Always happy. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, but every time I place an order from this website, I am impressed by their professionalism. I place an order, get a shipping email, and usually get it within a couple of weeks. Well packed and I have always been happy with the item. Thanks for restoring my faith in online shopping. I returned my items in September to receive a credit note? Who doesn't give full returns now.
Have been unable to buy anything since because everything they make is aimed at people size 6 and below. Sizes are ridiculous, quality is horrendous.
I finally thought I could get rid of the credit note and ordered something, to which it came super small again so I returned it, it also had a mark on the item, I noted this on the return note and they have said they're returning the item to me because I've marked it?
In addition to this they take months to even register your return.
They're a nightmare and actually conning people out of money.

I purchased four items that took SEVEN weeks to get delivered…. And then there were only two of the four items in the package. I have reached out via email & Instagram with no responses! They will respond on instagram once or twice until you prove them wrong. They want to tell me that I'm lying about my package only having half of my order sent! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM SORELLE

Do not even bother ordering from them nothing but greedy stealing peoples money! Also emailed 3 times no response, messages on Instagram. No response so started commenting on their photos and soon got a reply but the comments deleted! Contacting them to question returns that have took other a month of not hearing anything even though they were delivered 2 days after sending meaning they ended up getting there a day after the 14 day return period through no fault of my own as royal mail were delayed, to still be no further forward and told I won't get a return yet still don't have the clothes or my money back! Rude staff and appalling customer service and now £100 out of pocket! Seriously avoid! Most positive reviews are quite clearly from staff or friends as well with all having only 1 review and they choose to review Sorelle, fishy
Awful service. Ordered dresses on Klarna, returned in July and still showing I owe the money. No contact number and no confirmation of return. I have proof of postage so no idea why they are still charging me. Seems to be a common issue with this company having read reviews. Avoid at all costs.
