This company is ripe off. When they're trying get your money they're so nice keep calling BUT after you have call them for follow up appointments but worst thing I didn't get my results. They told after 6 months I can come back for free if I didn't get the results I want but when I did everything they said to do after 6 months the doctor coming in talking medical talk and he couldn't go back in they're full of $#*!.Don't let the commercials fool you once they take your money it's over! Don't believe them when they say SNATCHED

Do your body a favor, do not go here! I was lied to to get in the door, regarding who my surgeon was and what financing was. I was prescribed pain medication that I can not take and the Dr was aware that I could not take, as it was in my chart several times, and I told them several times prior. I had to have a hernia repair post op, the surgeon did not complete the procedure due to tolerance because I was given the wrong medication and in so much pain throughout the procedure. Abby has attempted to offer a resolution and has been asked multiple times to submit the offer in writing, she has yet to do so. I asked Abby what they wanted me to pay for, and that I felt the offer was not proportional to what has happened to me, I was told by Abby, that it is extortion for me to expect a full refund. Sono Bello also wants all reviews removed if I accept their offer.
Sonobella scams it's customers. At your most vulnerable moment a non medical sales person "examines" you and assures you that you're a candidate for liposuction. You secure your surgery date with a no refundable deposit of $2500. But at the pre-op appointment with a doctor your hear more details that suggest the procedure will not produce the results the salesperson suggested. I then decided not to have the procedure. At first, I felt grateful that the MD had been honest. But then I wondered how many other people had paid $2500 only to then be told the procedure would not be beneficial.
The most painful experience of my life! I went to my post op and found out they don't use local anesthesia. They only "numb" the parts to be treated. I wish I had red the reviews before. The process was so painful I thought I was going to die on the table. If you have low pain tolerance don't go to this place. The worst experience ever! They give you a pill to "relax" but in my case it didn't work at all. I can not tell you enough how painful the process was. I thought I knew pain because I had breast augmentation done and tummytack and lipo before but this pain was excruciating. I was about to hold the doctors hand so he would stop. It felt like my skin was directly on a flame and a knife was slicing me while a thousand bees were stinging me. This procedure shouldn't even be allowed by law regulations.
The receptionist serves people as if they were pieces of nothing and your time is waste to her. If you want to be served like a piece of $#*! go to this place in FT. Lauderdale. You will feel that your money is worthless
I expended the money hoping to get good results. Lack of post op instructions have cost me more then $2000 dollars in post op massages and still battling with pain and fibrosis. Do not recommend the business
This company has terrible customer service they do not value their clients time at all. When you schedule an appointment they will have you sit in the waiting room for hours on end. This happened to me several times. They lack adaptability when it comes to their clients schedules. They are also not transparent when it comes to the process after the procedure. I was very disappointed in the service I was provided for the money I had spent. I would not recommend them...
I bought the abex procedure, upper arms, knees, and banana roll. None of these procedures made me look better, instead I look worse and now I have 2 belly buttons, my stomach isn't flat and smooth, my knees and arms are lumpy and saggy, and my butt looks like it has another butt under it if it is all lumpy and dented. I bought 2 Venus packages because they said it would fix all this. It didn't. I look worse than before surgery
First of all I was sold to believe that this procedure would only require a 3 day down time and that it would only feel as though I did a thousand sit ups. Mind you I am one to work out a lot so that didnt scare me. The procedure was extremely painful and they basically told me that they couldnt give me more anethesia so I received a stress ball to deal with it. The recovery has been hell to say the least. Dont do it!
2-3 weeks ago I scheduled appointment for what they had available, came in 15 minutes early as requested, left after an hour… nothing. I work 60 + hours a week. My time is limited and valuable as well. They triple book appointments, and obviously don't want my business or money… Scottsdale location.,,, shameful… very disappointing, but Faith receptionist was wonderful! Never even reached out to me to find out why I left…they don't care… they are making money though… who cares about customer service?
Went there just to see what the process was like. They knew before they tried to do measurements or to see my stomach that I was not fit for their program but yet they are still assisted on seeing my stomach and my hips. It was a very degrading experience. They meant made me feel very uncomfortable
I had my procedure done on August 16,2022. As of today September 12,2023 I still have occasionally swelling and numbness, which I expected. During the procedure, the upper abdominal was painful and the Doctor was not able to completely continue. I waited 8 months for the swelling to go down. I went in for a post op and told them I was not satisfied with the upper abdominal and I wanted to utilize the "satisfaction revision policy" I was told I could not use it because I gained 2 pounds, so i waited exercised and on my scale I lost 6 pounds and went back. At that visit they told me I gained 5 pounds. The problem is, they specifically tell you that you will not loose any weight and my weight fluctuate 3-5 pounds anyway and now the Doctor says I have to loose 3 pounds plus the 7 pounds he removed. The policy says, you must be at or below your weight on the day of surgery. Long story short, I paid almost $8000 and now they will not discuss my results or anything else with me. Basically, they told me to come in when I loose 5-10 pounds. I was planning to get a revision and pay extra for my upper back. Sonobello Oakbrook, IL, the revision policy is truley a joke, a scam, a marketing lie. Before the procedure the staff was so friendly and accommodating. But as soon as I had the smallest complaint, it all changed. My advisor was very nice through it all but, the Doctor and his nurse were not. People spend a lot of money on these procedures and you need to make sure you are getting your monies worth. My results were good but the upper abdominal hang out while the lower abdominal is slimmer and it looks weird.NOT SATISFIED

