Let me show you how Southern Guarantee scams you because it happened to me. First, they offer a price far less than other companies (usually because they have a cancellation of a truck "already heading your way"). On your first call, you tell them what you need to move and they appear to be capturing the info. They aren't. Because on their second call, you cover the same info, and the second, different person says "that requires more space than you gave us before." No, it doesn't. It's the same exact info, we didn't buy more stuff knowing we were moving, you didn't pay attention nor take good notes. So then your initial price doubles. Still less than other companies because their initial price was so low, so OK. THEN when the actual truck shows up, the "foreman" of the crew walks in and asks you to show what you have. He should already have detailed info on this, and yet within 2 minutes of walking in says "there is not enough space in the truck." Also, he doesn't have specific things you asked for twice before, including wardrove boxes and dish packing boxes and materials (a "full pack," which you specifically requested, and is news to him). Oh, he can "go back to the warehouse" to get those things, but even if he can, why aren't they already on the truck? It's all part of their scam to make you react emotionally, and wonder what you're going to do now that there isn't room for the truck. Caught in a bind, you then call Southern Guarantee to describe the situation and ask "why aren't you or this mover prepared?" The "foreman" suddenly DOES have room but now it will cost TWICE the second, increased estimate, putting you well over other, reputable companies you had initially not pursued. Why? Because you have "too many stairs" (despite the fact you were told on both initial calls that there is no charge for stairs for the first and second floor), AND there is a need for a "long carry." You may hear different excuses, the point is, this is all part of the Southern Guarantee scam. They figure at this point you'll do anything, and you are desperate because you have to move now. They cite a "guestimate" that is 4-5x Southern Guarantee's original low cost. And if you're lucky and have time to find another mover (like me), you tell them they are not fulfilling what they promised and you will use a different mover. Then Southern Guarantee claims YOU "refused service" despite the fact that they failed in what they said they would provide for moving services, and they didn't come prepared with materials you specifically required. They will keep the "deposit" you have paid so far which can be a couple of thousand dollars. But honestly, do you want these people to have your goods and hold them hostage for even more money? This is exactly how they operate. DO NOT call them, DO NOT trust them. I am happy to answer any questions about my experience. I should have been smarter.
Southern Guarantee is a scam company. Please, please do not believe them. You will lose money and be left with no mover.
Moving services, which were not delivered on their end
The positive reviews are a scam by the company! Please do not believe them.
Please note that the two companies from my complaint are SOUTHERN GUARANTEE MOVING AND STORAGE (USDOT Number unknown), and HANDLE WITH CARE MOVING & TRANSPORTATION LLC, USDOT Number *******.
The first issue is the broker, Southern Guarantee, deliberately low-balled my estimate only for the mover to give a severe upcharge at pickup. Southern Guarantee gave me a binding estimate of $2068. As of the delivery today, I have paid $2796 - an extra $728 above the original binding estimate (despite only decreases in inventory, no increases). I did not change any of my large furniture items from the original estimate (in fact, I got rid of a bookcase, dresser, and end table), and I was 25 boxes beneath my original inventory (I had 10 boxes at pickup and was quoted 35 by Southern Guarantee). My inventory from Southern Guarantee would never have fit the space provided by the mover. I was extremely under inventory, but I was charged an extra $528 for taking up too much cubic feet (more on that below). Additionally, I was charged an extra $200 for stairs at delivery, despite Southern Guarantee charging me $75 on the quote and saying that would cover the stairs at delivery (so now the stairs have been $275 total). In total, I have paid an extra $728 (total $2796) from the original binding estimate of $2068, despite being severely under inventory.
