I would give them 0 if it were an option. Have shopped with them over the past several years, will not again. Had a product that seemed to be defective and called to see if I could return for a credit. Was told no, once opened no returns. I asked how would I know something is defective without opening?, I'd like to speak with a manager. Was told of course, none were available and one would call me back. Next day, no call. Did an online chat and asked where my call was and was told it can take up to 3 business days. Over a week later, still no call. Called them again and now told by a manager the same, once opened nothing can be returned but we can give you a $10 store credit for your trouble. Furious, what terrible customer service. Beware that if you have trouble with something from this store there is no option for returning. As well, the product expiration date was only 8 months from the time I received it, should be at least a year to be fresh.
I wish I can give them negative star! I have been communicating with them for more than a month for a missing item in my order placed in Jan 2022. They told me twice that their customer relationship team will contact me to help however it turns out to be a lie. Then they said I can get a replacement after I return the wrong item and I did as they instructed. Guess what, there is no update for my request and after I contacted them they said it's out of stock and I have to wait. After weeks of waiting the only solution is a refund and they never proactively provide any help to solve the problem caused by them.
I am such a fool for purchasing from this store! I bought the nuface set as well and it's been over a month and it hasn't arrived! The most annoying and inefficient customer service I have ever experienced!
It all too long to type on here. Their stalling tactics are horrible! I am currently trying to get a refund. Please do not support companies like this! I wish I read reviews on almost every review platform online before buying.
I should read review before I order with them. I haven't experienced any post packages in the last 7 months. Then it came to this package. FedEx site said it is delivered but I have never received it. They delivered at the time when I was home. No idea what happened, but all other packages were there but this. Contacted customer service and was assured once I submit the lost package form I will get my products back. It has been two weeks already, the statement went from submitting the form to received a replacement, to wait 3-5 businesses days to close case, to now need to wait until the so called "investigation" is finished before I can get a refund. I'm sick of this situation with their senseless excuses. It has been 2 weeks already; $200 is out and no products were received. Save your time stay away from this hectic.
The products they send are good and are priced well, but if there is something wrong with your order and you need to return or exchange, you would have to go through hell and back to get to a solution. I've been waiting on my refund for more than 2 weeks now!

My order was lost in the mail and I contacted customer service more than 10 times. Everyone I chatted with promised that it would be resolved in 48 hours. After 3 weeks, I have not heard a response from anyone. They don't have a phone number to call and you're forced to chat with their online customer service. They said will refund you or ship a replacement to you. After that I have not received my refund or replacement, then they said they are investigating with FEDEX and make me keep waiting. I urge everyone to boycott them and put them out of business!
I have never in my 61 years had a company sell a beauty product and then when you open it, which is the only way you can use it! They then tell you sorry no returns you opened it! Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
This company is a "Has Been!" you can now get most products on Amazon now. I just made my last order with Skincare... phone numbers that do not work, no reply to message center.
They need to make their logo: " I am really sorry about your issue!"
Since the ownership changed, they are now totally unreliable.
Go with Amazon... they are an excellent company with real telephone numbers and you can talk with real people.

It is very strange that so many people lost their money in the same way. The order is placed, an estimated date is sent by an email. There is no tracking information online, until one day, you found out that your package was delivered a week ago but you never received it. When you phoned skinstore, they told you they will investigate. Shortly after that, an email is sent to say that they are sorry your order is lost. They cannot refund or replace the order. When you tried to contact them by emails, every single email was bounced back automatically.
Has anyone ever had suspicion on this company?
I ordered a product December 6, with arrival set for December 13. It's now December 18 and still not in shipping mode. When I click "contact us", I fill in all the details of my query, but there is no "send" button.
I ended up ordering on e-bay and got it in two days. It will be a surprise if I ever get this order.
They are total scammers. Said my items would ship by 2/28. Contacted them 3 weeks later and this is the response:Thank you for getting in touch about order *******.

Sadly we don't have a confirmed date for when we will be shipping again, however this is continually being monitored and when possible we do hope to ship to here again.

What a disaster. Such a poor customer service! They did not give me the free gift worth 95$ or more - which was one of the reasons I ordered from them in the first place and when I contacted them they said they cannot send it once the order was delivered... complete absurd. Did not have any similar experience with cheaters like them. And try to call them - there is no number so you feel like you are stuck
In my experience they have not delivered what they had agreed to as there were items missing. When contacted they deny any responsibility and and show absolutely no interesting in their customers. 'Customer Service'... do they actually know what this means?
The more people who write reviews the more people will avoid using them. Use them at your own peril!
Seriously in this day and age these companies should NOT be allowed to trade. Just go into any review web-site and this company have no end of horrendous reviews.
I purchased several Suki products for this company. Instead of what I ordered, they sent me 3 tiny sample bottles of the product. After a big hassle, they agreed to take them back. Ive been waiting 2 months for a refund which I still dont have. Their phone number is useless. Have sent them 20 emails... just get lip service back. Stay away. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Have ordered from SkinStore for years, but no longer. The new owners have taken a fine company and put it on a fast downward spiral
1) packing slips are not included with an order.
2) the product is not packed with adequate shipping material. A giant paper was is not proper shipping material.
3) free product samples are no longer enclosed.
The myriad of negative reviews tell me my decision to take my business elsewhere is a wise one. Goodbye SkinStore. You were great.

I buy skinceuticals C Ferulic from Blue Mercury, but came across skinstore and gave it a try. My package came ripped open from an unnamed address, with no markings on the box. The two products came in what looked like skinceuticals boxes, but when I opened the product, it looks like yellow water, not the darker yellow oil I am used to. The consistency is completely different, and runs like water, rather than oil.
Spent close to $300, and didn't receive any of the free gifts that were supposed to come with it.
I placed an order today on their website. Two items were on sale, and I ordered them on-line. After I checked out, I went to print my invoice and notice I was charged $131 dollars. However, the sale prices reflected it should have been only $120. I went through the chat customer service and provided my order number and they gave me the runaround saying I needed to send them screen prints of their own site, plus my invoice. I don't know how to do that and got exceedingly frustrated. The products seem good, but I won't order anything from them anymore. There was nothing that they offered to rectify my overcharge.
Horrible company with the worst customer service. Sold me a defective, unsealed product that irritated my eyes and refused to take it back because I opened it. No concern for the customer health or well being. Please believe every negative review. I wish that I did.
I ordered testosterone booster from them. All I had to pay ( what they led me to believe) was shipping and handling. 3 weeks and 189.00 later I catch it on my bank statement. They will not reimburse you. I got caught in the scam as well
