I had a good experience overall. I was a little hesitant at first to make the purchase, I had read some negative comments and was afraid I might even be subject to fraud. I finally decided to take the risk, and find by myself how things turned out. My product was not available for immediate shipping so I waited for a week or so for it to be shipped. It shipped from Hong Kong and was in Mexico a week later. However I had the frames delayed at customs due to a very low price tag, so I had to send them proof of purchase and my credit card statement so they would update the price. Finally I had to pay some clearance taxes which as soon as I sent the receipt, was reimbursed. This was the only inconvenient I had and as I mentioned before, the extra expenses were covered.

These guys... just great. I couldn't believe the price at first for the Ray Bans i got, almost half the cost? Well, gave them a try and couldnt have been better. Had and issue as I ordered the wrong color, but called the service line and had everything fixed. Shipping time was OK, not the fastest but nothing crazy long. For sure would use these guys again.
I ordered sunglasses for my boyfriend's birthday in January. They were "in stock." After I paid, I received an e-mail saying they were back ordered and it would be 1-4 weeks to restock. I wasn't too happy about this, but also fine. Four weeks goes by, still back ordered. 8 weeks goes by, still back ordered. Now, they are not giving me a timeframe. I reach out to ask if I can swap them for something similar considering it appears I may never get the glasses I order. They say fine, suggest something that I agree to and I think it is over. Then, they want to bill me for the difference. Seriously? I've waited over 2 months for these glasses that you now say I may never get and you won't comp me the difference on a similar pair? Please. I cancelled my order and asked to be refunded. I will never shop there again.

I've been buying contact lenses every month for over a year now -- always come within about three days of ordering from Italy to the UK, which is pretty speedy given the international nature of the purchase. Frustrating that UK opticians seem to want make so much margin on lenses, which as branded products will inevitably be commoditised, but hey...
Very happy with my purchase and experience with SmartBuyBlasses. Ordered a pair of Ray Ban's that were shipped from Italy to Arizona on a Thursday, and received the glasses on Monday. Not only fast but the shipping was free. In the past I have ordered items from other companies that took twice as long and were shipped from only a state away. Item was as advertised and received in great shape. They even included a lens cleaning kit (a bottle of lenses cleaner and a cleaning cloth) at no extra charge. A little thing but something that made my experience that much better. This is my first experience with this company but would recommend it to everyone.
In a global way the service was excellent nevertheless this was a birthday present and did not arrived on time I also did not had the information when it will be delivered when I made the order.

More than a week AFTER ordering I received an email stating they were in stock and would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. A week AFTER that I received another email stating that they were NOT in stock now and would be weeks before they even got them. By the time I received these summer will be over. Lets just hope I get my refund in a more timely manner, as I will have to pay somebody else to get my needed sunglasses. Why do they bother to waist your time. If they don't have the glasses... don't advertise them for sale!

I ordered my glasses thinking this was a uk company. It said same day dispatch but 8 days later I have still not received them. I have tracked my order and they are clearly coming from Hong kong. I would never have ordered glasses from a different country and feel like I have been conned.

I ordered some Ray Bans from what I thought was a Canadian website since the domain name had a. Ca extension. I was a little perturbed when I found out that my glasses were getting shipped from Hong Kong as I thought there may be additional duty etc. It turned out ok, the glasses were shipped by Fedex and arrived very quickly and there were no additional duties.
Please cancel my order an provide a full immediate refund. This is the second time you guys have done this to me what an inconvenience I tried to give you guys a second chance but once again you screwed up my order. You don't even have the customer service to initiate contact with me after you deceived me into purchasing an item twice now your website says you have in stock. I have to sit here wondering. I've bought from Smartbuyglasses three times and each have been a quick, easy process. A huge variety of products, prompt and great prices. I've recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so!
I placed an order of a pair of brown sunglasses mid March and now it is end of May. I was sent three incorrect sunglasses. First time I was sent a red pair, second time it was again the incorrect red pair and third time they sent me a blue pair of sunglasses. After the second wrong pair arrived I double checked with them if they actually sold the one shown on their website. They confirmed that it was in stock but each time there was a delay. I also reminded them multiple times to double check with the distribution center to send me the correct brown colored sunglasses. Instead of telling me honestly that they ran out of stock, they just randomly send me sunglasses in hope that I keep them. Each time I have to go to the post office to ship the sunglasses back to Hong Kong. It is such an inconvenience. I have never experienced such terrible online shopping before. This website and customer service are ineffective and inefficient!

Very pleased with the service and the product. Genuine Ray-Ban frames with progressive, color-matched gray gradient lenses. Very hard to find gradient Rx sunglasses at such a reasonable price. I intend to order more!
Ordered sunglasses with strengh for our son, and they came out wrong so he refused to wear them. We checked the glasses at a real store, and they were not set up as ordered!
In addition they do not operate according to local law regarding VAT, so the glasses were more expensive than stated.
