It's taken me a couple years to speak up, If I could go back in time I would never have done this! My body is forever ruined. I will never wear a bikini again. My belly button is completely inside out. I can't wear t-shirts as it protrudes through, so embarrassing. I have a very supportive husband that wants me to be happy, he is still very supportive of me. I just wish he would have forbid me to do this. I am blessed to have him, as he loves me for who I am, I am scarred for life. I have lumps all over my belly, Ladies, be happy with you. Love your unique self, there is only one you. Do not make the same mistake I made. $6,000 later, I am more disgusted with myself than when I thought I "needed" Sonobello" Can't remember the date so I am Guestimating.

I paid $*******. 00 to get rid of back fat, inner and outer thighs and love handles. I still have fat on my thighs and cellulite on my thighs, still have love handles and back fat. Do not waste your money to look the same as you arrived. I should have gone somewhere else, and got results for $*******. 00. So disappointed!

I was totally screwed by your service. Left with deep under skin scars, was conned by sales rep af said "1900" for an unobtrusive lip. Talked into two sections cause"it would be cheaper" price rise to over 5k, was told I must put 50% down to meet with surgeon. After surgery left with major underskin scar tissue. Talked into Venus treatment to fix, paid another 1k to do so. Left still with deep thick scar tissue. Now paying another medical therapist over 1k to fix it, and their treatment is working significantly however will likely cost another 1k to fix it best it can be fixed. Decidedly discussed and feeling rip off for this so called univasive procedure that had me on my back for 6 weeks. Sales rep said I'd be up and running after a couple of days. Wish I could sue. Before and after photos below. Tell me there's a difference. Just all the carting I have to deal with. Hope this post protects someone else from this scam

AT no point do they tell you that you WILL have saggy skin. I was told that as long as I wore the compression suit for as long and diligently as I was told, my skid would adhere as I healed and would be fine. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Now they want more money to remove skid and can only remove skid from the stomach. I'm 130 pounds so it wasn't like they took much fat off of me. I HATE my results and look worse than I ever did! Worst mistake of my life.

This is becoming a very frustrating and upsetting experience. FYI: Don't always trust reviews. Ever notice why they have so many high ratings, if you have a dispute, in order for them to work with you, they ask you to take the bad review down. I have had so much trouble trying to get an issue rectified with Sono Bello in the Westchester office. I have also been reaching out to the corporate office. They were responsive in the beginning and now I am not getting any resolution. I am very dissatisfied with my procedure and the scarring that I have on four parts of my body. I would recommend if you were seriously looking into these procedures that you fully educate yourself on what the outcomes would be. I was very excited to work with Sono Bello on my transformation, now I am sorry that I did my procedures. I was told that if I did my stomach area, I would achieve flat and tight results, that is definitely not the case. Now the surgeon is telling me that I would never be able to achieve a flat tight result! She is stating that it is due to visceral fat/ excess skin. I was never told that this could even be a possibility. While I do understand that, the revision that they did offer should take care of the excess skin and any additional fact that we left. I also have a lot of Discomfort of my abdominal area at the end of the day, if I wear clothing that may be a little more restrictive, Like jeans, dress pants, etc... I never had this prior to my Surgery. I am also very dissatisfied with the scaring on my body. I have four areas in which the scars have not healed. They are embarrassing and very unsightly. My surgery was almost a year ago and they have still not healed Also,as an FYI, don't trust reviews. They make you take them down in order to get your revision or an other help from them

I booked the procedure and canceled 60?days before because I found out ( it was not disclosed) that dr Rocco was a orthopedic surgeon not a board certified plastic surgeon. At the time he had been doing plastic surgery for less than 1 year so I asked for my money back in October 2024. After Jenna ducked me I went to the facility and spoke to Tara the business manager. She gave me a paperwork for a refund promise for $2400 less than the 12k I paid citing surgical fee. READ THE FiNE PRINT. Once you book a date and get cleared they keep your $. Finally on 1/3/2025 I receive my $9500 check and it bounced. Really Sonobello? Spoke to Tara and for some reason the email given was not valid. Going to the facility tomorrow!

Not happy with results. Shared that, dismissed. Additional service cancelled - 4 weeks no refund received yet - have called multiple times and keep being told it is being processed and will be refunded. Waste of my hard earned money.

