If it's too good to be true... it's probably Smart Buy Glasses. I purchased Oliver Goldsmith frames and was told twice they were in stock, stock confirmed and on their way to the distribution center but alas they kept delaying the order by 5-9 business days. When I called to speak to a rep they told me conflicting stories about why there was a delay and whether or not they actually have the item in stock. The company is in the UK, the warehouse is allegedly in Italy and the customer service is in the Phillippines so good luck finding out where your frames are. Are they fakes? Oliver Goldsmith has said they don't distribute to them so I cancelled the order, don't want to wait to find out and then be stuck paying the return shipping fee.
I could not find a better price online or in a store! Also great customer service!
1) They didn't tell me that i have to return via international shipping in case i didn't like the product. Return shipping is costing me INR 850 for a purchase of INR 5000 so i will loose 20% in case i didn't like the product. This should be transparent to customer at purchase like from where the product will be shipped etc.
2) The price is very high in comparison to offline stores and other portals. I am getting the same product at 40% in offline stores and a similar product at 35% less on other portal

I was extremely pleased with my purchase of Ray-Ban glasses for everyday use. SmartBuyGlasses was exceptionally responsive to a change in my order, accommodated specific requests and processed my order in an extremely efficient and effective manner and even passing on a small saving from the order change. I was able to track progress on the fulfillment of my order and then track the shipping, which was delivered on time. The price-performance ratio was as high as you can get for such a high-quality pair of glasses.
After 3 mont i got my glasses but it was as used and with fedex we are investigating to find out the thief it looks that fedex is stragling with theire stuffs in tunisia.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
