They have the absolute worst customer service.

I returned my items in September to receive a credit note? Who doesn't give full returns now.

Have been unable to buy anything since because everything they make is aimed at people size 6 and below. Sizes are ridiculous, quality is horrendous.

I finally thought I could get rid of the credit note and ordered something, to which it came super small again so I returned it, it also had a mark on the item, I noted this on the return note and they have said they're returning the item to me because I've marked it?

In addition to this they take months to even register your return.

They're a nightmare and actually conning people out of money.

Received a dress that I did not want. Material not good. Cut of the dress bad. Customer service admitted to sending the wrong dress so I payed $25 to ship back. Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping. Payed $132 in total to receive and return this dress to receive a $100 store credit. Not reliable company. Replied to my emails a week at a time. This site is risky. If you think you might return something don't bother with this site. Will lose a lot of money

Bought an item that took over 10 days to even be sent, had to send back as it had arrived to late. Contacted customer services who said although it was outside of the standard del time, I wouldn't receive a refund. I had also purchased the same item again on next day del so it would arrive in time and that came with a huge pull in the trousers so had to send back, they have said it will take up to 20 days to even decide if this is faulty or not and if they deem it not they will not refund me. Over £100 down with no refund given for faulty or items received far too late. Customer service never respond unless you hound them and then even when they do, it's incredibly cheeky responses.

Money grabby, cheap tacky clothing. I honestly wish I could give this company no stars. I ordered a two piece 3 weeks in advance to an event I had, I contacted them via Instagram the same day, they confirmed i would receive my order within 10 days. 10 days later, no order. I chased them 3 times for a response, which they they were 'looking into' - it was painful trying to get a response. I then got the item 4 weeks later, which I didn't need it anymore, and the quality was terrible, cheap material. I had paid £50 for this, including £15 postage - unbelievable. I then asked to return and get a refund which they told me 14 days return policy upon receipt; however trying to get a response from this incompetent company was again painful, so returning my item, costing £5.60, I then received it BACK from the company saying it was over the 14 day return policy. I had the owner on Facebook to try and get somewhere, she blocked me after telling her my issues. Whoever looks after the customer service of this, you can imagine how unhappy they are. They have no customer service skills and I would suggest no one orders off this site, they should be shut down.

Awful! I ordered over £300 worth of stuff and kept half sent the others back but it was a day out of return policy so I then had to pay again to have it returned to me and I still haven't received it 8 weeks later. Do not order!

Do not even bother ordering from them nothing but greedy stealing peoples money! Also emailed 3 times no response, messages on Instagram. No response so started commenting on their photos and soon got a reply but the comments deleted! Contacting them to question returns that have took other a month of not hearing anything even though they were delivered 2 days after sending meaning they ended up getting there a day after the 14 day return period through no fault of my own as royal mail were delayed, to still be no further forward and told I won't get a return yet still don't have the clothes or my money back! Rude staff and appalling customer service and now £100 out of pocket! Seriously avoid! Most positive reviews are quite clearly from staff or friends as well with all having only 1 review and they choose to review Sorelle, fishy

Sorelle Uk biggest scam. Return the goods which are really poor quality and they refuse to give refunds. But issue a credit note. 5 star reviews must be written by friends and family as there is no way this is a 1 star. Con artist

Awful service. Ordered dresses on Klarna, returned in July and still showing I owe the money. No contact number and no confirmation of return. I have proof of postage so no idea why they are still charging me. Seems to be a common issue with this company having read reviews. Avoid at all costs.

I had two separate orders from here - one paid with debit card and another Klarna. I returned both within 14 days of receiving. Emailed multiple times over a two week period, received no response or confirmation that they had received my items despite me being able to see that they were delivered. Only emailed back with store credit after threatening them with action, as per advice of Consumer's Advice. I have been told not to accept this store credit as I do not have to, so looking at next step in the case. Avoid at all costs, clothes are not worth the stress. They are complete scammers

Always happy. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, but every time I place an order from this website, I am impressed by their professionalism. I place an order, get a shipping email, and usually get it within a couple of weeks. Well packed and I have always been happy with the item. Thanks for restoring my faith in online shopping. I highly recommend it.

Do not recommend. I ordered an outfit size (M) which is stated as a 10-12. This did not fit me. For reference I am a small 12. This company does not refund money, just gives you store credit note which would be fine, however I'm now stuck with a credit note for a company that doesn't stock sizes larger than a 12! And as I stated above their size M didn't fit me! Not very inclusive in this day and age! I emailed and got a reply of a link to their terms and conditions page! What a cheek honestly! After sending a second email in response I've now not received a reply! Honestly avoid this store at all costs! Terrible customer service! Also clothes aren't the best quality very thin and slightly see through!

Too add their website shows all the clothes on size 6-8 models no larger sizes. Speaks volumes if you ask me!

My daughter bought a 'Cami Diamante' dress from this company which tore immediately. She didn't realise they only had a 14 day return policy. We sent it back to ask for a refund and wrote to explain that the fabric was unsuitable for a garment but they did not respond to email. They simply returned the torn dress to us with no explanation. I would not recommend buying from them

Beautiful clothing. I love everything I ask for in this online boutique, fast shipping and excellent quality in all clothes. Pricing is standard for clothing these days. The outfits are so cute that the hardest part is choosing just one.
