Pick up and drop off in Ankara. Waiting for us on arrival, my name clearly stated, clean vehicle, polite driver. Same for collection from hotel to airport, driver arrived 10 mins early. No inane small talk just good, efficient service. I've used them before and will do so again.
Driver was very punctual. Good communications and my queries were answered quickly on WhatsApp. The loading and unloading of our luggage went smoothly - especially at the airport, which is not easy with so much traffic around.
Really nice drivers, had a good conversation with them and they told us about the rules, local food, places to go. Overall this is a perfect company to order your transfers from. Next time I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

Se si utilizza un servizio come gettransfer è tipicamente per 2 ragioni: essere sicuri di trovare qualcuno che ci porti da una destinazione all'altra quando siamo in viaggio (ad es. Dall'aeroporto all'hotel) e dunque risparmiare dato che si prenota in anticipo. Bene, in realtà entrambe le cose possono essere disattese. Questo è quanto mi è accaduto in viaggio a Budapest: dato che l'aeroporto è molto lontano dalla città e non vi è la metro all'aeroporto, penso bene di prenotare un transfer fino all'hotel con questo sito. Non l'avessi mai fatto! Non appena messo piede a Budapest inizia la disavventura, con il driver che dapprima non si riesce a trovare in aeroporto, ma che alla fine riesco a trovare in quanto noto il mio cognome scritto su un cartello (una scritta piccola e con il mio cognome pure scritto male). Questi non è nemmeno il driver che avevo scelto, ma si presenta come un suo "socio", lasciandomi non poco perplesso poichè non ero assolutamente venuto a conoscenza di tale sostituzione. In ogni caso, dopo essermi fatto portare da tale sostituto all'hotel, lo stesso mi chiede di pagare l'INTERA QUOTA DEL TRANSFER, sia quella della prima corsa, sia quella della seconda corsa, che mi avrebbe dovuto riportare dall'hotel all'aeroporto. A quel punto nasce un'animata discussione, col signore che mi tratta come vengono trattati troppo spesso gli italiani all'estero: come degli imbroglioni. Io insisto per pagare solo il prezzo della prima corsa (d'altronde avevo già pagato, come richiesto da gettransfer, un acconto sull'intero transfer a/r e tra l'altro non mi fido di lasciare tutti quei soldi a una persona che non conosco e che non è il driver che ho selezionato). Alla fine riesco fortunosamente ad averla vinta, dunque pago in contanti solo la prima corsa, e subito dopo scrivo su whatsapp al driver che avevo selezionato facendogli notare l'accaduto e informandolo del fatto che già avevo pagato la prima corsa al suo collega (sempre sperando che questi si comporti da persona onesta e non dica invece al driver ufficiale che al contrario io non ho pagato nulla! Anche perchè assolutamente non mi è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta di tale pagamento!). Questi legge e non risponde. Gli invio un altro messaggio inerente il transfer per il ritorno e nemmeno mi risponde. Siccome dopo diversi giorni non ho ricevuto alcun aggiornamento in merito al mio transfer di ritorno, arrivo alla conclusione che almeno questo driver non è molto serio, probabilmente non mi crede nemmeno e ritiene che io non abbia pagato alcunchè per la prima corsa, pertanto decido di chiedere direttamente all'hotel di provvedere al mio transfer e dunque di chiamare un taxi. Che mi fa pagare di più di quanto avrei pagato sulla carta con il transfer di gettransfer, ma che in ogni caso FA IL SUO DOVERE E MI PORTA A DESTINAZIONE SENZA PROBLEMA ALCUNO. Una volta tornato a Roma e tolta la modalità aereo dal telefono, mi arriva una mail "infuocata" dal driver, in cui se la prende con me con parole forti, scrivendomi che per colpa mia lui (o il suo socio?) ha aspettato tantissimo davanti all'hotel per portarmi all'aeroporto senza trovarmi e dunque asserendo che gli avrei procurato un danno. Tutto ciò però è completamente falso: infatti il parcheggio dell'hotel è piccolissimo e sempre strapieno, dunque è impossibile stazionare lì per molto tempo; in ogni caso, dato che conosceva il mio nome e cognome, avrebbe potuto anche recarsi nella hall e chiedere di me: gli avrebbero risposto che già me ne ero andato e sarebbe finita così. Come se non bastasse, mi contatta anche una russa del servizio clienti di gettransfer (che sapeva parlare solo inglese e russo) e mi chiede, in inglese, dettagli sulla vicenda e la mia versione in merito. Io le elenco dettagliatamente tutto l'accaduto, ma questa poi mi risponde arrivando a chiedermi di provare quanto da me sostenuto inviandogli delle prove, consistenti perfino in screenshot delle conversazioni e delle chiamate con il driver! Ora, alcuni di questi screen glieli ho inviati, altri no, pure perchè ritengo che violino la mia privacy e non vedo il motivo per cui glieli dovrei presentare, dato che non sono sotto processo! In fin dei conti, ritengo che scegliere un servizio come gettransfer equivalga a fare un salto nel buio: non puoi sapere se ti affidi a conducenti corretti oppure no, e se ti va male rischi di rimetterci tempo, soldi, avere numerosi disagi (perdere voli, appuntamenti importanti, check in negli hotel...) e anche molte arrabbiature.