The second issue is illegal procedures at pickup. At pickup, I requested a new written estimate prior to loading (according to my legal right). The movers refused to provide one, saying "we won't know until we load." They also said they felt I would be over my allowed cubic feet, and they encouraged me to bribe them with a $150 tip each, saying "if you do me and my boy right with a $150 tip each, we'll pretend like everything is fine." Instead, I got rid of some furniture items and was 25 boxes beneath my inventory. After loading everything, the two movers told me I was within my allowed cubic feet. However, when they called their boss Eli, Eli said I was suddenly not within my allowed cubic feet, and I was charged an extra $528. I was not given this new charge prior to loading the truck (which was legally required), and I was required to pay the new amount since my things were already loaded.
The third issue is failure to provide services that were included in my quote from Southern Guarantee (re-assembly of furniture that was disassembled by the movers at pickup). My contract from Southern guarantee included "reassembly for all items disassembled by the movers on the day of pick-up." This included a metal bed frame and keyboard stand. At delivery, the movers said "we don't do any assembly" and simply left, despite my payment including this service.
My final issue is missing inventory and receiving items that are not mine. I am missing a black chair/stool, and I have two pieces of a metal bed frame(?) that are not mine. I have filed a claim, but from the reviews I have read online, I do not anticipate receiving much.
When I brought up these issues to Sam, a supervisor at Southern Guarantee, she repeatedly said "it was only an estimate," and redirected me to Eli at Handle with Care. When these issues were brought up to Eli at Handle with Care, he was extremely confrontational and aggressive. He blamed me for all issues, saying I did not tip properly and thus any problems were my fault. These bait and switch and tactics and illegal procedures from both companies should be criminally charged to protect future consumers.
PLEASE DO NOT USE SOUTHERN GUARANTEE MOVING AND STORAGE
Interstate moving services
If you're considering booking Southern Guarantee Moving, READ THIS REVIEW FIRST. And after you read (or if you don't finish this novel), run in the opposite direction. They will do anything to get the sale and then leave you with the worst moving experience.
Southern Guarantee Moving Company is a fraudulent moving company that will make any lie or promise to you in order to get you to sign your move. As a young woman moving across the country alone for the first time, I tried to be so careful to hire a reliable moving company to get my stuff across the country in one piece in a timely, safe, and cost-effective way. I scoured the internet for different companies, reading multiple reviews and shopping around for several estimates to determine what was the best price while also still being a reliable price. Every moving company is going to have a handful of bad reviews, but when James Helke got on the phone with me, he provided me with what I thought was some honest advice and an honest price, stating that though his price may be slightly higher than competitors it was because they took the time and did the diligence to ensure it was a simple move. I spent over an hour on the phone with James answering all my questions and did not actually book the move that day. I slept on it and called back a few days later to book the move. James assured me during booking that he would be there for me every step of the process but when it came time for my move in July of 2022 and I reached out with questions, James was nowhere to be found. I called his phone number and a different name was on the voicemail box. I texted and received no answer, though that's how we had been communicating before. As soon as James got the sale, he disappeared.
This leads into my experience with customer service. I called 2 weeks before my move to find out when my stuff would be getting dropped off as I needed to book a cross-country flight. They let me know that my moving company would call me 5 days before with information but until then they couldn't share the name of my carrier because they didn't know who it would be. Logistically, this felt incorrect; however, I let it go. While on the phone, I also let them know my updated inventory as I was removing a couch and some other items that I would not be bringing with me. The representative told me that he was going to leave additional space on my inventory to ensure the truck had enough space and that I had wiggle room in case I added any boxes. Made sense to me - may as well be safe, if they take off any money at the end, that would be a win, right?
The weekend before my move, I called back again as I still hadn't heard anything, and they told me that I would get a call 2 days before my move. 2 days before my move, and again, no call. 1 day before my move, I receive a call from who is presumably my mover from Right A-Way Movers to tell me that he is on the way and will be there in 5 hours, the day BEFORE my scheduled move. I let him know that that isn't possible, I am scheduled for the next day. He tells me that he can either pick up my stuff in 5 hours or in a week. As I am someone moving cities with an ending lease, I have to choose the 5 hour option even though I am not fully packed up yet.
