Society6 has more cases for iPhone 6 plus than anyone else... lots more fun artistic choices too. And after ordering from them, I discovered that their customer service is the best. The experience - altogether, awesome!
Julia from Society6 replied almost instantly to my e-mail and solved my problem. It's always nice to know that someone is actually giving 2 minutes of their time to give you a hand when needed. Some other platforms are missing this piece. :)
So much selection, such diversity. There are those things you can pick up at walmart or through amazon, but when you have a love of something and want your floor bed kitchen or clothes stand out while representing it, Society 6 is one of the best options

Beautiful products at reasonable prices. There were a couple of small flaws - a pretty insignificant annoyance in the scheme of things -
But I still did not want to return items (because I liked them too much lol), so I provided some feedback instead.
Jonathan responded quickly, ordering replacements and processing a 20% refund, no questions asked. This was completely above and beyond any of my expectations.

After having done a few orders, i received an item with misaligned print. I working in the printing field so i do understand that sometimes things do unfortunately go a touch wrong. Within 48 hours i was contacted with a replacement order offered, then processed.
With service that fast, and personal... not just automated responses, it has made me appreciate Society6 even more and this IS my store of choice. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.
After receiving my product and not being pleased with it, I emailed asking for a return label and they actually went above and beyond in helping me out! Their customer service replies quickly and they're just so nice! I will definitely be shopping here more!
Even though my dealings with Society6 customer service was via email, I actually felt like I was dealing with a human being-- so rare in this technology-crazed era. My question was answered right from the start (no annoying form letter that makes you know no one read anything), and the same person, Dev, emailed me every time. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and I won't hesitate to shop there again.
Shipping error on their end, not mine (continental US - NOT international). Very poor customer service, not responding to emails/Facebook messages or returning phone calls. LOVE the artists, hate this site... find another option.
So society6 just impressively handled my botched birthday present - I initially chose the wrong size, and then (as happens) I felt lazy and didn't want to do an exchange knowing I should...,.,,. And then, with a bit of well-executed hinting... they totally 100% made it all work easily and spectacularly, no exaggeration - happy gift recipient, happy gift-giver

Shipping took a little longer then expected (4 weeks) but i ordered just before Christmas so probably added some delay.
Absolutely in love with my new duvet cover though! The material is so nice and the print is perfect! Totally happy with society6 and will be ordering from them again :)
I was amazed by the response time I received from David. I placed an order Friday night but the coupon code didn't work right. Most sites would have me wait all weekend until someone came in for Monday office hours. I got a refund in maybe 3 minutes. Shocking customer service!
The brilliant customer service team, well Maria especially, managed to turn around what could have been a negative shopping experience into something actually enjoyable.
I had one order seemingly get stuck in transit. Tracking order showed it wasnt moving, it was overdue. Oh dear I thought. Here we go.

Society6 has an amazing variety of wonderful, high-quality artist-made products, which are available in prints, shirts, leggings, hooded sweatshirts blankets, bedding & just about anything I want. I have at least 50 long & short sleeve shirts in all kinds of artist renderings & am constantly asked where I got them. I have at least 20 art prints & absolutely LOVE everything I have received from Society6, and their customer service is spectacular! The very few issues I've had in over 75 purchases have been promptly & courteously taken care of - I have never experienced the exceedingly high quality customer service anywhere else.
I simply cannot recommend Society6 any higher - they have become my go-to place to shop for a wide range of clothing, bedding & art prints.

Ordered 4 t-shirts and were very excited when they finally arrived.
Sadly none of them looked like they did in the photos. The prints were faded, colours mixed and already cracking. This is very disappointing. Was looking forward to ordering more items but we have changed our minds after receiving these.
I've purchased two blankets from their website. Both are well made, thicker than I thought they would be and even more beautiful than pictured online. Their customer service is on top of things and quickly responded to my shipping questions.
Love their designs and their products and the customer service is fantastic. Was missing an item from my order and they happily replaced it no questions asked. So encouraging in this day and age where many companies don't want to help. Refreshing! Thanks Society6!
