Be aware of this agent, they're dishonest, I purchased a ticket and I paid for 2 stops only, I received an email confirmed reservation 2 stops, when they took my money out of my account event 2 days later I online chatted/called to ask where is my ticket, then they sent me a ticket for 3 stops, we could not accept for 3 stops, I paid expensively for 2 stops only. They said if I do not accept 3 STOPs then they will refund and charges $225 fees. They were wrong but they wanted to charge fees me if I do not accept. Dishonest, lier. Didn't help, please far away with Smartfares.

I am contacting Smartfares.com and spoke to a travel consultant Stan on Wednesday, December 2,2015. Per the attached reservations my children and I were scheduled to depart for Orlando on Saturday, December 19th. We were very disappointed to find out that our flights where never actually booked for this trip when we arrived at the airport.
While standing in the airport with luggage and 2 visibly upset children, I called Smartfares.com to attempt to resolve this issue. I spoke with your consultant named Rachel, who advised me the only other options where fares that where going to cost us more than double than what the original fare would be; Delta at $1748 or JetBlue at $1763. What kind of customer service is this, how can you run a company that scams people out of their dream vacations and not offer compensation for it?
This trip meant a lot to our kids and has subsequently been ruined by the negligence of your travel agent Stan and Smartfare.com. How do you not follow through to confirm and book our reservations? Our entire family lives in Florida and this trip was a surprise Birthday/Christmas gift for my son to visit his grandparents. Now I need to explain to my 8 year old son why he will not be with them on Christmas morning opening presents with the rest of the family.
I have not received a call back in this matter or email. As I would like flight vouchers or other compensation for the stress and mental anguish you have caused myself and my children for missing this vacation. Worst experience ever!

In our language, we have characters with á (a-acute) and other "special characters" not present in the English alphabet. When I typed our names into the website, it did not give me any warning, and just "ate up" the characters. So our tickets actually have the wrong names on them (missing one letter each). When I noticed, I called them up to fix, but they said that the only way was to cancel that ticket and buy another one for a higher price. We have not had the trip yet, so I hope this won't cause any more problems beyond my anxiety right now. The call center agent from travelerhelpdesk.com promised to escalate and get back to me, but I never heard back from them. I am now trying to solve directly with the airline.