Check out the Better Business Reviews-I really hope a Class Action Lawsuit Originates. Other surgeons clean up their mess.

The procedure was very painful and I could feel the surgeon cutting me! It also took the nurse and surgeon a couple of hours to start an IV! Very uncomfortable procedure!

I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24.
Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation.
It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days.
I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62.
This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. (Since it has been over 45 days from the time we charged the Amex, we can't refund the card directly).

I already pursue a lawsuit and I am going to contact the boards of doctors plastic surgeon I don't think this doctor He should be there. Sonobello it's horrible. They are butchering people and taking their money. They are a scam. This business is a shady and should be closed and once and forever, I don't care how many people give good reviews most of them they are employees work for the doctor themselves and the doctor operate free surgery on them to remove their fat they are not real patient couple of them patient who had good results at beginning until they started getting bigger with following number of patients and more demanding they turned sloppy and reckless, I filed for refund with BBB and I will contact attorney general office in Ohio, not done yet this doctor ruined me and he shouldn't get away with it, his arrogance demeanor is going to be soon change to begging for drop off the charge, their practice going down to the drain many people complained and upset from what had been done to them, and yet their review gets worse and worse and that helped me with my evidence plus the voice recording his nurse admitted he $#*!ed up in my visit post operation when she saw the shape of my belly.the day I took this photo is the same day of surgery and clearly showing from the marks he did skip the area he should do in the middle since I already paid for but he done nothing $7k is not little money but on top of that he destroyed my shape of the tummy

WORKERS BEWARE: Absolute worst place to work. They 100% do not care for their people. You will work yourself into severe exhaustion and even suffer medical conditions and they will treat you like crap. They will violate your basic employee rights and think they can get away with it. Ran by a bunch of catty woman who think they are god. It's like a mean girls high school movie, but worse. Nasty humans! Run! Don't walk, Run! It's totally a pyramid scheme too. They push you to make unreasonable goals at any costs so they can make their money to buy Botox. Puts profit over everything including health and safety. Total joke of a job. If you want it get ready to be depleted of your soul!

PATIENT'S BEWARE: They offer mediocre results most of the time. There are patients who have had awful results as well. Like messed up belly buttons and sometimes really nasty infections. Doctors are awful and treat patients and clinical staff with rude and demeaning behavior. The Practice Manager is a joke. She sits around and does nothing while micro managing the entire staff. Overpriced and underwhelming experience. You will likely be disappointed. THEY TEACH THE CONSULTANT TO PERSUADE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEM ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN GET IN! Don't be fooled. Do you research!

I was misdiagnosed and misled, which has caused considerable distress and financial strain. I have observed no noticeable improvement in my appearance. I want full refund!

I never expected this sort of treatment. The only person I spoke with during my pre op that was honest with me was the surgeon. The sales person in Montgomery of course didn't return my calls and the manager in Birmingham was argumentative. I called before the appt and after with concerns I had about the reviews I read. I decided to not move forward and they wanted to charge me $2,450 for the consult and I said no. I wanted a full refund so be careful. They don't return calls, it's my body and my money. Seek another option!

I look like an muffin top now more than ever. I had an appointment today, April 18,2024. The surgeon came and told me I look good. Which she could clearly see I did not, but you look better than when you came in. Look at what you were before you came here. I said I spent a lot of money here not to look dysfunctional. I want to be proportion, she then went scare tactic and told me if I have more liposuction I would have she named it. I don't know what it is skin disease. The nurse chimed in and said my stomach like a balloon the more you take out my stomach the more wrinkles I would have. The commercial said that taken away forever but no, I have a lot of fat on the upper half now. And I eat a lot of chicken and salad. I don't think it was done. Not only that when I was there, they pulled her out of surgery to talk to me.
I raise that concern and then she told me she doing me a favor. I feel like I was robbed. Then she said my fat is because she couldn't pull the skin down because it's on the upper half. And she could only do 50 to 75% of fat removal. I can grab at least 3 inches and I weigh 130.

I should have followed my instincts after my first meeting with Dr Femovich at the Sono Bello in Columbus. During my consultation, the doctor was arrogant and dismissive. He pulled down my panties without asking two different times. I asked him to stop. He needs to be investigated.

