I ordered a hamburger with (Ketchup, mayo and mustard). I got a cold cheeseburger so I sent it back that was a big mistake. I end up getting a burger with heavy mayonnaise. I threw it away & took my loss of the burger plus tip then went down the street to DQ and bought a meal for the price I paid/tip I GAVE to Sonic. I paid with my bank card and I don't have a receipt- I don't remember getting one.
Had a hiccup with my receipt(s). But, Ilene took care of me. I ordered the new bbq sandwich and it was really delicious. Makeala brought out my meal, she was an awesome person too.
The fries were cold and hard. Like they were old. The burgers where dry AF definitely lacking any condiments. Will never eat here at this one again. It was in Oroville CA.
I asked for a damn number 16 breakfast toaster they gave me it but with mayo tamatos an lettuce like it's a breakfast sandwich it don't need no mayo, lettuce,or tomato. To top it off they didn't didn't even add no damn egg
Ordered a #1 sonic burger, could not even taste the hamburger, taste like a lot of fillers in the beef, asked for a refund, they gave it to me,but the leader person was very rude.
Get my food wrong constantly lies about the machine malfunctioning and losing our order food came out cold gave me the wrong drink only half a thing of fries didn't give us the sauce asked for 0 out of 10
I ordered 10 of the 1.99 double cheeseburgers. Was excited to get em cause I didn't have to cook dinner that night. Got em.home and took em out the bag, and to my surprise every single burger was smashed beyond recognition, and basically thrown in the bag. A few of the burgers were half wrapped. I.was highly disappointed. I spent over 20 dollars on burgers and they was unpleasantly smashed like seeing food in the garbage. I have no proof didn't think I needed proof
I paid 4.00 for this this it is not worth I wouldn't pay no more then 1.00 for this. Don't waste your time or money buying this
The people working there were all talking in the kitchen and not surviving my family. The ground was sticky as heck I felt like I was glued down. The placed smelt like poop.
Went to Sonic in Latham, NY last night. We had a double cheeseburger, hot dog, tots, and onion rings. All of our food was delivered cold to the car. Most of it went in the garbage. I was able to drink the shake that I got. Will not eat at Sonic again.
It was hard to understand her through the speaker and her responses were direct and seemed very rude. She took the wrong order and gave us the wrong food.
Emma was a great help, she had great customer service! The food tasted fresh and great! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Emma!
The taste of the cheddar peppers have changed. Where before the peppers were mild and the cheese tasted much better, the new ones are too hot and the cheese is bland. This was my go to meal/snack and now it is not.
Doesn't change to sonic closest to you! Bring back old app easier to you and locates closest to you.
Bad customer service. They have no mannerisms. Instead of handling your food to you they throw it at you! DONT EAT THERE!
Florence Sonic. They don't even deserve a star.
Their "Ocean Water" is nothing but a sham. Their is absolutely no salt water in this drink, and it is considered an abomination by the Collection of Seabourne-men. If this water was truly collected from the ocean, AS THEY CLAIM, it would be the holiest of water. However, it is nothing but a cheap falsehood.
Meat was wet, bun was soggy, fries were VERY salty, Drink was watered down. The meat was too disgusting to eat, as it was making a "squelching" noise
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
