The amnomia in them makes me not want to get them anymore for my family it's embarrassing when we go out and it smells like our clothes are unclean or like urine will not be purchasing anymore
So, I placed an order last night in their web site, before checkout it had given me my 20%off ( which in my email stated no code was needed, would be taken off at checkout), and I had a 5.00 reward coming so I added that too. So I added my payment information, clicked to pay, and BAM- they removed my 20%off. So I tried to call, not available, so I sent an email, actually 2 emails because I didn't realize the 1st one went through. Here I sat at work waiting to get an email, text ( they have my phone # too) nothing sent. So our computers go down, I use this opportunity to call. I am places on hold for 20 mins., Decide to have them call back. They do, and tell me they will honor the 20%off code. I said OK, then Veronica tells me the code is too old and she can't honor it. So I ask for a full refund. She has no idea I sent an email or where it goes to, so now I have to hope they don't send the shoes that I told them I didn't want in an email I sent 2 mins. After paying when I noticed I didn't get the 20%off. Terrible business practices. Now I remember why I switched to New Balance in the first place. Buyer beware, the shoes were really cute too, it's a shame. They had an arch support which I was extremely excited about in the first place because I have Plantar Fasciatis and need a show with an arch support and shoes now a days just don't seem to have one. Oh well- lesson learned.
I bought some composite toe work shoes, I've had them about 3 month
These are the worst work shoes I've ever bought, the sole changes after wearing, so it doesn't conform to your feet, it feels like something is stuck to your shoe and your walking on it, until you can walk the sole back into place, I think I'll need surgery on my feet to fix them after a 8 hour day of walking on these work shoes

After 7 months of wearing SKETCHERS composite toed shoes I developed pain in the bottom of my arch, heals and calves. I do not recommend, even with insoles, I developed chronic pain in my feet. Even transitioning back to my older work shoes, I am still having issues with pain and walking on my heals. I am NOT looking for a replacement or any type or refund or exchange.
Cheap quality materials, rubber on heels comes apart, heel insoles wear through quickly, and inside back of shoe wears through with holes and irritates back of foot. Washable shoes shrink in washer.
I joined Skechers+, and ordered a pair of Skechers Slip-ins: Max Cushioning - Advantageous in my size, shown as available and in stock on Skechers website. A few days later, I got an email from Skechers that "Some or all of your order is unavailable for shipment" and that my order had been canceled. It suggested two other styles. I clicked on them and found that none were available in my size. So I went back to the website and ordered a different pair in my size that their website showed as in stock and available. A couple of days later, I got another email from Skechers, same message: those too were "unavailable for shipment" and my second order was canceled. Folks, this is the manufacturer. I know that even direct sales can be impacted by supply chain disruptions, but there are two acceptable responses - "we are canceling your order" is not one of them:
(1) they are out of stock but we expect to have them by [date] and will fill your order when they are. If you want to cancel your order email us at [email address].
(2) they are out of stock and we do not know if or when they will be available. Please select another style in your size, email your selection to us at [email address] and we will set them aside for you and ship them to you promptly.
Do not buy these shoes if you walk on an unpaved surface! Pebbles, small debris and mud get stuck in the soles. Say they are washable but after several attempts, no notable difference.
Visited Meadowhall sketchers 29.07.23 9.30am. Hated the customer service. Don't listen and rude. Never had a bad experience like this

I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers…
I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers work boots from their online store. These boots are specifically made for construction/standing etc. they are work boots. They lasted about 3 months, after that, whatever cushioning they advertised was gone and now they are like wearing concrete pads. I have severe back issues and these boots only made that worse as well as making me exhausted all of the time. I reached out to the customer service website and spent way too many hours gathering photos, receipts, explanations, etc. at their request only to find out that the customer service was for Sketchers in India only. So, I started the process all over again with a different Sketchers customer service website and again supplied all the same information. This time, I supplied the information many times at their request via numerous emails, only to be sent (after wasting another 3 weeks) a form letter telling me that I needed to return them to the place of purchase and that had to be within 45 days. The revelation of 45 days from purchase date was never mentioned in the 3 months that I've wasted trying to return them. So, I'm guessing that Sketchers only expects their products to perform they way they are advertised for 45 days. I would not buy any Sketchers products ever again. What a waste of my money, time and certainly my health. Way to prove why people hate customer service Sketchers. Well done.

