It was for the first time, we hired Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage. We put them to use in an extremely important project. They were really careful and thorough. I can't say enough good things about the moving business. Thanks Guys!

These guys were terrific. Professional, fast, careful. Emerson and Paul were super nice guys willing to do whatever it took to ensure the move went smoothly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

They were very courteous and efficient. They paid attention to the details, e.g., securing removable shelves before moving a china cabinet. They did not have moving blankets, but they cut up some boxes to protect some of my furniture, and everything arrived undamaged. They were very affordable, and I would certainly recommend them again.

The staff at Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage Team was very friendly and helpful. They took good care of your packages and explained each step of the transfer process clearly. They relocated my 27-year-old musical room, which was filled with heirloom-quality items. They were all very pleasant throughout the move, and I'm truly thankful!

The two guys allocated to us were very professional, did a good job, and kept us fully informed. Recommended by a friend, and it was perfect. Cost-effective. The driver was great as well! I will hire them again.

They were super-organized, polite, communicative, and efficient. They were highly transparent. They provided an email estimate before the move date and followed up by phone to ensure I received it. Randall even called during the move to make sure things were going smoothly. I recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing work by Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage in coordinating the office relocation. The movers were experts with much experience and training, so they handled our belongings with great care. Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage has been an excellent resource for our household, and we highly suggest it to anybody else who is considering using it.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
We scheduled a move on a certain date and then without any notice, the date was changed. This happened only 3 days before our move, ruining our travel plans.
The supervisors were less than helpful and rude on the phone. They explained that they couldn't refund us the $800 deposit even though they didn't do anything for us but cause additional stress.
Our dispatcher was very misleading and said everything necessary to get us to sign the paperwork, making it seem as if they had our best interest in mind.
If you want an easy move, do yourself a favor and choose someone else! These people do not care about your time or money!
If you do choose to hire these people regardless of the multitude of negative reviews, make sure you read their contract very carefully. They aren't scared to screw you over!

An appropriate, efficient device with great care by both driver and assistant. Polite and COVID safe. Excellent from booking to finish would certainly recommend. I will use them again.

I sought to do business with this company in which lulled me into giving me the best deal on the market. Upon closer inspection, this is a non-binding estimate. This means when all is said and done, upon pickup they can add arbitrary charges. Upon shipping they can add arbitrary charges, upon delivery they can add arbitrary charges. All reviews state the actual movers are terrible, which I believe. The customer reps are very scummy, specifically Sam, who clearly has no remorse and much experience ripping people off. This is something you can tell in her voice, something I picked up when consulting with her before this company did any damage to me. I asked them to cancel this shipment within 10 hours of requesting it. They stated they will continue to charge my account and give me their useless credit, which they did. However, I got the last laugh because a simple call to the bank got me my money back from this scam company. So Sam, you are a vile worm and will die as unhappy as you sound. Good luck with that.

PS: They post many fake reviews everywhere to bump up their rating.

I've used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage they were excellent. Reasonably priced, always on time and professional, and accommodating if you forgot to list any items that they need to pack. Based on my experiences with the team and several other companies, they set the standard that other companies should try to attain.

We had to move much faster than expected and called Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage the day before. They were accommodating, professional, and much pocket friendly than any other moving company we have ever used. Movers arrived on time, were speedy but careful, and finished faster than expected. Of all the movers we have used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage is the only company I would recommend.

Everyone in the process was very helpful and kept me up to speed on everything related to my move. I never felt like I wasn't in the know about what was transpiring. I was also impressed with how quickly everything was able to get activated. We especially loved Samson, our driver. He was great to work with, very professional, and personable.

Boston and Watson did an EXCELLENT, so nice and helpful could not ask for better service. Great job very friendly Love Them! They are the best! Best team EVER! I have moved 2 times; they are the best movers I have ever had! They are the best! Made my day!

With Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage, I've had the finest moving experiences ever! Three times, two of which were last-minute, I had to utilize them. The cost is fair. They put forth a lot of effort and are really helpful.

We would like to start a class action suite against this fraudulent company. They are straight dirty! We were quoted 8000.00 and they demanded 3500.00 of the bay. The movers came and didn't look at our belongings and told us it was going to be triple that. Laughed in our face when I told them we would go to court. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!
