I strongly advise everyone to avoid GetTransfer at all costs. I booked a €550 transfer for March 2nd, 2025, and the driver never showed up. There was no cancellation, no call, no email — absolutely no communication. I was stranded with my luggage, and GetTransfer offered zero support at the time of the incident. Since then, I've contacted them repeatedly to request a refund. All I've received are automated responses and fake apologies. They even had the nerve to reply to my Trustpilot review saying they had processed a full refund — but that was a lie. To this day, no money has been refunded, no proof of transaction has been provided, and their customer service keeps stalling. 💸 They take your money and vanish.
📞 Their customer support is non-existent.
🛑 They lie publicly about refunds to save face. This is not just bad service — it's a complete scam.
DO NOT trust this company with your bookings or your money.
Do not use this company, they are scammers, they have been paying me €770 for the transfers I have made for a year and their response is always the same.

I have worked with GetTransfer for a while. At first, they paid for completed trips, but recently, they completely stopped paying me! The last payments I was supposed to receive have not been made, and I am not the only one – I know other drivers who are facing the same issue.
The system is simple: they take the money from the client, but we, the drivers, end up doing the trips at our own expense and time, without getting paid!
What happened?
My payments have been overdue for more than a month despite their 3-day payment policy.
I have sent several emails, including a final legal warning. No response!
I have called their support team multiple times, but every time I mention the unpaid amount, they hang up on me!
They ignore all attempts to communicate and refuse to give any update about pending payments.
Conclusion:
🚨 GetTransfer starts off by paying, but then they stop completely! They continue collecting money from customers, while drivers provide the service at their own cost, without receiving their payment.
If you are a driver or transport company, be extremely cautious working with GetTransfer – you might end up working for free!

OVER EXPENSIVE CAB AGGREATOR THEY CHARGE APPROX 40 PERCENT HIGHER THAN NORMAL FARE FOR ANY PLACEI had a terrible experience with GetTransfers. First of all, their charges are ridiculously high compared to other services. What's even worse is that despite paying in advance, the vendors on arrival still ask for payment! It seems like GetTransfers is not paying them properly, and they leave you in an awkward situation, forced to pay again or risk missing your transfer. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this service. It's a headache you don't need!

- I booked a trip from Adana to Cappadocia
- The price was falsely advertised intentionally to lead me to book with the website.
- A FRAUDULENT behavior by the Company/ operator who managed the posting.
- The post intentionally omitted the cost of fuel for 6000TRY (175$) for the trip and after booking I was informed of it, therefore I had to cancel based on their support direction.
- The amount has been refunded to my balance which is obviously useless since gettransfer do not operate in my country of residence nor in countries that I frequently visit.
- I have contacted support numerous times, but all my requests have been unprofessionally ignored.
- The ripped me off of an amount of 265.56$.
- I strongly advise not to use their services, it is probably a scam that they commonly use.

I have been a driver for GetTransfer.com since 2019. However, since last August, I have not received payment for the transfers I have completed. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to GetTransfer.com, but each time, they have stalled me with empty promises of payment.
At this point, I can't even afford to maintain my vehicle. Unfortunately, I recently learned that GetTransfer.com has not only failed to pay drivers in Turkey but also in several European countries, including Belgium. As a result, some drivers have started demanding payment directly from customers—and in some cases, even forcing them to pay.
This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't be fooled! Avoid using their services at all costs, or you risk ruining your vacation, your trip, and even your peace of mind.

On July 10,2024, I ordered a taxi through them in Bulgaria from Sofia airport to Lozenets, paid 174 euros. My flight was slightly delayed, which I immediately warned them about and received confirmation from the taxi driver that he would wait for us, no problem. Upon arrival, the taxi driver refused to take us because, according to him, the company did not transfer the money to him, and he agreed to take us only in cash. Since I was with my family and it was already late, we went. The trip cost an additional 200 euros. The company refused to return the 174 euros paid, allegedly it had already transferred it to the taxi driver. But I saw in the taxi driver's phone that he canceled the trip in correspondence with the company and it is unlikely that they transferred the money to him.
In general, this is a company of scammers, and perhaps taxi drivers also work in conjunction with them. I don't recommend anyone to use their services unless you want to lose money.
The service was above and beyond, after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game Dima showed the best ingenuity in finding us to pick up when the police closed all the roads in the area of Raymond James Stadium. 10 stars for the driver. We were very pleased with the service. Go Bugs

Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