My husband placed an order for two pairs of shoes on the Skechers.com site. The system did not give him a confirmation so he thought the order did not go thru so he placed 2 additional orders. The next day he sees that Skechers took the money for all three orders out of our bank account and sent him an email that they received orders but did not know when they would ship due to heavy demand. My husband called the customer service that day and asked for two of the orders to be cancelled. They told him that they do not cancel orders, that he would have to wait until the items shipped and were received by him and then he could call customer service again and request a return authorization, or just refuse the orders when delivered. Once the item is returned they would refund us our $320.96 back, approx 5 days after receipt and would send us an email.
I told my husband this is crazy, who doesn't allow you to cancel an order that has not even shipped yet?
I told him I would call customer service and request a cancellation. So the next day I called and spoke to customer service at the Skechers.com *******411. They then told me that they do not cancel orders, but that when I get an email from the freight company that the shipment is on its way I can call the freight company and tell them to send the order back. Who does this? Who makes the Freight company do their job? Worst policy ever! You can return and wait weeks/months for your money back, but you CAN NOT CANCEL an order. Very frustrating, and will be interesting to see how long it takes them to actually ship his order to him, as of today 7-12-22 has not shipped but they have taken $460.96 out of our bank account and are enjoying our money while we work with the freight company to do Skechers job and then wait for Skechers to give us a credit - I think we should change them interest. We will now be sending back all 3 orders and will never order Skechers again. This is not the right way to treat your customers.
So I needed new work boots and found the Sketchers steel toed boots at a good price. Bought 2 pair. They are not insulated so I only tried them on when I first got them. The support is horrible, which isn't much of a problem and I just inserted Dr. Scholls supports. I wore the one pair just around the house to get a feel for them and some how the toe got nicked and tore back the leather. I couldn't believe it. I patched it as the return period had past since I got them in the late winter. So spring has sprung and I started wearing them. I was on a job and they got wet, not like standing in water wet, just wet. When I got home and took them the SMELLED so BAD and musty. The smell has permeated the boot and will not go away. It's so bad, I can smell them when I'm standing and I'm 6'4". If I can't rid these boots of the smell, they will go in the trash. It's embarrassing to be standing with a client and have that musty smell wafting up. Steer clear of these boots, they don't breath, poor support, and not good quality at all. Pay the extra for a real work boot.
I have had many skechers over the years, and they make the most comfortable tennis shoes, maybe they don't last forever but so comfy!
Fell apart in less than three monthes. Threads coming out, toe delamnated.
Skechers did not honor there warrany.
If you want to wait 3 months for an order and keep getting put off by their 'customer service' - go ahead and buy from them.
I purchased a pair of skechers ******* model shoes about 6 months ago. I used them as my nice shoes for about 3 months to break them in, which consist of wearing them 2-3 times a week for about 4 hours each time. I started wearing them as my regular dailys and after several weeks i noticed them falling apart. I contacted skechers and sent in all the information requested. I was told to send them in at my expense since i purchased them from a "3rd party seller" ( Famous Foot Wear). I told them that did not seam fair so they offered me a 30% off coupon. Not what i wanted, i want them to stand by their warrantee and replace them since they were only 4.5 months old when they started to fall apart. Their warrantee is for 2 years. I WILL NEVER BUY SKECHERS AGAIN AND RECOMEND NO ONE ELSE TO EVER DO SO. Only
Purchased 2 pairs. Sent 1 back. Received by Skechers, still no refund. Sent numerous emails and DM's on Twitter.

Will not purchase any Skechers shoes again. Shoes breaking down quickly. Very poor quality construction and materials!
This is becoming quite ridiculous for a company like Skechers to not even care about customers, today I get an email about reviewing my shoes when I haven't even received them or heard anything about my problem of getting the shoes. I will definitely be reviewing this on social media and warning customers. My husband orders shoes and gets them the next day delivered to our door,. Just picked up my shoes at Loomis in oshawa, total joke you have to be let in compound with security gate but no way to call anyone just lucky a truck driver was leaving and he let me in. Then had to ask guys where to pickup as they share with canpar, guys told me around corner and upstairs, senior citizen plus major foot injury and 13 stairs later I picked up my shoes that delivery guy was too lazy to get out of his truck to deliver to my condo door. There is construction at front of my building but accessible to everyone, same day as Loomis was here so was Amazon and Purolator with no delivery problems. DONT DEAL WITH LOOMIS, I will never order from skechers again.
