The worst. Ordered May 6,2020. It is now July 8,2020 still no delivery. Over 2 months, no valid explanation. They have taught me to always check reviews. They operate under many different names. Buyer beware.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware. This site is a total rip off! Clothes are not as they are shown. After receiving the items I ordered, I requested a return immediately. I never received a response after 5 emails, and eventually had to contact them via Instagram. I still have not been able to resolve this issue and it's been almost a month since my original order.

This is absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Waited 2 months for delivery. I had to complain to paypal to get answers to my inquiries. The clothes were HORRIBLE. Disgusting fabric. For returns, they require a tracking number for your shipment. Returns are at your own cost. They basically make you jump through as many hoops as possible. I am waiting to see if I ever get a refund.

This is not a legit business in terms of returns. Sure, you can order and you'll wait a while to receive it, but you will receive it and it will likely be lower quality than you expected. Then you can't return it. There is no website, no options whatsoever on their FB page, and a million complaints by BBB. I am publicly promising not to order anything from FaceBook "click bait" ever again until I research the company. There are so many complaints about this one and I didn't even look. Fool me once.

AWFUL!

This "boutique" clothing is horrendous! I purchased a cute, pink camouflage top in early June. I received the top and tried it on... it was terrible! The seams didn't match up, the shoulders were lifted and no human could ever fit in to that garnet. I emailed the company requesting a refund. It took them several weeks before I received a response. Once I received the response, they said they couldn't find my order, even though I supplied them the order number and the email confirmation. I have emailed several times since then and now have received ZERO response. I'm glad that I only spent $30.00 on this top, if I had bought more I'd be livid! Save your money and purchase from another online boutique!

After receiving two terrible items from them I tried to contact them. They kept saying I need to provide the order number. I did, twice. Finally I sent photos of the order (clothes and order #) No response after that. This is a garbage company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It was painful having to give even one star for being ripped off of my $70 to a total joker.

I saw a Facebook add for this "boutique" After two glasses of wine, and ended up ordering two tops that seemed cute... MISTAKE. The shipping took over a month, and the two shirts were thin, ridiculous garbage. I've never felt like I've just flat out wasted money like this is my life, but I should have just had two more glasses of wine, cut two shirts out of a shower curtain liner, and flushed $60 down the toilet.

Have received these really bad quality garments that weren't cheap and now have no way of refunding. If anyone has information on how to contact them please let me know. I am going to try and raise a consumer rights dispute. This shouldn't be allowed. Look at the awful reviews... NEVER again!

This company came through my IG newsfeed. Looked cute enough so i placed an order. The package came wrapped like a bomb from china. The items were of awful quality, after opening one item i left the others intact. I contacted the company immediately and no reply. I waited the allotted days to be contacted and still no reply to return. I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute which after 2 months was in their favor and if i returned the items apparently i'd get full refund. It cost me $25 to mail their junk back to them and now waiting for a credit. Don't waste your time on this cheap quality and no customer service dept. i wouldn't even give it one star!

I placed an order on May 12, today is June 25, and I still do not know when the item will arrive. It has supposedly bounced among multiple locations according to tracking, and has been sitting in Bloomington since June 5. I have contacted them multiple times through PayPal, and the response is-it will be coming, it is just delayed due to Covid. Sorry, 44 days is too long, and I can't get any clear answer on when it will actually ship. Customer service is horrid and nearly non existent. My advice-stay away from Spelesy!

It took a month to get my item from this "designed and operated" in NYC "boutique." It was originally drop shipped from China to some guy in the South. When I got them they were awful looking - full polyester garbage - not the blend it claimed. It was also see through. No tags either. I contacted their "customer support," who said they'd refund me - but it wasn't clear if it was a 20% refund or I had to send the item to some apartment in WA for a full refund because their English was off. These people are not based in NYC. It's a total scam to drop ship $#*!ty made clothing from China. I'd honestly be afraid to wear this garbage since it'a probably laced with harmful chemicals.

Ordered two pairs of joggers. Shipping was super sketchy, originally from China, but bounced all over the US before arriving. The fit was terrible, quality of materials and stitching were also terrible. After reading the other reviews, I'm not sinking in more money to try and return. Total loss, and waste of resources for something I can't use.

Ugh, I'm mad at myself for this one! I ordered the zebra print pants that looked so cute in the picture but when they finally arrived after weeks of waiting and confusing back and forth emails with a robot, they are disgusting! The fabric is a shiny mix of toxic crap that my friend said is a yeast infection in the making! Yuck, so sorry to the children who made these in China, so sorry to earth for falling for this too. They also have men reviewing women's clothes on their site, total sketch!

First let me say, I never write reviews like this. However I'm tired of this type of service. I ordered three items from this boutique so my order was over $100 with tax and shipping. It took forever to receive and when I finally did the quality of the clothing was terrible. I will NOT wear this clothing, nor would I give it to anyone I know. It is useless to me. I emailed them several times about returning these items. No one ever responded to my emails. They say you can return if not satisfied. Obviously that is not true. There is no other way to contact them.
