I am a regular customer of Snap deal. I purchased a balancing wheel /smart drifting scooter from Snap deal wide order ID *******4694 on 23rd Aug and received it on 29th Aug. But when I use it, it found not working correctly so considering my child safety, I placed the return request on 1st Sep. But till date neither they have picked it up the item, nor provided any solution on it. They just gave a SMS to call on toll free no. *******9387 which is invalid. And suddenly on 8th I received another SMS from then that they have cancelled by return request which shocked me as item cost is 11.5 K. In between I called them on customer care and mailed them on snapdeal email address but no proper response received against it. It all shows that they sell defective or poor quality items and do not get it return against return request. This way they cheat the customers. I will raise complaint against snap deal in consumer forum. Can somebody guide me in the same. My contact no. Is *******9658, Krishna Paradhi.

Hi, I bought a Nike Vomero 12 running shoes. Order ID: *******9015. When I received the shoes, realized that it was a fake product. I took it to a nike showroom to check. They showed that the bar code on the product was wrong. The SKU number on the shoes was fake. The barcode on the product and the pack was not matching. I ordered a refund and got it, thankfully. DO NOT TRUST SNAPDEAL

Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased Nike shoes on June 2,2019, as they have sent the wrong shoes and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care. Hopeless service and these people are spam, I think I need to complain about consumer court. Snapdeal is a big spam. A big Zero rating.

Hi Team, I had placed order due to size issue I requested for replacement but by mistake I cancelled the pickup of replacement product.

I tried calling to customer care number provided on the website its of no use and I have sent mail to *******@snapdeal.com but no response.

There is no proper service given by Snapdeal which is so annoying. I had followed up with them since from a week till now I have not got single reply from your team. Such a pathetic customer care you have. I am very disappointed that you guys are not so supportive to the customer.

There is no proper customer care is update in the website and there is no chat service also only mail service you have unfortunately nobody is replying.

Such worse service your providing.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue urgently.

I ordered mi sts ******* power bank in gray colour but i received in blue and white colour power bank and its condition also not good.its quality not good.it is not original mi power bank.the box of power bank is also not mi company. I cant my phone twice charge. Power bank is ******* mah but its battery highly reduce in ones time mobile charge. I am highly disappointed. This is my first order in snapdeal and i never order any product again next time in snapdeal.stop to cheat customers. Very
