered another sweatshirt. I wanted to order the long sleeve mens shirt, but they said their policy stated it had to be the same item just another size. They were willing to pay 50% of it, but I had no idea what size & if it would fit. Then I'd be in the same situation. I knew the xlg in shirt would fit her as she tried on the one I ordered at this same time.
I feel this is very poor business & people are being taken advantage of. It was less than 30 days. I will not order from them again and will be sure to let everyone know how they treat their customers.

I would even take the Long Sleeve Ultra Cotton Shirt in XLG as mine fit her in that material and pay the difference (See my order)
Ordered 2 shirts on Dec 7th, and as of Dec 26th I haven't gotten either. I contacted their customer service on Dec 19th to explain these were Christmas gifts and find out why I hadn't received them yet. I got a reply telling me delivery was "guaranteed by Christmas Eve" and that shipping would be upgraded. Lies. On Dec 21st I got an impersonal email telling me that one of my items was "out of stock" and the order had been canceled. So, 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order, 2 days after they guaranteed delivery, and on the Friday before Christmas, they canceled my order. My second item that wasn't canceled still hasn't arrived, and neither has my refund. This company is a joke. Don't order from them, there are better online companies that do the same thing.
I ordered items for my granddaughters on December 10th and paid extra for two day shipping. These items were Christmas gifts for them. I called on December 17th to get a status because it was showing cancelled in the system, but I had not cancelled the order. The lady that I spoke with told me that there was an issue with printing and I would have the items on Friday, December 21st, and I would be receiving an email. I asked her if the items are shipping Friday or if I would have them Friday? She said I would have them Friday. Well Friday, December 21st has come and gone and no sweatshirts. On Saturday, December 22nd I received an email stating that my items shipped, however, when I go to track the shipment it states "label created", which means a label was create but the item has not shipped. I called on Monday, December 24th and kept getting "all of our representatives are unable to take your call, please stay on the line for the next available representative". Apparently they are still busy, because it is now Wednesday, December 26th and I' m still getting the same message and the items are still showing "label created". I should have read the reviews before ordering from this scam shop... I mean spirit shop. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE... Consider yourself warned! I which I could give a NEGATIVE 10.
I payed over $22 for 2 day shipping on 12/19 early morning. If it's now the 23rd and it still has not been shipped! I checked UPS and only says ready to ship. So my son will not be getting this gift in time for Christmas! Horrible service, false advertising. OVER PRICED. And I haven't even seen the product yet. But at this rate I'm sure it's crap too!
Was on hold for more than 30 min. Ordered my daughters bag for Christmas I guess ordering 3 weeks in advance isn't enough time. Lady was rude when I called and asked the status. After reading the reviews my gut tells me I shouldn't have even purchased from this site.
Our office staff went in together to order a jacket for our boss. Supposed to be embroidered with "Ashland Football" and instead we received "NorthSide Elementary" Waited 45 minutes on hold to see if they could correct & resend for Christmas. We were told no with no apology no discount and now we have no present.
Worst place I have ever ordered from. It looks like a printer running out of ink. Terrible quality and not even the right colors. It is like the pixels weren't right and they were trying to blow up an image that cannot blow up. I am not sure what color brown they used. Really mad and really expensive purchase to be this disappointed about.
Please save yourself the time and MONEY by not ordering from here, our schools soccer team ordered our jackets from here, the default color is black on this specific jacket, that's the color we wanted them, we got them yesterday and 20 of them are dark blue and two are black! Absolutely terrible stitching in them as well. Called their customer service, got shot down three times and was on hold for 45 minutes before getting to an older lady who hung up on me after asking for the manager. Two hours later of explaining to them the mistake they made, they offered us 50% off our next order! Not even fixing the problem they created! Now we are a grand down out of our fund raising and now we have to come up with another $500 for another 50/50 shot at getting the right jackets we originally ordered!
