They hacked my visa and started using it for online purchases before I locked it

FOR SOME REASON THIS GOT TO ONE OF MY CREDIT CARDS.I DIDNT EVEN PURCHASE OR DID BUSSINESS WITH THEM.LOOKING BACK THEY DO POP UP ON YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT,AND MAYBE JUST SCROLLING THROUGH IT THEY GET INFO ABOUT YOU.THEY HAVE CHARGED MY ACOOUNT 2X AND BECAUSE I PAID MY ACCOUNT NOT KNOWING THAT THIS "SMARTYCASHBACK" WITHOUT CHECKING WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR NOW IT CAME BACK AND CHARGED AGAIN THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME AROUND.I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND THAT WAS A HASSLE UNTIL ONE KIND AGENT FINALLY ( HOPEFULLY) WILL RESOLVE IT.MY CREDIT CARD IS CLOSED FOR NOW BY MY CREDIT CARD AS SUGGESTED BY THEM AND THEY WILL DO A FRAUD CLAIM AND INVESTIGATION ON THIS COMPANY.I LITERALLY TOLD THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY SAID NO.THEY WILL FILE A CLAIM AND DO A CHECK ON THIS SITE.SO DONT TRUST THIS SITE TO SAVE A HEADACHE.
