I ordered Bvlgari glasses from this site and had the lenses dispensed here in Australia. The optician confirmed the glasses were the real deal. I just ordered a pair of Prada prescription sunglasses from them and I'm not the least bit worried. Did anyone think that some of the reviews on here may be from actual retailers who want to discourage people finding out that it's their prices that are the real rip offs!
I ordered a pair of micheal kors prescription glasses all the way from Zimbabwe. I was sooo nervous but the glasses came delivered to my door step at no extra cost. I recommend smart buy glasses to anyone. It is cheaper and very efficent.
I purchased the rayban sunglass from this website, the price is much lower than the local sunglass shop in my country with no compromise of the quality. The service of the sale team is quite good because the sunglass casing that come with the sunglass I ordered was a little bit torn, so I asked for replacement and they just replace it with no questions ask! Very helpful and responsive. I will definitely buy from them again.

This seller really sucks! They are into habit of accepting your order, charging payment and then making some delaying tactics not to send your item. I currently have an issue about the item I ordered more than a week ago. I placed an order for Ryban eyeglasse, they acknowledge and apparently process my order. But after the charges appeared in my bill, they put the status of my order as under verification because they said they have to make sure that its a legitimate purchase. They required me to send ta copy of my ID as a proof that its an authorize transaction. They acknowledge my documents but after that they never reply to my follow ups. Keep sending email to the customer service team and service manager but none of them bothered to reply. I'm asking them to refund my money but they don't answer my emails. Please don't order from this seller if you don't want to o through all the hassles that buyer like me is experiencing.
I`m a little disappointed because I can`t see/look at any long distance with these glasses. I see quite well in computer but... to visit the toilet or eat a lunch... not managing.

Quality frames and fast answer on questions.
My frames got stuck in the customs for about 5 Days and the delay caused me trouble due to me going travelling and had planned to have received the glases Before leaving. Asked fpr compensation in any way but the answer was no.
Sun Glasses arrived on time, I have a high prescription on both eyes and I was worried about the lens thickness but it was thinner than expected. The only issue is that I cant see as good as my regular glasses with the same prescription and I don't know if it has to do with them being sunglasses or that the prescription on the sunglasses was incorrect.

Sunglasses usually have more of a curve than regular eyeglass frames, which may cause a little distortion.

It is not made clear that it involves international shipment. I took almost two weeks.

The order process was very easy and the site was very user friendly. Any questions I had were promptly answered and my order was dispatched within 1 week. When my glasses arrived they were just as advertised.
Not great. When my glasses came the frames we're too big to accommodate a prescription. So when I wore them, the view was distorted. They were frames that should have been sold only as cosmetic not for prescription. When I asked them to exchange they wouldn't, so I had to get a refund after already waiting 3 plus weeks. They should know the products they sale. I actually had to go back to my eye doctor to figure this out.

Very fast delivery and nice prices.
Only thing negative is that it is a little confusing that there are different sites for different countries and if you enter the site via a proxy, it is like you have different accounts, and the bonuses are separated.
This is my second purchase, and will not be my last. My purchase was taking a little longer than expected, so I called. The agent that I spoke to suggested that I switch the sunglasses to a different pair, which I did, while she was in the line and she quick shipped and I had them in 2 days. I was very happy with my purchase. And of course the wonderful agent I worked with.
My glasses never arrived, though the money came out my account. Customer service were not contactable. Worst service I've ever experienced and not sure if this site is fraudulant and if I should report it.