The shirt arrived smaller than the posted sizes. When I called about a replacement I was told to "take a picture of the tag and take measurements of the shirt and email to customer service." Several days later I get a response to take pictures with the tape measure in the photos. I did as they asked and sent photos with the tape measure on the shirt. Another few days pass and they are now asking for better photos with the entire front of shirt with the tape measure. However, you will not be able to read the tape measure if I pan out on the photo. This process has been over 2 weeks and I am no closer to a resolution. I purchased $77.00 worth of items. I suggest you find another site to order from.
I called an emailed before ordering a jersey for my 8 year old son, Per the size chart and phone consultation, he should be a youth medium. This is what I ordered and received a HUGE jersey, not size appropriate at all!
I provided PROOF to the spirit shop via photo and email that this size chart was not correct They first stated all sales are final. AFTER I showed proof of their misconceptions, they offered a 50% discount plus a discount on shipping for a new jersey. WHAT? Why should I pay anything for their CLEAR sizing error?
After insisting on speaking to a "manager" (which I did!), I personally will NEVER order from this company again. She was not nice and again just said all Sales are Final and their offer for a discount was a "gift".
I plan to share this with EVERYONE in my community and hope you do too!
Ordering items from this company that I was hoping to give as gifts has been the biggest mistake I've made this Holiday season. Sizing is the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered a size Women's Medium. The shirt that arrived fits as a child's size extra small. I called the company and told them I will ship the shirt back if they send me a shirt of the correct size. I was told they do not offer refunds or exchanges and they are unwilling to make things right. STAY AWAY!
Paid for overnight shipping and they shipped the items out 5 days ago after their 5 day production, and I still haven't seen the items yet. Ordered 2 weeks ago, paid over $30 extra for overnight and nothing. Customer service was a joke. Just wants to make excuses and not solve the problem.
I guess the hat KIND OF looks like what I ordered. Awful quality. The way the logo is applied makes the hat uncomfortable to the point it might be unwearable. Not even going to bother asking for refunds or exchanges as all these one star reviews show their customer service is as bad as their products.
I placed an order for a sweatshirt for my daughter. It was WAY too small for her. I measured it and the sweatshirt measurements are significantly smaller than the size chart shows, by at least 2 inches in each area. I emailed them to exchange it and was told the size difference fits within their tolerance for fit... Two inches is significant! A quarter inch maybe, but 2 inches?
I hope our school never deals with this company again! If they do, I will make sure everyone I know NEVER buys from them. I would have been better off throwing my money out the window!
My daughter-in-law ordered us T-shirts to attend my son's college game. They are horribly printed and the color is way off. My husband used the same company to order us sweatshirts and spent $200. They delayed the shipping and we didn't receive the item in time. Poor customer service! Use a company that stands by its products!
Ordered a customized item for my son's birthday. Gave them enough time to deliver the item. Delivery date passed, still got nothing. Called UPS and was told that the package was lost in transit. Called low in SpiritShop and i was told to wait another 5 days before they could give a refund or replacement. Replacement is no good coz' of my son's birthday is just a week away. Can't rate the quality of the item since it hasn't arrived yet. NEVER AGAIN! Low in SPIRITSHOP's a JOKE!
I bought a volleyball shirt to represent my daughter's high school. I included photos so you can see what I received versus what I should've received. When I requested a new shirt that wasn't defective, I received the same shirt again. At that point, I just asked for a refund. The color of the fabric also came through the white print, which is hard to tell from the photos. I will be buying all of our sports related clothing elsewhere from now on. This is the second year in a row that the quality has not been worth the cost of the product.
Couldn't have picked a more flimsy cheap fabric, probably will fall apart after first wash. Letters stuck together. It's a get rich quick scheme for this business, they're ripping us off. Shirt not worth $5. Shameful marketing. Lowest quality workmanship I've ever seen. Don't even bother, you'll be disappointed. On top of that, no return policy, you're stuck with your purchase. All items are probably made with inferior flimsy material. Trump couldn't have even out scammed these products.

We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
