I booked my ticket, website was all in Spanish and no English. My credit card declined the transaction and I didn't get a notification from the credit card company or airline that the transaction didn't go through. I happened to call the airline to ask about the Spanish right away, and then they charged me $200 more for ticket when I tried to re-purchase it immediately.
