Buyer be aware! Ordered 2 pairs of glasses a month ago. First, they never contacted me about my script which apparently they had questions about. I contact customer service when I realized my order was still "in progress". When I called they said the glasses were not being made because there were questions about my script. That was the first issue. Finally one pair of glasses shipped. I was not told these glasses were made and shipped from Hong Kong actually I was told I would receive my glasses within 14 days. NOPE! I've asked this company to refund my money as I haven't received my prescription glasses and they said they can't refund because they are in transit. A MONTH LATER! Next 2 weeks after my order of two pairs of glasses only pair finally shipped. I had to call back to ask about the 2nd pair of glasses that still hadn't shipped. 2 weeks in the lab made an error and the glasses were never made! Needless to say I was able to cancel those glasses and was refunded. HOWEVER because I was refunded I lost all the discounts offered when ordering two pairs of glasses and ended up paying full price for one pair of glasses that I never received! Unbelievable! Horrible! Meanwhile, I did order from EYEBUYDIRECT and they were amazing! Received my glasses within the agreed upon time at an amazing price!
It took little bit longer than I had expected, but it was customs problems. I always reciebed guidance and king words from Smart Buy Glasses contact in spite of my mood

I got everything I ordered quick and I got exactly what I ordered. I do recommend this site to anyone who is purchasing prescription glasses or sunglasses.
I received my Ray-Ban RX5285 Highstreet-2034 and everything seems to be fine.
At first I had some doubts about the graduation sent but then I confirmed with a local optic store and everything was correct.
I also had some questions about why the glasses didn't come with the original Ray-Ban box, and the answer was that for eyeglasses they don't come with it. I couldn't find an example package for eyeglasses as you can find for sunglasses for example (in the case of Ray-Bans), so I believe in that answer and I can say I'm comfortable with the product sent.

Fair deal. My glasses did arrive some days later than expected, but in general, everything is okay.
Maybe the website should inform that packages are sent from China.
My experience superb slow delivery. Take about 2 months plus.
I dont know whether they temporary no stock?
But at least pls update client and keep track.

A lot cheaper than the high street opticians and the same quality. I have bought two pairs of RayBan varifocal glasses and both have been superb and arrived in just over a week.
I can't remember how long they took to arrive because I wasn't in a rush but im extremely happy with my glasses. Huge discount from the price in the store to the ones I ordered online.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 3.19. On 3.21 the money was taken out of my account. On 3. 27. 12 I received an email saying my glasses were discontinued and asking me to choose a different pair. I didn't want a different pair and asked for a refund. I then received another email asking me to choose a different pair, to which I replied stating once again that I did not want a different pair, I wanted my money back. On 3.29 I was told the money would be back in my account in 3-5 days. On 4.10 I still didn't have the refund, contacted them and they said it was already processed. I contacted my bank (who never has a delay on anything-when they receive it, it's done) and was told they haven't received anything concerning a refund from SmartBuyGlasses! So I contacted SmartBuy again and they said they would send me proof of the refund on 4.13. It is now 4.17 and I haven't received the refund or proof of the refund and am going through my bank to do a dispute to get the money back. So this is a great website if you don't mind paying and getting nothing in return.
