After using this application for years, I recently encountered a disappointing situation when I needed to amend a reservation but had not selected the FLEX option. A few hours after booking an airport transfer in Italy, I noticed the pickup time at the airport was incorrect. I attempted to contact the assigned driver directly, who asked me for an additional amount without any justification of the charge (x amount for more than 60' delay, for example), for a service already paid for! At the same time, customer support was unreachable—no hotline was available, and responses via email were significantly delayed.
This left me questioning the application's/ website's value, as contacting a driver independently was more straightforward. Ultimately, I had to cancel the reservation, received no refund, and felt unsupported.
After reading about similar experiences online, I realize this may be a recurring issue. I would suggest that others exercise caution when considering this service.
My driver canceled less than 12 hours before my trip, and instead of solving the problem, GetTransfer tried to charge me an extra €154 for another car, even though I had booked and paid months in advance. No real solution was offered, customer support was unhelpful, and I was left stranded needing to travel between two countries to catch a flight. To make things worse, they are refusing to refund me properly and only offered app credit, which I will never use again. Horrible service, avoid at all costs!

This company is a scam. We paid for a transfer in January for a July transfer. We contacted the driver the day before who confirmed they had not been paid. We then had to pay the driver directly as we had to get to the airport on time. We contacted get transfer consistently over this period, provided evidence as support and ever since the company has deferred and not refunded our money. An absolute scam, so not use. You will be ripped off.

I'm a full-time professional driver in Europe. I completed over 10 jobs through GetTransfer.com. Two of them totaling €402 have never been paid. GetTransfer says I must complete more jobs to "earn back" what they already owe me — even though they took over 40% commission (35% listed, plus hidden fees). This is unethical and unacceptable. Update (23 July 2025): I received a reply asking me to contact the same email that has ignored or refused to pay me unless I do more jobs. I have all email evidence and I'm preparing legal action. Drivers, beware. Stay far away from this platform.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid GetTransfer at all costs. I booked a €550 transfer for March 2nd, 2025, and the driver never showed up. There was no cancellation, no call, no email — absolutely no communication. I was stranded with my luggage, and GetTransfer offered zero support at the time of the incident. Since then, I've contacted them repeatedly to request a refund. All I've received are automated responses and fake apologies. They even had the nerve to reply to my Trustpilot review saying they had processed a full refund — but that was a lie. To this day, no money has been refunded, no proof of transaction has been provided, and their customer service keeps stalling. 💸 They take your money and vanish.
📞 Their customer support is non-existent.
🛑 They lie publicly about refunds to save face. This is not just bad service — it's a complete scam.
DO NOT trust this company with your bookings or your money.

I have been a driver for GetTransfer.com since 2019. However, since last August, I have not received payment for the transfers I have completed. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to GetTransfer.com, but each time, they have stalled me with empty promises of payment.
At this point, I can't even afford to maintain my vehicle. Unfortunately, I recently learned that GetTransfer.com has not only failed to pay drivers in Turkey but also in several European countries, including Belgium. As a result, some drivers have started demanding payment directly from customers—and in some cases, even forcing them to pay.
This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't be fooled! Avoid using their services at all costs, or you risk ruining your vacation, your trip, and even your peace of mind.

I have worked with GetTransfer for a while. At first, they paid for completed trips, but recently, they completely stopped paying me! The last payments I was supposed to receive have not been made, and I am not the only one – I know other drivers who are facing the same issue.
The system is simple: they take the money from the client, but we, the drivers, end up doing the trips at our own expense and time, without getting paid!
What happened?
My payments have been overdue for more than a month despite their 3-day payment policy.
I have sent several emails, including a final legal warning. No response!
I have called their support team multiple times, but every time I mention the unpaid amount, they hang up on me!
They ignore all attempts to communicate and refuse to give any update about pending payments.
Conclusion:
🚨 GetTransfer starts off by paying, but then they stop completely! They continue collecting money from customers, while drivers provide the service at their own cost, without receiving their payment.
If you are a driver or transport company, be extremely cautious working with GetTransfer – you might end up working for free!

OVER EXPENSIVE CAB AGGREATOR THEY CHARGE APPROX 40 PERCENT HIGHER THAN NORMAL FARE FOR ANY PLACEI had a terrible experience with GetTransfers. First of all, their charges are ridiculously high compared to other services. What's even worse is that despite paying in advance, the vendors on arrival still ask for payment! It seems like GetTransfers is not paying them properly, and they leave you in an awkward situation, forced to pay again or risk missing your transfer. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this service. It's a headache you don't need!

- I booked a trip from Adana to Cappadocia
- The price was falsely advertised intentionally to lead me to book with the website.
- A FRAUDULENT behavior by the Company/ operator who managed the posting.
- The post intentionally omitted the cost of fuel for 6000TRY (175$) for the trip and after booking I was informed of it, therefore I had to cancel based on their support direction.
- The amount has been refunded to my balance which is obviously useless since gettransfer do not operate in my country of residence nor in countries that I frequently visit.
- I have contacted support numerous times, but all my requests have been unprofessionally ignored.
- The ripped me off of an amount of 265.56$.
- I strongly advise not to use their services, it is probably a scam that they commonly use.

Remeber, gettransfer.dont have drivers they are just a platform, the drivers dont have any contract whit this company, some drivers dont are a certifying drivers they dont have VTC formation. Most used vehicles have no accident insurance across Europe.
You consumers lose their travel money if the driver doesn't show up, you're even aware of the service you're buying, keep all of this in mind and more. Drivers not qualified to practice the profession is what this platform offers you, not to mention that the poor poor drivers who provide services to this platform are left without 30% of the money you pay for the trip offered. And you are taken away a 15% of the value of it. Don't be fooled by this platform. Here's my tip...

Avoid this company
Tried to charge me $50 additional because the driver OFFERED to drop me off three doors down from the drop off location. Absolutely never using this service again. If you use this service get out of the car at your designated drop off location. In my situation, my airbnb did not show up on GetTransfers map, so I selected the nearest public hotel. When we arrived, the driver offered to take us 3 doors down to our airbnb. I didn't realize they would later try to ask me for $50 for the 90 meter difference. Good luck and beware when booking with this company.

Never again!
In total their drivers didn't show up twice and what these people did is they returned the money but not to my card but to my Gettransfer account only thus making me order again. This time I had to book a transfer from Bratislava to Vienna on the 21th of July after ACDC concert (couldn't prebook elsewhere but Uber surprisingly appeared to be cheaper at a place). The driver first asked me if I could cancel my trip and pay him cash and then he told me he can't reach the concert and we agreed that I come by railroad to the main station having spent 25 euros extra. He was 1 hour late! As it turned out he brought other people from the concert and only then us making two times more money. Gettransfer of course took prepayment and when I wasn't sure the driver was coming to pick us up at all, Gettransfer weren't reachable. There's no way you can chat or call them. You can just leave a claim for them to consider. And you know what they answered me thereafter (in 1 day after the trip)? They asked to provide them the trip number. I haven't been using them for more than a year by then, couldn't they just find the trip no. By themselves?
This is a company which takes money, doesn't control their drivers at all and in case of problems you have to chase them after and most likely will not get the money back but just on Getransfer account (read their rules). Must be stupid to use them!
Answer: . WARNING. Driver didn't show and cost me £90 more. Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