At this point, I call Southern Guarantee to validate that my mover is arriving a day early. They continue to tell me that they are coming the next day, even though I have just spoken with the truck driver who is confidently telling me he is on his way. Once the movers arrive, they give me some paperwork and ask me to fill out my address as the moving company, Southern Guarantee, had not shared my most updated information. As I instruct the movers on where to find my stuff, I walk into another room to give Southern Guarantee a call to confirm that the movers inside of my apartment are the correct movers. It took 20 minutes of repeatedly explaining my situation to the representative and them telling me to prepare for my move the next day (false?) for them to finally connect me with their supervisor. The supervisor confirmed the mover name and so I felt a slight bit more comfort that the people in my apartment were my movers.
After the movers had packed up all of my stuff in the truck, they brought back up my paperwork and to my surprise and utter dismay, the price had doubled from what I had been quoted with my super detailed and refined inventory, proving in another way that Southern Guarantee is skewing their quotes to get business. I was shocked. In addition, the mover told me that there was a "long carry" fee for my move, or instead of paying it I could just tip him well. As I had already been planning to tip him well, that seemed like the better option. I went ahead and zelled him his tip and he had me sign the paperwork and gave me my copy. At this point, I had been instructed that the driver would be able to tell me an estimate on when my items would arrive in New York since I had to book a flight. So, naturally, I asked the driver at this point what the ETA for my stuff was. The driver shared that as it had just passed 6pm, the office was closed and would be unable to give an answer. The driver then shared the information for the office and told me that I would be able to call first thing in the morning and they could give me my estimate.
The next morning, I called the number the driver had shared with me. The kind woman on the phone at Right A-Way Movers (the only kind and competent person in this whole process) shared with me that it could take anywhere from 5 days to 6 (6!) WEEKS for my items to arrive in New York. I was shocked, again. Southern Guarantee had shared nothing about this with me. I let the woman know that that was not what I had been promised and requested any way to get it delivered ASAP. She told me I could pay an extra couple thousand to get a rush on it. However, my moving price had already doubled because of Southern Guarantee's misinformed quote. I didn't have much room to fight at this point either, as this company held nearly all of my life's belongings in the back of a truck who knows where. She told me she would provide me an update as soon as she heard more.
I continued to call back and check in on my stuff over the next 6 weeks every day to continue to receive few updates. Though I acknowledge the woman I was talking with probably was not sure how to move the status forward, someone else at Right A-Way Movers or Southern Guarantee Moving should have been able to. The day before my stuff finally arrived, I received a phone call to get the update that it would be arriving the next day. The woman let me know that it was set to go on a truck; however, there was a long carry fee still outstanding from the movers pick-up that I needed to pay otherwise they couldn't release my stuff. I was flabbergasted. The driver had said one thing and then collected duly on that "long carry fee" - I'm sure a ploy by the company to get more money in their pockets.
When my stuff arrived, the driver had a bad attitude and even refused to take one of my couches upstairs, claiming it was too large to fit in the stairwell, even though the chair that was the same width and height had fit. Several of my items arrived broken and they even lost my mattress in the process. If you have ever slept on an air mattress for 6 weeks not knowing you could've just been on a regular mattress because your regular mattress was lost and you could've bought your new one earlier, you can understand the frustration here. If you haven't had this happen to you, I hope this review keeps you from ever feeling that.
When I finally received back my moving "claim" recently, they were offering me ~$150 for all of the things that went wrong here. That is an absolutely outrageous underpayment for everything that was wrong with this move and the terrible treatment and customer service I received.
If you learn anything from this message, do not trust Southern Guarantee Moving or Right A-Way Movers. Both companies are fraudulent and unworthy of your business. If possible, sell your biggest items and pack up a U-haul with the smaller boxes. Or hire someone to drive your U-haul. Or pay an exorbitant amount of money for a company with only good reviews - you'll be thankful and will save yourself many headaches and a significant amount of time from being wasted.

