Everything was well organized down to the smallest detail. The driver tracked our flight so even though we were late he already knew about it. He used Whatsapp to send details of the meeting place. Recommended for sure.
Booked two different journeys from different countries, both drivers turned up on time, both cars clean. Minor problem finding driver on one trip which was my fault for not reading the instructions properly.
Dubai, Terminal 3. The driver didn't come. After contacting support they found me a replacement in only 15 minutes. Even so I asked for compensation. They offered me an upgrade to business class for the next booking. Thanks.

Good service, we were out of the radar in Turkey Dalaman as our villa was not near any landmarks, however the call centre helped make our transfer go smoothly. I am very impressed with the service but the price can be lower.

Booked for a trip for one with big bags from Schipol to uni accommodation. Changed number of passengers with less than 24 hours notice - heard back v quickly. On the day we had a call as we were collecting bags with advice on where to come with WhatsApp pictures sent to make it even easier. Lovely driver. Great service.

In total their drivers didn't show up twice and what these people did is they returned the money but not to my card but to my Gettransfer account only thus making me order again. This time I had to book a transfer from Bratislava to Vienna on the 21th of July after ACDC concert (couldn't prebook elsewhere but Uber surprisingly appeared to be cheaper at a place). The driver first asked me if I could cancel my trip and pay him cash and then he told me he can't reach the concert and we agreed that I come by railroad to the main station having spent 25 euros extra. He was 1 hour late! As it turned out he brought other people from the concert and only then us making two times more money. Gettransfer of course took prepayment and when I wasn't sure the driver was coming to pick us up at all, Gettransfer weren't reachable. There's no way you can chat or call them. You can just leave a claim for them to consider. And you know what they answered me thereafter (in 1 day after the trip)? They asked to provide them the trip number. I haven't been using them for more than a year by then, couldn't they just find the trip no. By themselves?
This is a company which takes money, doesn't control their drivers at all and in case of problems you have to chase them after and most likely will not get the money back but just on Getransfer account (read their rules). Must be stupid to use them!
I used GetTransfer for the first time on my trip to Crete as the hotel transfer prices seemed expensive. I booked transfers from the airport to the hotel and then back and they both worked perfectly. They were on time, with quality cars and excellent drivers. This is a new type of service for me. I will definitely use it again in the future.
This is my first time traveling alone. I was anxious that no one would meet me but a friendly driver was waiting for me with a sign. He even helped to carry my suitcase, thank you. We reached the ferry on time. I have already booked my return transfer.

On time and reliable pickup. User friendly online booking, although to make a change to my booking I had to email customer support, which was easy enough. We will certainly book another transfer on our next trip.
It's a very handy app. Created a booking, received offers, studied their ratings, chose the most suitable one. Everything is simple. You can pay for everything at once or partially. It's easy and handy. I recommend it.

I booked a ride for a return trip to the airport. Their own staff confirmed the driver would attend with no issues on their FB messenger. On the morning of my flight, I contacted them again as the driver did not arrive (I also contacted them overnight through the '24' hour online chat, to double-check) only to be told the driver would not be coming and did not confirm the order! I was left rushing to get a taxi which cost me a lot more both in time and stress, I could have missed my flight had it not been delayed.
They then proceeded to take THREE weeks to refund my money. I was told by their customer services to attach my taxi receipt for reimbursement but of course, this never came. I would never ever use them again and strongly suggest you don't either.
I book through their app and usually receive offers that won't break the bank. Highly recommend them if you ever need to get to and from an airport or just want a ride in an unfamiliar city without any hassle, knowing you aren't going to get ripped off.

I want to share with you my impression of this company. When we booked the van, we liked the service right away, we were kept informed and they very friendly. Our driver arrived on time all of our things fitted easily.
It was very helpful as one of our travellers is disabled. The driver treated him with great care, the return journey was also on time & very comfortable, the prices are very reasonable, would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

We booked the service well in advance of our holiday. Soon after booking and paying I received a confirmation with all the travel information. I immediately contacted the driver and arranged a specific meeting point. Everything worked out perfectly.

Excellent attention from the customer service. Our flight landed 35 min early so they gave us option to take another smaller car straight away. We accepted since we did not have many suitcases. The car was very clean and the driver was very nice.

This company is hopeless at best and dishonest at worst.
I nominated my date, destination and time well in advance and received several quotes and then accepted one. They then took my money, (not an insubstantial amount) and as far as I knew we were all set.
Weeks later I received a WhatsApp text saying they were cancelling my ride, however would find another one. Over the next few weeks, not once did they update me, I initiated every conversation and every time they assured me they would find me another ride.
With a week to go until my journey, when finding another ride became almost impossible, they said they
Found one, however it was 76% more expensive. Dispite my complaining, they bluntly said either take the ride or get a refund, leaving me with no ride at all.
In my view, appalling behaviour. We had a contract with money exchanged, which they chose to break. I feel like it was a scam, tricking me into paying 76% more.

Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