Sono bello is a scam. This "laser lipo" they are swearing by actually doesn't work, at all. I paid for 4 areas to receive lipo. (Upper and lower abs, waist and arms). The only area that I see a difference is my waist. I am on month 5 1/2 and literally I'm still fat in those areas. I go to the gym 5x a week (weight train and cardio). I paid for the recommended massages up until 3 months AFTER my surgery ( I was going twice a week for 3 months). My diet is literally great. I do not eat fast food, fried food, high sugars, high sodium or a bunch of carbs. I prioritize healthy fats and protein. And I have been going that prior to my procedure so I know about nutrition very well.You guys, I lie to to you not, no change whatsoever. In about a month I go for my 6 month follow up and I WILL tell them that I want another surgery because satisfaction is what they guaranteed
I was in shape but had some issues with my abba and waistline. I went Sono Bella and was impressed with the rep, no high pressure sales and the service was excellent. My issue is with the result. After the procedure and 3 very painful day, and 3 months later I'm basically where I was when I started. There was some improvement but not even close to whst I expected. I diet has always been very healthy and I work out 5 days a week. Yet, it all came back! 8k later! Don't do it.
I arrived to my 3:00pm appointment 15 minutes early, as requested. I completed the paperwork issued to me. At 3:40pm I still hadn't been seen. I chose to leave. There is no way a person should wait nearly an hour. After all they set the appointment time. The receptionist tried her best to make it better with small talk and offering water. I didn't like the disregard of my time. Maybe this happened for a greater reason. Looking at the reviews it's not as smooth and painless of a procedure as they make it appear to be.
I had my surgery done July 31,2023. I got an infection after 1 week post visit. Notified Sonobello nuse and she mentioned it was just irritated to air it out and would be better. No it got wosr. Had to see my Kaiser health care provider to give me new medication for infection today August 14,2023. My health provider mentioned I should have been prescribed more meds and the incision was poorly done trapping lots of bacteria. Will never recommend Sonobello. Go to a cosmetic specialist. Dr. Hsu was recommended. I do not. I haven't seen him since surgery.
This was the worst experience I've had in a decade. Consultation was for my wife. Sat in lobby for 1 hr. 40 minutes past appointment, waiting. Better Business Bureau plaque in the lobby from 3 years ago. Had $5000 in my pocket. Another $7000 on my HSA card. Britanny could hardly be bothered. I am the one who had to ask every question while she continually looked at her rose gold watch! Aren't you supposed to have a process? We were told how lucky we are that Brittany would steer us to surgeon who also does skin removal, which is NOT affiliated with actual Sono Bello. Wife walked out embarrassed when we wanted to think about it, but instead were told that I HAD to sign a piece of paper that was about to ask 5 lenders for $25,000 credit limit. Only thighs were important to us. $8000 ($4500 for two fees beyond original quoted price) plus another likely $10,000 for skin removal. Offered/pushed/ and insulted because I refused $25,000 credit card application limit. I have original print outs. Then mocked! No medical people anywhere, but you want me to let you touch my wife? You are so deceitful and you know it! Delete all of our data. You do not have permission to share anything of ours!

My first few appointments at Sono Bello I had to wait an hour or so to be seen (even when on time for the scheduled appointment slot). When I scheduled a surgery they called to reschedule on me several times saying the doctors had a change in their schedule. When I decided it was not a good time to have the procedure done, I tried to get my down payment back and it was a very grueling process. Three weeks ago I went back for another consultation to get a new quote and I was told I cannot reschedule the appointment or get a refund next time I decide on a surgery date. This is funny to me because it was always "okay" for them to cancel or reschedule appointments or run late. I was told a few weeks ago I would receive my new quote for surgery on the day I had my consultation. I have been calling over ten times in the past few weeks just to get a simple quote from my consultation! The employees at the front desk seem constantly confused about who to get me in contact with to rectify the problem. I keep being told that someone will get back to me that day (each day that I call). No one EVER calls me back. I'm very frustrated with this company. I once told the practice manager that I didn't feel their customer service was very good and her response was why don't you go somewhere else (instead of, "how can we improve or make things better for you in the future?"). I don't know what their surgery results are like but I feel like they are trying to get as many people as possible to sign up for surgery and are not giving the best care/service to each individual. Would not recommend based on the customer service they provide.
Answer: It feels so friggin awful. They lie. Everyone lies. It's like being sliced open with a big poker and then that poker getting jammed up under you skin for hours.