My husband and I are still trying to recover from the demoralizing experience of using Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage. My sister lined them up for moving our deceased mother's furniture in LA to our brother's house in AL and asked me to be at the house to oversee. She did not read any reviews beforehand and that is why I am making it my mission to write this one! Southern Guarantee was only the broker for the move - they outsourced the move to Empire Moving and Storage - a bunch of crooks - and the 2 companies worked in cahoots to rip our family off! Southern Guarantee agents were so friendly on the phone when calculating the estimate and making a detailed list of the furniture to be moved. BUT, as soon as they get your deposit of half the cost of the move, in our case, $3559, they ghost you. Its a red flag, when it says all over the contract that they are not responsible for the movers running up the cost of the move when they arrive and that you should call the Southern Guarantee office before making any changes to the contract. You don't know that the driver comes after 5 p.m. and Southern Guarantee will be unreachable. (in our case, he was hours late, starting at 8:00 p.m. and finishing around 11:30 p.m.) At this point, you feel browbeaten and deceived. Our driver came in with a bullying tone from the start, doubled the price to move 1/2 of our stuff(said our furniture would not fit in his truck, but unbeknownst to us, loaded the furniture in a way that left the front of his truck empty) and even added a "TURNAROUND" fee of $1900 if we wanted the stuff to go to my brother's house the next day instead of "storage." My husband asked where the storage was and he would not tell us. His truck said New York so that was alarming! When we said the furniture was all listed on the estimate, he told us the broker always lowballs the estimate to get the sale. My husband told the driver to call his boss and tell him we were not going to pay a "turnaround fee" and that Southern Guarantee's contract was misleading in that it appeared to show pickup/deliver on Feb. 3/4, but was vague. The Empire driver's boss agreed to call Southern Guarantee in the morning to settle it. We ended the night refusing to pay the turnaround fee, giving him a check for the extra cost, with him saying our stuff would go to storage until the check cleared. He drove off with our furniture and we had the sinking feeling that he was going to sell it on the side of the road where we'd never see it again. The movers our driver hired last minute when he rolled into town, stayed behind to tell us they were horrified at the treatment. They also told us that the driver deceived us by not loading the truck fully. The next morning, the Empire boss said he could not reach Southern Guarantee. We ended up getting a box truck to load the rest of the stuff ourselves(with the guys hired last minute from the night before) and drove it ourselves to AL with a promise from Empire Moving and Storage to be in AL the following day(only because we said we were bringing cash.) We were told to be there at 7 a.m. and the driver rolled in TWO HOURS late, with no apologies, at 9 a.m.! We had our box truck unloaded before he got there by the guys he had asked to be there at 7 a.m. When they heard what we'd already been through and ALL THE LIES/TACTICS USED they said they didn't deal with DISHONEST people and this would be their first and last job with these clowns. We asked them to verify that the truck was made to look full but empty in the front. As they finished unloading the driver's truck, they told my husband THE DRIVER HAD DECEIVED US by loading the truck in a way that appeared full, after asking for additional money to fill the truck. At the same time, the driver was shoving the paperwork in my face to sign. He did not list the turnaround fee that he was paid cash for but he collected it. My husband told him his dishonesty and deceit would catch up with him. We consider this whole experience to be criminal. We were shaken down by Empire Moving and Storage and Southern Guarantee sent them to my mother's house, making it all possible. We really believe that it wouldn't be possible without Southern Guarantee and Empire Moving & Storage working together. There are no innocent parties. My mother died 4 months ago. The boxes in that moving truck contained precious memories of her and my father. They had us over a barrel and they knew it. As far as we are concerned, Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage runs a scam operation.

