The past 2x I have used this service, partial or full order not received. No customer service # to call and if you call the restaurant all they say is that it has been picked up. Who do you believe? Only option is to use email and just told that they cannot do a "refund". Used to use Skip at least once/week. Not any more!
Don't waste your time to order. I rarely receive my order. I get the notification that it has been delivered but it never arrives. Then I have to accept skip credits or wait 10 business days to get my money back. Skip don't wait 10 days for me to pay so I don't understand why I have to wait for my refund for a service I didn't get.
My tim hortons order took over an hour and a half to arrive. I could see from the tracking on the app that the driver was sitting at a park for over 30 minutes. All I got from support was generic responses about how busy they are which was clearly not the issue. My food was ready and courier assigned. He was not making other deliveries, he was sitting in one spot. I was assured by support that they would call the restaurant and have fresh food made... that was a lie. My coffee was cold, my hash brown was soggy and my son's frozen lemonade was melted. I was given a small refund. Pathetic.
Did not receive my delivery. They claimed the driver left it on the porch and delivered it successfully. My order was not there and they would not provide a refund because the driver said he delivered it. 50$, wasted.
Skip the dish are untrustworthy and unreliable and they don't have a proper customer service. Their drivers are not keen on making sure that they delivered the order.my last 2 orders are not delivered and they promised a refund which I never received. They are liars and steal our money.
I recently placed an order on skip the dishes, the order was never delivered, I used the apps "missing items" function but never got any feedback. When I contacted skip the dishes support (a guy called Gurinder K) they told me I didn't report the event on time and therefore there was nothing they could do. However, I reported it the same night it happened. They stole my $60. Don't ever order anything on this app!
Ordered from skip the dishes, have 3 hungry kids, person picked up our order from pizza pizza in Bradford Ontario, this persons name was Debbie. Our order never arrived, when looking at the map her car was parked for more than 20 min in a picnic area 10km away from our house. Than we get a notification that our order was delivered. When called skip the dishes we were told that the person couldn't deliver the order and that we'd get a refund within 10 days. My kids are still hungry and now I have to pay more money for them to eat. This person had a great meal on us in a picnic area, never again will I use skip the dishes, this company is a minus 1000 stars thanks to Debbie.
They've ripped me off NUMEROUS times. I order food and they say it's delivered and it's not! They don't help you find it and they won't give you a refund! They STEAL your money. RIP you off and won't help you! It's absolutely horrible and astonishing. Do not order from this theft scam company!
Absolutely despicable service! Foods always cold my soup came in a bag half the orders always missing stay the hell away from skip! They are not capable of giving you a refund when they mess up your order you spend $110 and they give you back $16 when they screw up your whole meal! They don't care if your children go hungry or yourself they just offer you a credit so they can screw your mail up for you next time and give you another credit that's how they keep their business going! Never will I ever ever I don't care if it's snowing blizzarding freezing cold outside order from skip again!
Worst company ever! They didnt even deliver my food and refuse to refund me my money. There customer service is also a joke. Asked to speak to management and there too afraid to actually call me. There drivers never follow instructions. They should be shut down
I've had problems like this before and they refuse to help in anyway I've had missing items, cold items and wrong items and they won't help at all it's all bs I'm really tired of this definitely not happy

I order a Pizza from el Matador and the pizza never arrived. I called the restaurant and they blamed skip the dishes. They should have Sented me another pizza with their own driver and took care of business after with Skip the Dishes.
Restaurants don't take any responsibility at all and I think is not right. They should at least get the phone number of the driver to followup.
Plus Skip the Dishes told me will get a refund in my card after 10 business day's.
They damaged my son and I night plan completely.
Never will order again true this app.
My food was delivered to the wrong address. My milkshake was spilled and there was missing items. All they offered me was a refund on the spilled and missing items. I would have preferred that they delivered what I wanted, but just got the refund.
Skip is trash don't use them there employees are rude and have no manners they take your money and don't give it back I spent 45 dollars and no food! That's messed up. There app always crashes and they blame the people trying to order... they took 120 dollars from me don't trust this food app go to doordash and urber eats for food cause there check the bag before they leave store!
I logged into Skip this week to find the information in my account gone (including my accumulated points). I was unable to palce an order. I 'chatted' with 3 different customer service people. One blamed my internet service, one left the chat middle of our conversation and one said he'd 'look into it' and never returned to the chat. As a loyal customer who has used this service once a week for over a year to send meals to my 90 year old parents, I'm disgusted with the support I received. I'm DONE.
I placed an order valued at over $100. They claim the delivered the food but I never received the order and was left stranded with guest that I could not feed. The company is very difficult to contact and the person I was dealing with just told me that I would not get my money back! This is the worst service I have received in years and would DO NOT recommend their services.
Tonight we went and decided to order for the first time from Cineplex. Ordered a large popcorn, 2 large drinks and Areo chocolates. Timing was excellent but that could be because they left out the popcorn. With 20 minutes left before cineplex closed and no way to get a hold of Skip, we had to get in our car, and go get our own popcorn. When I reported this to Skip via messaging the response I received back was "at this time we can not refund you." I don't need everything refunded but how about the service fee and delivery fee. I will be skipping the use of this service. Shame on you.
Order $97 worth of breakfast from Denny's using Skip the dishes and courier said food delivered when it wasn't delivered. Called customer service line 3 times and they refused to do anything about it. I have a door camera and a yard one too that clearly shows, items were not delivered and they still refused to do anything about it. They are thieves.
Trying to feed my family, spending my hard earned money on something that may or may not be delivered. Zero accountability. Every other time I order something im missing half my order. Horrible service.
