Hired them for a long-distance move to TX. They quoted a very reasonable flat rate, and the two movers who came were fast, efficient, careful, and kept their masks on.

They arrived precisely at 8 am. They packed everything for me. And moved my whole downstairs into a storage unit. It was just unbelievable. My furniture was filthy with demolition dust, and I did not hear any complaints or wasn't asked to pay extra. These guys were heaven-sent. They took excellent care of everything. The greatest thing is their pricing for what you get. If you ever need movers, I highly recommend them.

At times, the company has excellent customer service skills, which is hard to find in FL. Our office guy was mind-blowing! Our moving guys had excellent communication skills on moving day and were kind. They both watched out for the furniture and are experts at what they do. Exceptional Job, Guys! The apartment that I moved into is on the 4th floor and doesn't have an elevator. Therefore, the guys had to hold up about 10 big bins, a mattress, a bedspring, and two dressers, and they were highly efficient! Highly recommend them!

Dishonest tactics, poor communication, they use crap moving company platinum moving and storage who broke or damaged most if their items... these companies do not deserve to be in business... insurance claims have begun and complaints to FMCSA and Motor Carrier too..

WONDERFUL experience to move with Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage. Two weeks ago, we hired them to move our three bedroom high-rise apartment to a home. They anticipated things we would have had no idea about-- arranged permit parking on our destination, brought moving materials that came in handy last minute, were able to get all of our items out in the (unreasonable) freight elevator scheduled timeline. Highly recommend it if you want to leave it to the professionals and take a bit of stress off your shoulders. Thank you guys!
