Great looking items on the website but the items are poor quality / sizing
I returned 4 days after purchase
They force you to use their delivery service for £5.99
Then they missed to receive the delivery
And then they told me it took too long so I'm out of the refund policy
They said they sent a store credit which they didn't
No wonder the owner is doing so well, scamming people!
Just another cheap company out to rip people off

They are scammers and their return process is stuck in the last century. I returned my whole order, the quality is terrible. They received it & returned swimwear as it's non-refundable but did not send me the money back for the other items costing over £200. I emailed them & they said nothing else was recorded from my return - do I have the receipt. Bearing in mind this was a month ago who keeps receipts? Whoever accepted the return didn't track the other items and tried to scam me. Unlucky for them I found the receipt eventually, they had to refund me. Scammers.

I have been waiting weeks on my order, now told it's out of stock. I asked for my money back and no response. Absolutely scammers. Now asked 3 times to send money back and emails get ignored. Don't buy from here. Customer service is a joke. Non existent actually.

Worst bathing suit I've ever had! After the bath, the ornaments fell off and rusted. I didn't get a refund because they said I had already used it! Some joke! I do not recommend! I threw it in the trash. Worst store! They blocked me on the site because I wrote the truth, they delete negative comments!

I ordered a few items early December which arrived 4 weeks later, obviously I didn't need them in January.
I then returned all the items, and I received one back saying it's non returnable (stretchy red dress) I hadn't even opened the packet up. I've emailed them multiple times. Do not order if this website

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Went to return/exchange an item I received that came with a tear in the seam and they wouldn't allow me to sent it back as you are supposed to notify them within 24 hours or ordering the product (even though I didn't receive my items until 4 days after purchasing). Super disappointing as I loved the rest of my items but would never shop with them again after this.

If I could give -10 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a dress that came broken. Took 9 weeks for me to get my exchange of the exact same dress. When the dress arrived, it was NOT the same size as the first dress sent. Despite sending photo evidence of it being different, they told me I was wrong and took no accountability for sending me a dress that was definitely not an XS. It was at least an L. Very condescending customer service person on instagram. Not helpful at all. Horrible quality clothes. Definitely do not purchase from this horrible rude company. They WILL NOT help you if something goes wrong. I thew the dress in the bin. Disgusting x 💕

SorelleUK is extremely unprofessional. They do not answer you when you have an issue with your order. They have ignored me for MONTHS and delete any negative comments on their social media. AVOID! Received an item from them and as soon as I opened it from the parcel I could see straight away there was makeup on it so didn't even bother to try it on. Sent it straight back with the reason being it arrived with makeup on the next day, paid to return this even though it is a faulty item, only for them to return this back to me with the reason it has make up on! Fully aware of this as this was the reason I returned it in the first place! No refund and now I'm left with a faulty item no fault of my own and have basically been accused of lying!

Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered in July a two piece and a dress, when it arrived I was shocked at how bad the quality was so I paid to return the items back to sorelle. Since then I've been chasing and chasing my refund (every couple of days) and was told it would be 28 working days which of course come and went, 37 working days later (over 3 months) I received a gift voucher and of course not my refund! Do not order from this company the customer service is the worst I've ever seen they simply just don't reply, they lie about the terms and conditions to keep your money and you wait months and months for your refund and the quality of the clothes is so bad it's actually quite laughable. The worst company I've ever ordered from and I will never be ordering from here again I hope people read this and are put off because I wish I did.

Awful! Paid for shipping. Package wasn't delivered. Contacted Sorelle who told me to contact Evri and the police! Contacted Evri who said it's Sorelle issue and they should rectify the issue as they cannot action anything unless it comes from Sorelle. I have emailed Sorelle several times - one reply which was rude and nothing since. Worst customer service and I have now lost all my money. DISGUSTING

Absolutely awful customer service, very poor quality clothing with a no refund policy - even when the goods are faulty. Seen some of their products on SHEIN and other sites at 80% cheaper. Don't waste your time or money!

Horrible quality and that's IF you manage to get something that's ACTUALLY in stock. I got a bday outfit and they sent me a medium instead of XS after paying next day delivery but receiving it 3 days later… they said they will send out the right outfit next day. One week later I chased them up and said sorry for the confusion you need to send the wrong item back and we'll refund you.
I said that's me spending more of my time and money to rectify your mistake. They said they would put what I paid for return on a gift card (lol as if I'm gunna shop with them again). I said I don't want that I just want what I ordered and they said they've tried to help. So moral of the story they ruined my bday outfit and I have a massive piece of cloth that's absolutely no use to me and £40 down what a great experience xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you're thinking of purchasing then let's hope it fits and you're happy with it because you're screwed otherwise. They refuse to give you your money back, you get a credit note instead. They ignore your comments on social media, take forever to reply to emails, don't refund you & when they do finally reply to emails it's a sarcastic email. Probably the worst customer service I've received in a long time which is a shame.

I am most unhappy about the service and the way they've handled (or failed to handle) my issue however, the products were also very disappointing. I ordered their "Abbie Metallic cardigan dress" and I was gutted because it was absolute nothing like the pictures, no way on earth you could wear it as a dress, it's a cardigan unlike the pictures.

Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else, the customer service team are absolutely dire.

Terrible company! I ordered a dress and when it arrived one of the straps was damaged and sequins were falling off. I contacted customer service who promised to send me a replacement dress but once they got the dress back they sent me a gift card! I bought the dress on sale so getting a gift card is of no use to me. I would have to spend more for the same dress. Long story short they will screw you over to try to keep your money. I won't be shopping with this scam of a company ever again!

This is the most terrible place to shop. I have been robbed of over £60 as they don't reply to emails of cancellations nor refund any money to return buyers. I recommend all you babes to stay safe off this website if you want any quality items in true colour or blissful experience. Not to mention the items I bought resembled nothing but a bin bag and was poorer quality than something from the pound shop. STAY AWAY!
