Excellent Job Well done on Pick Up and Delivery- Samuel and his crew were the best! Very Professional and experienced. They laid a runner to begin at pick up and at delivery. They dismantled my bed and dining table both heavy wood. They put the bed and table back together at delivery! Every item of furniture was wrapped prior to moving it out of my house! They even cleaned up after completing their job. I'm very happy and all moved in! Recommended!

Great working with these guys! They were early, extremely eager, and excellent at communicating what they were doing. They went above and beyond and had such a positive attitude the whole time. I used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage for my move and am very satisfied with this service from start to finish. The quote was very fair while still very competitive. On the day of my move, the guys arrived on time but my packing was still a long way from being finished. The guys not only helped me finish packing but I was also allowed to be in the van for the 2-hour trip to my new home. 1st rate service, competitively priced, friendly, and competent moving men. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Alex and Mike were our movers. They were punctual. They were cautious with all of your belongings, wrapped our TVs, and took caution when moving our furniture. There were no hidden fees. Knowing that much or our equipment was stored safely in one of Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage's facilities while we finalized the myriad of details of our setup in our new corporate location gave us a much needed sense of security. Once we were good to go, all was delivered timely and in perfect condition.

Finally, I was really impressed by Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage staff due to their professionalism, politeness, and hard work. I really enjoyed getting to work with Andrew to unload the container and distribute the contents around the many rooms of my TX home. They took care to do things kindly, worked hard, and achieved good results. Personally, I enjoyed the process and was relieved when they agreed to pose for a picture when we had finished unloading.

It's a reason it's called budget the quality suffers. Not only do they not keep records of their finances they also try to overcharge and will literally ghost you until you hound them. Lost items and damaged items. Will not be using them again 0/10 do not recommend

Lane and his crew members were awesome! The Team was on time, assessed our furniture and packages to move and laid out a plan to maximize the team to make the move efficient. They worked extremely hard, were professional, friendly and treated our stuff as their own. This is my 1st move with Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage and plan to use them again! We hired them for a long distance move last fall. Two young, thin boys were sent to my house. They brought in all these supplies but never used any of them, took all day for something that should have been completed in 4-5 hours, were rude & cruel to my dogs, the driver even gave my very friendly Yorkie a bit of his boot when she was only trying to greet him. Even asked me for ice water! These kids were not suitable for the job. Constantly on their phones & the driver was very aggressive. My moving truck was packed like a trash truck!

Getting in touch with them to get our stuff delivered was like dealing with pirates. They were late but we had to pay an additional $1,000 for delivery. Since they had our stuff, i didn't have much of a choice. They trashed our household stuff, actually left my husband's recliner in two separate pieces ON TOP of our other furniture, stripped the screws on my dining table & packed the boxes into our new apartment that we couldn't even walk into the rooms.

I didn't make a claim because I was tired of dealing with them & gave up, letting them win. They even removed the decorative top to a birdcage I had just to be hateful I guess, I'm not really sure of the motive on that.

Just terrible. This industry is obviously not regulated do its easy to get over on customers. People don't use cross-country movers frequently, at least I don't, so it's hard to know how to navigate. Please, please don't use this company. They need to be put out of business!

I am writing to share my wonderful experience. We recently moved to the coast from Portland and were pleased that none of our belongings were mishandled or broken. They delivery guys were very friendly with a good attitude. My partner and I could tell they cared and I think that's a credit to the company. Thank you very much!

This is a great company to move you. The handled everything and the moving team did a fine job. We had to store out things for a few weeks until the house was ready. They came right on time and we are glad to be in our new house.

Fantastic service. Two guys showed up with a large truck and were quick but careful with the move. While moving the oversized couch, one of the halfway walls was scratched, and the moving company took care of it for us. Give these guys a call- you won't be disappointed.

These guys were great. The love was really quick and efficient at both places and worked around a lot of the obstacles smoothly. Also, customer service was really friendly and responsive with setting up the dates. Would highly recommend them.
