I went to Sonic for a root beer float. They no longer offer them so I had a chocolate shake. Nothing chocolate about it and it doesn't even melt for about 45 minutes. You can turn the cup upside down and it won't even drip. Nasty whipped something on top and it's also used as a filler in the bottom. If I could give a lower star rating I would. I wish I took a picture. Cost over $4. My guess is the profit margin is huge. Not going there again.
Waited for over 40 minutes while customers came and left waiting for them to take my order…. Then they bring me someone else order first then when I get mine of course it's completely wrong what else should I expect

Paula at 2945 Buckner charged different price than menu stated and told me that the prices are changing today. Liar! If she needs tips this isn't the way by being dishonest to customers.

Fabulous, fresh, hot food served here, great slushes and more! The lady who brought out my order was very personable. We had to laugh at my last experience at a Sonic, but I certainly will visit the Fort Mill location from here on!
Love the food, but unfortunately, it depends on which location you go to to get good food in a good time frame. That's what Sonic used to be all about and why I've been so loyal for decades... loyalty is waning.
Your pickles are terrible. I have stopped buying burgers from y'all because of this. You should try them and compare them to your competitors. They have you beat hands down. It ruins the burger. Let me know when you change and I'll be back
I just finished my meal of a cheeseburger with tots. I have never rated a restaurant before, but this was the fourth time I've ordered from Sonic and the fourth time i have been very satisfied. Their menu gives you plenty of options and I personally think their prices are reasonable. So, thank you to Sonic and its employees (and their delivery service). Keep up the good work and I will be ordering again.
I normally really like sonic, but today, something really weird happened. After a long day of traveling, i ordered a medium chili cheese tots. I took them home and set them up on my dresser while i did something. When i opened them, i noticed half of my tots were gone, but there were still the cheese and chili stains like they had been there, so i genuinely think a sonic worker ate them. Has this happened to anyone else?
I watch Sonic ads on TV regarding 1/2 price cheeseburgers only if you order thru their app. How is that fair for all customer's. I have not and will not order food thru apps. If I cannot get the same savings by ordering directly at my local sonic. I will not go there at all anymore. I can go to McDonald's, subway, A&W or other fast food restaurants to feel like a more valued customer and order directly. So disappointed.
Kids burger came with cheese. Probably repeated three times no cheese.
No Ketchup with tots and no dip for pickle fries as pictured. Very disappointing visit, consistently have something wrong with orders. Probably not going back.
Sonic is a good place ta eat, if you don't like leaving your car, people bring your food to your car, they have good deals on food everyday, and lots of different flavor drinks
I ordered a Oreo milkshake and I thought I had vanillamilk shake because when I drink it I barely had any Oreos but when I got to the end there was only a few Oreos they were all at the bottom and it wasn't even stirred and there was like five Oreos
I ordered a hamburger with (Ketchup, mayo and mustard). I got a cold cheeseburger so I sent it back that was a big mistake. I end up getting a burger with heavy mayonnaise. I threw it away & took my loss of the burger plus tip then went down the street to DQ and bought a meal for the price I paid/tip I GAVE to Sonic. I paid with my bank card and I don't have a receipt- I don't remember getting one.
I use to go to sonic all the time, then the prices went up and the food was not as good, then I decided to give them another try, never again will I go back to get any food items from sonic again, not to mention it is way way over priced for what you get, which I realize everything has gone up, but this cheeseburger was just a waste of $8.00, or however much it was. My bottom bun was just so soggy from everything being thrown on it with all the mayo and lettuce was brown.
Sonic on waterloo in Edmond apparently premakes some menu items, resulting in cold stale ingredients. Wilted lettuce, unrecognizable tomato slices, stone cold fries. Food was tasteless. Very unfortunate choice of restaurants.
Buyer beware... Sonic Drive-In now charges fees like.05 cents for a pack of ketchup or.15 if you want chocolate in your chocolate. They do not list these fees on their menu or any advertising I could find. They just quietly are putting them on everyone's bills and hoping no one will notice. As a customer it's not a matter of being cheap it's a matter of I getting a burger and some corporate policy is in place to literally steal money from people. The manager I talked to went as far as trying to blame McDonalds and Chic-Fil-A of doing the same. When I checked on that false accusation I saw now signs of extra fees charged by either competitor. Sonic Drive-In if you need more money just charge the same honest, standardized way all the other fast food places charge their customers, just raise your prices. Please stop the lying and I will start the buying again!
Waited in drive thru line for 16 minutes...only 2 cars in front of us...someone finally started to take our order then just stopped...I said hello several times no response...drove around to window a lady was standing at register she looked at me and then just walked off...someone else walked over to register but never once opened window or acknowledged me...I manage a restaurant and I would never treat or allow any of my employees to treat a guest the way we were treated...we have endured the long wait at this location before but to be totally ignored is a totally new level.
I recently started craving a #1 hamburger from Sonic so we hopped into the car to go it. We pulled in an ordered two #1 meals with Mayo to go and off we drove. Imagine our surprise to find out they completely changed the burgers. The first noticeable thing is there is me re meat and frankly it a little to much meat. The next problem was it didn't have onions or pickles, and really wasp tasteless. They smothered the burger with ketchup which made it a mess. I don't know why this corporation has bothered to put stupid women adds on tv who brag they don't wear a bra when they drop their kids off at school. They should have educated the public
About the changes on the menu. Why can't I get the same burger I have eaten for 50 years! It was a winner!
I ordered a cheeseburger on half price night and was very disappointed. The burger was not hot, like it had been setting for awhile, it didn't have the unique taste as they use to, soggy lettuce, not good at all.
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