I have been a driver for GetTransfer.com since 2019. However, since last August, I have not received payment for the transfers I have completed. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to GetTransfer.com, but each time, they have stalled me with empty promises of payment.
At this point, I can't even afford to maintain my vehicle. Unfortunately, I recently learned that GetTransfer.com has not only failed to pay drivers in Turkey but also in several European countries, including Belgium. As a result, some drivers have started demanding payment directly from customers—and in some cases, even forcing them to pay.
This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't be fooled! Avoid using their services at all costs, or you risk ruining your vacation, your trip, and even your peace of mind.

On July 10,2024, I ordered a taxi through them in Bulgaria from Sofia airport to Lozenets, paid 174 euros. My flight was slightly delayed, which I immediately warned them about and received confirmation from the taxi driver that he would wait for us, no problem. Upon arrival, the taxi driver refused to take us because, according to him, the company did not transfer the money to him, and he agreed to take us only in cash. Since I was with my family and it was already late, we went. The trip cost an additional 200 euros. The company refused to return the 174 euros paid, allegedly it had already transferred it to the taxi driver. But I saw in the taxi driver's phone that he canceled the trip in correspondence with the company and it is unlikely that they transferred the money to him.
In general, this is a company of scammers, and perhaps taxi drivers also work in conjunction with them. I don't recommend anyone to use their services unless you want to lose money.
The service was above and beyond, after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game Dima showed the best ingenuity in finding us to pick up when the police closed all the roads in the area of Raymond James Stadium. 10 stars for the driver. We were very pleased with the service. Go Bugs

Tried to charge me $50 additional because the driver OFFERED to drop me off three doors down from the drop off location. Absolutely never using this service again. If you use this service get out of the car at your designated drop off location. In my situation, my airbnb did not show up on GetTransfers map, so I selected the nearest public hotel. When we arrived, the driver offered to take us 3 doors down to our airbnb. I didn't realize they would later try to ask me for $50 for the 90 meter difference. Good luck and beware when booking with this company.

Remeber, gettransfer.dont have drivers they are just a platform, the drivers dont have any contract whit this company, some drivers dont are a certifying drivers they dont have VTC formation. Most used vehicles have no accident insurance across Europe.
You consumers lose their travel money if the driver doesn't show up, you're even aware of the service you're buying, keep all of this in mind and more. Drivers not qualified to practice the profession is what this platform offers you, not to mention that the poor poor drivers who provide services to this platform are left without 30% of the money you pay for the trip offered. And you are taken away a 15% of the value of it. Don't be fooled by this platform. Here's my tip...

