Such bad customer service. Would never order from here again. My order took 3 weeks to come even though I paid £7 for next day delivery. I've tried to contact them on Instagram and email but I've had no response for 10days now. I've even commented on their Instagram page but they keep deleting the comments.

This company is the most disgusting company i have ever come across. If i could give them zero stars I really would. I was unable to contact my clothes in the timeframe due to A DEATH in my immediate family, sorry, returning was not the fore front of my mind, i did exceed the 14 days but was within 28days of returning the items. They refused to allow me to return my clothes, making me waste my money on sending them back full well knowing they would LIE through their teeth and pretend it was delivered out of the 28days. The customer service team (if this cheap tacky company even has one) are completely unprofessional, uneducated fools behind a keyboard who clearly get satisfaction out of being unreasonable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.