I wanted this Laser Liposuction done because of timing and price. You definitely get what you pay for, but this is your wellbeing not shopping at the dollar store, although an appropriate analogy.

I had a change of heart on what areas I wanted corrected and called the office over a week before the procedure. I was told I would have a consultation with Dr Femovich before I was sedated to make that change. When I arrived on 4/4/2024 I was told that was not going to happen and my husband could not accompany me to the exam room to meet the doctor. I insisted. Dr Femovich had me stand up in front of the mirror, in the paper underwear they give you, as I started to explain my thoughts. He stopped me and said, "not today-not ever". I was shocked! I responded, "I called, I was told this was protocol, plus it's my body and my money". He got up and walked out.

I am taking this to the medical board of Ohio. Please to not put yourself through this and go to a respected plastic surgeon if you what to explore this type of surgery further.

Consultation was fine. It was the surgery that messed up my body! I guess the AbEx went okay but they moved my belly button way up above my waist. It's almost under my breast's. It looks horrible & I'll never wear a 2 piece bathing suit anymore. I look ridiculous! That's not the end of my disastrous story. At the last minute I decided to have liposuction on my thighs. Now I look like a freak! There's a dent, more like a cave in in them. I'll never wear a short skirt or shorts again either. The cave ins on my thighs are a joke. There are huge indentations on both thighs where the cannula went in & then there is fat all around the indents. Even my 11 year old granddaughter noticed it. This place is a joke! I went for my 6 month post op appointment & asked that the doctor be there because I had complaints & wasn't satisfied. They said they were sorry & would try to fix it which meant going through this all over again. They said they would call me to set up an appointment. Well months later & no call. I called back & they said they would give the dr my message & get back to me. Still no call! What is this Satisfaction Guarantee? I'm just a number to them. They won't even give me a partial refund! My body is a joke now. Between my belly button in no where land & dents in my thighs I'm so to go to the beach or out anywhere. Everyone who notices my thighs I tell I had this botched surgery done at Sono Bello & never go there & spread the word! I would rather have my fat belly & thighs back than look like this. I feel like a freak of nature! No calls months later which at this point wouldn't mean anything. They've already proven themselves unqualified! No money back! I've already spoken to an attorney & am proceeding forward with this.

Never, ever use their services! Totally unacceptable work on my body!

Satisfaction Guaranteed is a huge joke. That's why I'm proceeding with my attorney. Hopefully everyone considering having a procedure done there should cancel it! This place sucks & so does the so called dr who performed these procedures! Their rating from me is so low it's in the negatives.

I wasn't really sure what to expect. Between the initial consult with a sales rep, I suppose, and the preop, I was verbally abused by the Dr Atun, who stated he would not do the surgery without the invasive parts. They were talking that they were going to charge me 5% to reschedule though he was the reason it was apparently being rescheduled. Then they changed the doctors, then that doctor couldn't do it for the next appointment they scheduled. So I wrote them and told them I initially came in for the non invasive procedure they were advertising. Their practice manager called me and said they couldn't send the deposit back to me through my credit card but would mail a check. She cited the full amount back. Now a month later, no refund received as of yet, I called today and was told the manager was in a meeting, I asked about the missing check. Sadly, the only thing I got was verbal abuse and a run around. (Rescheduled, not informed of the doctor, no informed consent & they are the ones that cancelled/rescheduled TWICE.

I happily started this process back in November 2023 at the Manhattan NY office. After waiting 15 minutes for my consultation, All went well. The Representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the lipo and tummy tuck process! She created a folder for me and gave me a quote with several options for my procedure(s). Since I live in NJ, the Representative recommended that I have my procedure at the new Cherry Hill location. In an effort to keep the pricing quoted for 2023, I was pushed to make a $500 deposit. So, in December, I authorized this charge on my credit card. The Representative and I spoke one time and texted one time after that in 2024. Since then, I've been calling and texting to get a date to schedule my procedure(s). To date, no one has called me back. The excuses that I've received (and that's when someone picks up) are: that "my Representative will call you back in 20 minutes", or that She is out to lunch or in a meeting. It's been close to 3 months and no one has returned any of my calls? I get it that people are busy, but, the lack of concern and response has left me feeling bewildered! They accepted my deposit and ghosted me! Do not use them!