MOVERS REVIEW
Please take the time to read this review and know full well what you are getting yourself into with these guys; you will be very happy that you did because this is hugely important for anyone looking to move. DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. Southern Guarantee moving "broker" is simply just that and nothing more. This is the single, only thing that they do with your move. They just find you any moving company that gives them the most profit margin for the estimate…regardless of how bad they are or are known to be. They find you just "someone" to move your stuff and then have zero things to do with you again after some other company comes by and handles all your stuff. You pay Sourthn Guarantee thousands for what you can do for yourself in a simple google search within minutes to find a decent moving company. And I guarantee that will turn out better for you. You need to understand that Southern Guarantee moving company is a total scam. You need to understand this fully and dont tell yourself otherwise because you liked the quote and sales pitch. They have zero role in your actual moving experience aside from sending a truck days late on arrival and many days late on drop off with zero updates ever. No one calls you or updates you on anything and you need to do all the work yourself, and this is the last thing you want to do or have time for when moving. They do not have a claims process for all the damages that WILL occur - the contract even says that they have no involvement with the claims process and that you need to contact the actual moving company and their insurance after that; despite the $50k that the sales guy at Southern Guarantee says they have to offer you in case anything bad happens. This is not true and you will be screwed. Everything is a lie with these guys and they point fingers at each other and the actual movers and ultimately the insurance claims 3rd party. They take LOTS of your time trolling you like they are trying to help but nothing gets anywhere after months of hoping. I will say again that they DO NOT KEEP YOU UPDATED with anything at all - you have to call to get any info that you want at any time even though they explicitly say they would be calling you throughout the move with updates, quality assurance, etc. They do zero of the things they say they are going to do when you initially call them, and they almost uncomfortably push to sell you their broking "service". Their attitude changes toward you 180 degrees as soon as you send them the deposit and they lock you in with zero chance of a refund and no recourse - you pay via your bank account so that you cannot get a refund like with a card (this is why they do it). Their call/support center is just one guy in India who you cannot understand, literally, who hates his job along with yourself. You need to avoid this company for basically every reason that you can imagine. It is unreal this is an actual thing. There is a reason the company is only a couple years old and there are zero "reliable" ways to vet them on google, yelp etc. They dont even run their own yelp page! Look at it! All bad reviews and the business isn't even claimed. Their "good" reviews on google and everywhere else are paid for by them and are done by recently created accounts with little history of reviewing anything else…they are paid bots…the good reviews and paid reviews! This company will shut down or be legally be forced to shut down soon, and they will pop up again later with a different name, same people only to continue preying on people. I was an idiot; I admit it. I didnt want to believe it. All the signs were there. Read this review again if you think the "good deal" and the sales pitch is worth the risk. Uprooting your life and having someone else move your stuff can be a bit traumatic, and if you want the worst imaginable experience then this is 100% the company for you. This is no joke. Read this review five more times if you still think its worth it. $4300 in damages, no offer for insurance, and only $170 offered after 6 months waiting. RUN AWAY PLEASE!
After using this company the whole thing seems like a scam. It all started out fine, making my reservation. I was contacted several days prior to my move to confirm the amount of items that I would be moving. As I'm very detail oriented, I provided the gentleman with a detailed list. (By detailed I mean 17 boxes that are 18"x16"x12" and so on and so forth. I had dimensions for every single one of my items. It was well under the space I had reserved: 286 cu ft.) At this point I also updated them with a specific delivery address.
Things started to go downhill when I realized Southern Guarantee isn't a moving company but is a broker and that a different company, Moving Mania, would be doing my move. They sent me a summary of my order at which point I noticed that they didn't have the updated delivery address that I had just given to the guy from Southern Guarantee a few days before. I figured it was human error, corrected it, and moved on.
