The Farmersville TX sonic is aweful! They take way too long, get the order wrong and the sandwich was all smashed with nothing but mayo no veggies. It had to be thrown away. Ordered a lemonade and got water with a lemon:-( I will not go back
I have been trying to use the app to order food for almost two months and when it gets to the payment page it dtates that stare does participate in mobile orders or app orders and I loose the bonus food that I have earned. The store not the corporate office seems to care, since I have spoken to both multiple times and they have NEVER done one thing to try to make things right with me. So I guess they don't mind loosing a loyal customers business.
My stuff took 45 min and i only got three drinks. Also there was not that many people there. The dude that brought out our drinks didn't have his hair pulled back nor did he have on a hat.
Durant on rd 1111 N ave Is the worst place ever. Please don't go. I went there ordered my food and only got two medium French fries when I asked for a burger. My fault for not checking the bag first but they should have did there job right. Went back and got the order changed. My bf wanted a drink and pressed the button. The girl said "One straw?" And before we could say no, she left and some guy brought us out a straw and then left. We pressed it again and she with the upmost disgusted attitude said "yeaaa?" We tried ordering again she said "another straw?" No. Finally got what we WANTED and left. Horrible place. They also messed up my bf drink. He orders a chocolate milk shake and they gave him all chocolate syrup and ice cream. You couldn't even drink it
I ordered multiple UNICORN SLUSHY'S for my clients I take care of! I specifically asked for them to mix the white slush with the pink liquid to make it pink as it's sopose to be a unicorn drink?!?! Along with leaving the juice out from the bobas which they pile at the bottom and it's disgusting! I explained all that to the person taking my order tell me why they ignored every thing I asked for them to do which I shouldn't have to as it is their job! I'd like to know why not one employee knows how to make it correctly! What's the dam point!?! I also got shorted $1.00 which was not my money! Best part is the one girl really thought it was funny laughing! She's so lucky! Photo of the drink is only of one of them which she added way to much pink syrup to it after the other girl making it incorrectly! I gave up after that! It's sad! It's like she piled that pink syrup trying to be funny!
Trash! Food was disgusting and the customer service was horrible as well. The young guy at the window needs a refresher on customer service, waste of time and money! I'll eat Mickies before this trash place again!
The sonic and Conover, North Carolina is absolutely the worst place ever. They will not take your order at drive-through. They will not take your order you park and click the red button. You are completely ignored. I sat there over 25 minutes tonight waiting to pick up an order that placed online and finally left because it is ridiculous if they don't have any employees they should close the place down. I only gave it a one because there was nothing less that I could giveit.
I was ordering and the guy cut me off and gave me my total without me being able to finish ordering.
I ordered this shi on 23rd street and I ordered 1 LARGE chili cheese fries and when I opened it the $#*! was filled half way. Plus I open my burger and the $#*!ing bottom bun was burnt. Like cmon now I was just tryna grub.
The customer service seems to not be trained to solve simple issues. It is corporate's responsibility to prevent damaging customer unsatisfaction.
This was hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and it deserves to be called out. On May 3,2025, at 11:45 AM, I placed an order at the Sonic on East Stone Drive in Kingsport: a #3 combo with a cheeseburger, medium tater tots, and a large Diet Coke. I paid $12.06 (including a $2 tip) with my debit card, and the payment immediately showed up on my online banking app. After waiting 15 minutes with no food, I pressed the red button to ask about my order. A male employee answered and told me there was no order for me—despite the fact that I had already paid. When I started explaining, he rudely cut me off mid-sentence. I had to press the button again just to get someone to listen. A female employee came on, and after I explained the situation again, she refunded my payment. Then, a minute or two later, food was finally brought out—but it was cold. The cheeseburger and tater tots were stone cold and inedible. The Diet Coke was the only thing even remotely acceptable. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. I chose Sonic over Chick-fil-A because I didn't want to wait in a longer line. Big mistake. I will not be returning to this location—or likely to any Sonic—after the way I was treated and the complete failure to deliver even basic service. This location needs serious improvement in customer service, order accuracy, and food quality. Absolutely unacceptable.
SELMA SERVICE IS HORRIBLE DIDNT EVEN GET TO ORDER FOR 20 minutes so had to leave before even getting to order my food and they were skipping us and giving food to people who had gotten their after
The sonic drive in in Eunice is disgusting. I went to use the bathroom and the bathroom was horrible. It had tissue everywhere, the issue was on the ground, and the toilet was dirty, and the food was nasty. My burger was hard. The meat was black and tasted like burnt. And the fries was hard and brown, and my drink was watered down. I will never go there again.
I am tired of you not accepting my forms of payment, because one card decl ined. Who makes these decisions after numerous phone calls to fix the issue and being told that it may take weeks because you receive over ******* complaints daily. I see why

EVERYTHING! The smashburger was ordered without sauce, and I specifically asked the girl if they left it off and she said YES. I almost drove away, but something told me to check before I left. THank goodness I did because there was sauce all over it. Then she got mad at me because I had to take it back. This is the 3rd time IN A ROW that I have had a bad experience with SONIC. The other 2 times they didn't even give me a Smashburger - they gave me a regular burger and charged me the extra money for a Smashburger. When I wrote a review - it's been radio silence. Like being ghosted! Because of this...I WILL NO LONGER GO TO SONIC. And, because of that, my husband will no longer eat there. He was with me on one of the trips to your store. And now, my mother-in-law will no longer eat there either. If I get the chance to tell anyone about Sonic or if anyone wants to know where to go to eat...I will definitely let them know NOT to go to Sonic. This could have been rectified...but you chose to ghost me instead.

Will never be coming back. Ordered my food with buffalo and ranch sauce packets on the side. The lady came out with our food not much later and took my card inside to pay. She dashed to give me my card back hut before i can talk to her she dashed back inside. I pushed the red button and explained that my order was messed up. She dashed back out, i explained again the issue. She touched my burger with bare hands, took it while it was inside the box back inside. Came back with the same burger and even confirmed it was the original. Gave it to me and dashed back inside. Cant eat the burger because of poor hygeine. Tota were greasy and old. Drinks were really watered down. My husband burger wasnt good at all is what he said. The only name i have would be a Andrea thats from the receipt. Contacted support spoke to Anne who wouldnt give me a refund for the sandwich at least but offered a $5 giftcard and coupon for free drink with a purchase. Knowing the sandwich cost more than $5. Why would i want a $5 gidtcard when i aint coming back again? Also the stalls and sidewalks from what i can tell are dirty. But yeah i had to throw away my sandwhich
I finished my drink….wanted to eat some ice and behold there was a freakin bug in my cup! The drink I had was an ocean water…there was more than ice floating in that ocean! So disgusting! This Sonic was in Gonzales, Louisiana on Airline highway.
Sonic is one of my wife and myself favorite fast food restaurant but we visited the one in South Hill VA not only it was the worst Sonic but the worst fast food restaurant ever we got our usual the number one burger was cold and nasty she got fries which didn't even have an inside just grease and dry I had the tots I squeezed mine and grease just ran everywhere we spent over twenty dollars plus gave the server a nice tip but we will never ever stop there again discussing nasty!
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