They stay whit clients money, dont refund and dont pay drivers, i did alot of travels for this SCAM COMPANY and they own me more then 700 chf so far, i send alot email and nothing they dont pay, and now they block me in he app

Do not travel with this company. I am a driver who has been working for the company for about 1 year. I still have not been paid for the trips I completed in August 2023 and May 2024. Despite hundreds of e-mails and phone calls, they have not paid me in any way. They take 25.5% commission from us, the drivers, and you, the passengers, pay close to 20% commission under the name of service fee. In other words, although they take a horrible commission of 45% from a trip, they still do not pay even 3 cents that we drivers earn with the sweat of our brow. They closed my account and blocked my e-mail and phone calls because I wanted my money.

Collection arranged months in advance to collect at major Spanish Airport. Paid upfront. On arrival noticed they changed drivers name. No pickup and the driver details had changed. Many in the group tried to contact to no avail so left with finding alternative transport. Called their support number who stated they would look into and get back. Did not sound like a professional service, so not surprised they did not attempt to contact me back. Left emails and did get a apology that was probably a default template response. They stated they had organised a refund, which did not transpire. After initial call and email the trail goes cold and they do not respond. I paid in good faith and they changed the driver. I feel annoyed and conned and regret not undertaking more research prior to booking with these. Please do not make same mistake.

I still haven't been paid for December 2022, and it's already February 2024! Every time I ask about it through email, they "politely " delay and say they'll fix it. They might reply politely to this review too, but honestly, they're just like thieves pretending to be a proper company with their polite responses.

Fine I guess right up to the point where carriers decide not to fulfil their obligations and cancel as your flight arrives. Left us at the airport 90 miles from our resort with 6 children. Zero support, zero accountability, nobody with any responsibility or acumen, absolutely abysmal. A joke of an organisation…. Never again, ever. Pathetic and an absolute disgrace to the ski industry
They have drivers who don't show up in fact look at reviews all over the internet I doubt even if these drivers exists. This site makes money by cheating people and absolute fraud. I paid for the rides from airport there was no taxi or anything to pick up, they promised refunding money and later turned around and said it will be credited to get transfer account all of which is fraud, why would anyone want to use this site again after appalling service and absolute lies and fraud. Refuse to refund back to card, even after the trip being a month away and payment only being made yesterday. Insist on keeping it as 'credit' on the account. The most unhelpful customer service. I recommend using different transfer companies.
If you cancel with them you only get a credit for a future transfer, they will not refund you to the payment method you used. When I contacted them, they sent me an email stating that I had accepted their user agreement. Basically, read the (very long) fine print.

Prior to booking this company I asked how I would find my driver and was told by 'Nick | Team Leader of Support Division' that my driver would meet me in the Arrival's Hall holding a card with my name on it. On this basis I booked and paid £88.88 for my private transport to and from Benidorm. However on the actual day of my travel an email was sent to me informing me that the driver would meet me outside Costa coffee at the airport and I was to call him when I arrived. I arrived at Costa coffee at 7:15. Pm. I had no information of how to contact him nor had his phone number, also I had no internet or telephone connection so could not do anything but wait there assuming that he would come and look for us. We waited 40 minutes with no sign of him, my wife asked several officials of the parking outside Costa coffee but no one had heard of the company. I therefore decided to pay the 100 euros taxi fare to get to my hotel. I contacted Gettransfers and cancelled my return journey because I had no confidence that a driver of yours would arrive to take me to the airport to catch my plane home. I have contacted gettransfers asking for refund after dozens of emails they refunded half of my payment and after another round of emails they have refunded the other half of my payment into 'a gettranfers account' so that I ca use it on another booking. As if I am stupid enough to use them again, So No I did not get my money back I shall now be taking gettransfers to County Court for full compensation, iam not bothered about the money just want a County Court Judgment against them. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this cowboy company. Go with a trusted company