When Moving Mania arrived for the move is when things went from fine to terrible. They eyeballed my stuff and told me that it was 345 cu ft. They got to this number by seeing that some of my boxes said "Medium" on the side and they used a pre-defined number of cu ft for a "Medium" box. Well, my medium boxes were smaller than that, meaning that they were going to charge me for cu ft that I WAS NOT MOVING. I even had all my items neatly stacked in an area that could be easily verified to fit into 286 cu ft, but regardless, after they loaded, they told me that I had to pay an extra $250 or they would unload my goods and I would lose my $500 security deposit. So now, I have no choice but to have them take the goods or I lose my $500 security deposit. Terrible customer service. And of course, both Moving Mania and Southern Comfort point the finger at each other claiming no responsibility themselves.
Then, upon arrival, I was given a window of 1pm - 5pm. When the driver called me at 11am to tell me he was 30 minutes out, I had to inform him that I wasn't available until 1pm as I had scheduled a house showing at 11:30am. He seemed incredibly put off by that, but agreed.
When they arrived, the first load I saw them unload was a stack of 5 boxes that included a box marked "FRAGILE" and they rolled the dolly right off the edge of the truck and let it DROP to the ground. As you may imagine, most of the boxes were completely destroyed and I have so far found entire glasses shattered. Also, while I luckily received all of my items, I did also receive a box that doesn't belong to me and they are not answering their customer service phone, so I have no idea how to return it to its rightful owner.
Overall, a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and rent a U Haul and hire movers for the day. Cheaper and FAR better service.
Moving services
Will never again trust Google reviews; unfortunately, probably only 1 star reviews are the real reviews. I reached Southern Guarantee believing they were the moving company. I was misled by Google reviews. I provided Greg Baker with the list of things I had, and he gave me an estimated binding price of 2300 USD with a non-refundable deposit of 859 USD which had to be paid immediately. Taylor (from Southern) called me a few days before our moving day to ask me if there were changes to the inventory list. He assured me that my case was very light. I had only items from the inventory list. I was never not told the name of our moving company.
The day before pick up, the driver called me, and they arrived as planned (Right - A- Way Movers from Atlanta). Once the driver saw our furniture and boxes, he said they would overweigh and occupy more space than we paid for, he added that they do not care about the inventory list, but only about the cubic feet. He showed me the space that was dedicated to us. First, they were piling the boxes one on top of each other. There was extra space on top of them, so I gave him some small extra boxes and items that we were not planning to move initially. The reason for doing that was his explanation - it doesn't matter if the dedicated space is used or not - we pay for it. Once he finished placing the furniture (only one bike instead of 2 that were initially on the list), we overweighted extra 1000 pounds according to his calculations. Nicky (from Souther Guarantee) answered my phone and said we had to pay extra, but she added that she could talk with the driver later. The driver called his manager, and they gave us "a discount", so we payed extra 1000 USD and it was possible to pay ONLY in cash. The drivers did a good job when packing and wrapping our things. However, I called and emailed Greg Baker couple of times after that, but he never replied. His job was just to take the deposit. Nobody told us that the delivery date was not to be respected. We arrived to our empty apartment and waited for our stuff. I called the Moving company (Right A-Way Movers, dot *******) on May 31 (our delivery date), Joseph picked up the phone and told me that that date was only the 1st available delivery date and that they had right to deliver within 35 business days (according to the bill of lading). And he told me that I can pick our things in Atlanta. We were frustrated, but waited for another couple of weeks. Then we started calling the moving company to get some updates. Joseph and the lady working there would answer the phone with various excuses: "Call back tomorrow, I am not in the office", "Internet is down, call back tomorrow". "I do not have your delivery address", "Dispatcher will call you tmr", etc. The turning point was when they hung up the phone and did not want to answer the phone back. We called Moving Guarantee and they were just assuring us that everything is okay. But I called FMSCA and they told me that I could file the claim for hostage once 30 days expired. So please, if you are dealing with the similiar issues, just file the complaint through Federal Motor Carrier Safety Agency and report your issue through BBB. We took a lawyer who called the moving company directly. After that, the lady from the moving company called me to say that they would deliver our things within next 2-3 day, but they asked me to send them extra 300 USD through Zelle for the shuttle truck. I refused to do that until I saw my things. We waited for around 50 days for our things to be delivered. Luckily, everything was delivered, and only few items were damaged. The guys did properly their job. But, I had to inspect the truck for my items at the end and collect some things, as they only separate them by belts (there are labels but they sometimes come off so they do not know whose item it is.
