Unbelievable. You cannot speak with any customer service agent. You must do it all through e-mails. Received e-mail that my original frames I ordered are no longer manufactured. This was after like 10 days. So, I pick out another frame for $14 more. You'd think they would write off the $14 since their customer service is so non-existant and atrocious. I paid the extra $14. Sent to proof in the form of a link to them. Every day twice a day I get e-mails saying I need to pay the $14. This is very very frustrating. When you send an e-mail, then send you an email back saying that someone will e-mail you within 72 hrs. I'm so confused over all these e-mails what a mess!
If I ever get my glasses I will be happy. If not and I get my money back I will go to a dealer and pay full price for them. This is ridiculous and not worth the $50 or so you supposedly save. Don't do it.
Free shipping states 14day delivery, my order took 33 days.
Will make sure in the future to use US based companies to avoid the international shipping challenges.

I ordered a pair of glasses frames from here. They were quick to tell me the item was out of stock but they were contacting Ray Ban for me. After a few days, they let me know the frame was unavailable from Ray Ban and quickly refunded my money. Would deal with them again.

I have purchased twice now from Smartbuyglasses and both times my sunglasses was delivered faster than I expected. Tracking it online I could see that package left Japan on a specific day and surprisingly was at my home the very next day. Also I viewed the original sunglasses I bought from Smartbuyglasses in store first and since it was way cheaper purchased online and I can tell you what I received was an original down to the packaging. Would definitely buy again.
I would give 5/5 if it was possible to try glasses before buying because it is a bit scary to not know exactly what it will look in your face. At least if we could upload our picture to have an idea would be better. What I did is I went at an optometrist to try some models and as my face is small there was not much choice and the one I picked was a little big. And on your website I found the same model but a little smaller that is what makes me buy it and I'm happy with it. Good customer service also (Ana was answering to me). Thanks.

On ordering a new brand of lens an error took place.The order was based on a previous order (I am not a new customer). The new lenses, a box of 90, arrived within a fair amount of time, but not as multifocal lens. I contacted customer care after using 2 and discovering there was a mistake... and it appears the other 88 lenses are destined for the bin as you only accept unopened boxes returned.

My initial order was April 21st. They told me the lenses were lost in transit, so they canceled and reordered. Over 6 weeks later, still nothing. Today they finally said there was an additional issue and the order could not be shipped. Horrible
Fantastic, amazing price, glasses were delayed for 3 weeks but I did not mind and because of the delay no fault of Smart glasses, they gave me a discount, glasses arrived in beautiful case, cloth, little tool for adjustment if need be and the service was incredible, responded to my emails very quickly and I am shopping there again to purchase another pair.
I ordered 2 pair. At first I was happy, but then a week later the arm of one pair broke off. They are both way foggier and stay foggy than my CostCo glasses. When I emailed to get my broken pair fixed, they said I needed pictures of it when I already provided my order number and the style number. I have only had them 2 weeks. I hope this process to just get a simple repair is more effort than it is worth.

My order was flagged for "possible fradulent transaction", I sent the requested documents to confirm my identity and then I asked for the possibility of quicker delivery (I was leaving to go on vacation). The customer service rep, Jerome, replied the same day, got my order processed and even helped to get it expedited. Long story short, I got my glasses today---approx 5 days after I submitted my order. Just a little blurry but so far so good.
I just wanted to say that I really appreciate your efforts in getting this expedited. I am really satisfied with both the service and product thus far and I will definitely be recommending this site to my friends and family.

My contact order arrived in a timely manner and although the glasses I order were placed on back order because the Frames were out of stock, I received automatic weekly email updates of their status. So I never had to call the company or wonder what was going on with my order. And after I did get my glasses I noticed I had ordered the wrong size and the company gave me 100% credit on my glasses order towards the correct size glasses. Yes, I am a very happy customer.

Hi I bought ray-bans from sbg and were delivered in 3 days with full tracking info. These glasses are the real deal and a great company to deal with... in fact they even give me a discount for not having the FREE glass cleaner in stock and I did not even ask for it... I think if your going for prescription lenses may take a lot longer to get your glasses but stock ray-bans are no problem.
