First things first, I have read a ton of reviews claiming this company sells fakes, if you are on the fence because of that concern, keep reading…
I broke a pair of Lunor 234 A5 frames recently, these are $495 frames, so naturally I looked around the internet to find a deal. This site is the only one I could find with anything that was less than full price. Lunor frames are handcrafted in Germany and super high end, which means very difficult to replicate.
I ordered my replacement frames and was careful to read the processing times they have on their website, expecting that given those details and the general state of the current economy, it could take a month to get my items. If you order, you must keep your expectations in line, as this is certainly not a quick turnaround purchase.
When breaking my original frames, I'm the lenses miraculously remained unscathed. Upon arrival of the frames today, they came with a 100% legit Lunor case and cloth, along with what appears to be 100% legit frames. Compared my original (broken) frames to the new ones and if this site sells fake frames, it is the best damn fake I have ever seen.
*It is worth noting, I did not purchase the same color frames as my old, just the same style. So I couldn't verify the exact colors of all the components versus the originals I have, but the feel and quality seem exactly the same AND my lenses fit in the frames without any issues.

I bought my needed lens on site as usual. But the local customs made a lot of troubles and finally i couldnt got it from the DHL currier.
So smartglasses did back the payment more fastest that the products back to origin.

The problem starts when I got glasses (Burberry) which were not really what I am looking for. I searched the website and asked to change the glasses with Prada ones. After their confirmation of the Prada availability, I shipped back the Burberry glasses. Then, they send me an email (your Prada choice is not available anymore). I was upset and irritatingly ordered other Prada ones. However, I was more shocked when I was informed that the Burberry glasses were received after two days and now I have choice other glasses since my second choice is not available too. It is very ridiculous situation and I had to think twice before dealing with such a messy online site. I already lost shipping and customs fee for the Burberry glasses as well as my time.

I placed an order ZA*******809G for Emporio Armani EA3018-5219 two days ago. When I check the status and it says discontinued. I received no further update on this nor e-mail feedback from anyone about this (as they claimed on their website). This is the worst website on planet earth and hope they get closed down. Seriously! I waited almost a month for them to tell me they haven't received my payment?! Which is impossible because you can't process a order without a payment! They take the payment instantly from your account. Over $150 purchase 2) they get my order completely wrong, completely different brand. 3) I wasn't able to speak to a supervisor the guy did NOTHING for me but to say he will call me back. I had order the glasses twice. The first time took so long, that I cancel the order. To reorder to get them deliver in a 2 week as suggested. I love the glasses, exceptional quality plus more. I would love to order another pair but afraid I will go thru the same hassle.
I had gone to several stores to try on glass frames to see which I liked best. So, when I found the one I wanted, I found them on this site and sent my prescription to them. They were exactly as I expected and the order was filled promptly. I am very satisfied.

The time from my order until the glasses were delivered at my door was rather long, almost four weeks. At least, I had hoped for more information during this period. Love my new sunglasses. They are exactly as I ordered. I changed the lens to get a polarized lens, and they are perfect. If you are shipping to Canada be warned you will recieve a bill from fedex a couple weeks later for duties (mine was $15). A bit of a suprise since they said it's free shipping