terrible company
I used the services
If I could give this company MINUS 5 stars I would. I have been lied to, ignored and this morning I called to request copies of the documents / contracts I signed as they were never given to me and became unviewable after I signed. My phone call was greeted by Jack West in the Philippines who told me once my "load" was picked up they could not give me any of those documents as per company policy. I point blank said, I signed legal and binding documents and your policy is that you will not provide them to me. He said that is correct. I requested to speak with Sam in QA and was told he wasn't authorized to put me through. My first contact was with Nick who of course was impeccable in his customer service. He was able to give us his Managers $700 discount (yeah right) as well as a Military Discount. He gave his personal cell to us and responded to it when we made an inquiry. We gave Nick an estimated inventory and had to put down a down payment deposit of $895.00. Signed and done. Next we were serviced by Tyler. He is the "final inventory" guy but didn't disclose that once he submitted his paperwork no changes could be made so our inventory had items on it that we were not taking and it should reduce the cost. Based on the items removed and boxes added our fees increased (of course they did!) This increase required an addition $314 deposit. Signed and done. We were locked in at the current inventory and price $2409 which was explained to me by Sam in QA. She further explained that she would receive an actual bill of lading by which we would compare and if an adjustment was necessary it would happen at that time. We had issues with the scheduled pickup truck. It broke down so a confirmed pickup is now delayed. I did have assistance from Brittany and Stacy in QA / dispatch trying to find another truck for me. Brittany said a truck had been arranged for the original date. Called trucking company and they told me that their schedule was not updated to reflect that change. She stayed on the phone with me while I called Southern Guarantee and conference call. What a nightmare trying to get through. Finally, Stacy confirmed with me that there was a miscommunication (fancy word for a lie) and that the truck would not be there on the originally scheduled day but rather the next day. When the truck arrived guess what... more money needed! My son was told he needed to make a payment at pickup of $1800 and at delivery another $1300. In order to take his child's changing table and a large plastic bin they charged us an additional $340. WHAAAAAAAT? I have a contract... Oh wait no I don't because I cannot get a copy of it. Paid another $667. It has only been 1 week today. Truck is on its way but no delivery date. The kids had to leave half of their stuff that was on the final inventory. It's flat out a scam. I don't know how people can look at themselves in the mirror. Come in to my parlor said the spider to the fly! Believed the nice guy trying to help me on the phone. And let's not forget the hours spent on the phone trying to get information. I will be working very hard to warn people about this company!
It has been since February 17,2022 and I STILL have NOT received my items. I am currently in communication with NUMEROUS consumers that have been defrauded by this company and we are seeking a Class Action Lawsuit. There are currently over 260 REGISTERED COMPLAINTS against this company and all of it's erroneous names and subsidiaries.
Fraudulent companies such as these MUST be stopped. But nothing will be done if you do not contact your local Attorney General's Office. Filing a complaint with the NCCDB, FMCSA, BBB and Consumer Affairs proved to be futile because if the company is not registered, they close the case as unresolved and people continue to be defrauded. But DO NOT let that stop you. STILL FILE and CALL ALL of those entities listed including your local police department to start a trail of registered complaints and build a case.
Losing $1,300 in cash and over $6,000 in personal and Government property (which is a Federal crime) is unacceptable. I know there are people and businesses alike that have lost thousands of dollars more than that. Laws MUST be changed regarding moving company scams. And it would be gravely helpful if everyone who has suffered under the hands of these fraudulent and corrupt companies could come together in pursuit of justice.
