Overall, while the company serves as a valuable resource, improvements in customer service and platform functionality are essential for enhancing user satisfaction.

I see a pattern in some reviews - 1 negative reviews and then 2-3 positive would follows the next day and that cycle goes on and on. I also see reviews (and advertisements) that has nothing to do with site being reviewed. E. g a review(advertisement actually) on handmade jewels under a game site.
Sitejabber system is obviously flawed and they are not doing anything about it. Looks like they are not concern about the authenticity of the reviews and perhaps more concerned about making money.
Was contacted swiftly by the Sitejabber team for details of the problem regarding the search bar.
I was pretty impressed by their quick respond and that they don't ignore feedbacks and pretend like there is no problem.
This deserves a thumbs up.
Sitejabber allows liars and cheaters to flood the site with fake reviews. Businesses then respond back with more fakes. To and fro, fighting fakes with fakes. Childish but sadly true, and worst, it discredit both the business and Sitejabber.
Sitejabber should not allow too offensive or defensive reviews to be posted. Or maybe, as a defensive mechanism, reviews are only posted for public to see after user prove to be genuine like if they have more than a certain amount of reviews and have logged in more than a few times a week or month.
This is not foolproof but at least will reduce spams to a certain degree.
There are also some technical problems like the search bar not working well and the slow posting.
The search bar, one of the most essential features to using the site, seems to be broken when I try to find a website
Hi Jeremy, we understand this is from a while ago – our search bar has since been fixed. Thank you.
If you have ever been ripped off, lost money, or been hugely disappointed in the products of an online business, and you want to warn others-this is the PERFECT SITE! Alternatively, if you love an online business and want to encourage people that they can trust it, write a review on Sitejabber.com! This online reviewing site is growing exponentially. I buy many things online because I'm disabled, but also because retail stores are limiting stock. I totally rely on people's reviews before I buy or not buy from certain sites. Sitejabber is the perfect site in order to check whether or not you are dealing with a reputable, trustworthy, high quality business.
In addition, the founder of the site has contacted reviewers last year on ways to make the site better. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? Only someone who values the members who use his site. And the website has become increasingly better.
I urge you to review online businesses on Sitejabber.com if you've had either a horrible or excellent experience-or even if you want others to know about the online company. I also encourage you to look at SItejabber before you buy from a website which you've never used before-check out the reviews of people who already used that website.
I highly recommend Sitejabber.com. It will help you!
Thank you for sharing this great review, Roseann.
The reviews on here are such a nice way to check out a site before buying products. Wish I found this site before... would have saved me a lot of hassle and money.
Thanks for sharing your experience with Sitejabber, Lily - we appreciate your feedback and we’re so glad you’ve found our site beneficial.
I'm coming here to read reviews about companies which is interesting for me and also I'm sharing my opinion. I want to say that the Sitejabber Browser Extension is best that sitejabber could have ever done because it shows me which sites are pure and which not. I love your team they are working excellent!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Sitejabber, Marina!
Wonderful platform to destroy other business or image in a minute.
They are happily doing this services to feed them. Such a selfish services
I'm confused not because the site is messy but because not all reviews goes "live" even when you received notification emails that it did. They just appear in your profile page but nowhere else.
There are a few things I'm puzzled about or find bad:
- sometimes negative reviews doesn't get published
- there are spam "reviews" that doesn't say anything about the site or business
- there are post that seems to want to start a fight (just my opinion)
Other than these, Sitejabber is a good site to look for alternatives opinions about a business/website. I hope they stay true and not turn to another "review-advertising" site. There are enough scams out there already!
I hope I don't get ban for writing a not so positive review.
Hey Jeremy, we appreciate the opportunity to address this. Reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged for further review which can take up to 30 days. We place equal value on both positive and negative honest reviews. Sitejabber uses a Review Filter and algorithm that attempts to display only authentic content for buyers by screening certain reviews. You can learn more at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#filter. The filter isn’t perfect, but it is dynamic and always learning. If you see spam reviews slip through, please feel free to report them.
You go to match reviews on their site there are 4x more one stars reviews than 5 star reviews but their stats are falsely reported! Saying over 1000 *5 stars and 700 *1 star reviews.
The majority of reviews are 1 star yet it gets a 4.5 out of 5 stars!
Fake site
Many buttons and links do not redirect to anything when I click on them. I need to drag the link to the tab, and then something will open up. I'm using FF by the way.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Jenna. This has since been fixed, but let do us know if this issue comes up again.
The site is really excellent. I do regular shopping. They are also interested when I have a problem. I advise
Thanks for sharing, Emrah!
It is nice to finally find a site with reviews by actual customers. Most sites seem to hire reviewers and you can't believe what is being said. I am interested in both the good, and not so good, reviews. After reading them I can make up my own mind. Keep the ratings honest. The web needs your kind of service.
We are grateful you took the time to leave us a review, Fred.
The idea of an online review site for other websites is a great concept, but the Sitejabber website itself needs some work.
I am registered on the site and have posted a few reviews from time to time. Today I came here as a result of having Googled looking for reviews about an online merchant website. Sitejabber had several well-written reviews from customers who had experience with the website. So far so good, but...
After reading a good review, I clicked on the "Was this review helpful? [yes]" to cast a helpful vote for that review. I was surprised to get an error message telling me I had already voted on that review (I know that I had not already voted on it because this was the first time I looked at any reviews for the site it was about). OK, I thought "Hmmm, that's odd" and continued reading.
Next helpful review, I try to submit a "helpful" vote and again I get the same error message even though I KNOW that I have not voted on that review before.
Then I noticed that I was not logged in and I thought that might be the problem because Sitejabber couldn't tell who I was. So I logged in. Now Sitejabber shows my username at the top of the screen.
OK, I go back to the reviews for the site I was interested in, planning to place "helpful" votes for a few reviews -- BUT NO -- because now there isn't any place to vote on any of the reviews. There is a score showing how many votes each review already had, BUT NO PLACE TO ENTER A VOTE.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a rating. We appreciate you, Liza!
I would give a five star to sitejabber if we could upload our review in a video format, view review in a video format and if we could be able to review all product, and wen i mean all i mean all product, food, clothing, service (bell, Rodgers etc etc)You can offer to put a link on your website so we can buy directly all product from your site. The only reason i suggest to implement video review on sitejjabber it because that, a lot of people don t reed online they know how to reed they just don, that why YouTube as so many video uploaded every day among other website... the review shouldn't not be a long video just a short 40msec video that way it take less bandwidth. Increase web traffic and revenue.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Martin. We understand this was a while ago, but we’re happy to share you can now leave reviews using videos.

You write a review here which is a bad review but when you go online to look for it, it is nowhere to be found this website is in partnership with certain other websites so only list good reviews..
Hi Rick, thank you for sharing your concern. We value all honest reviews whether they’re positive or negative. Sitejabber uses a Review Filter and algorithm that attempts to display only authentic content for buyers by screening certain reviews. You can learn more at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#filter.
The same filter and algorithm is applied to every review. The filter isn’t perfect, but it is dynamic and always learning. As a result, you may see reviews move in and out as the filter learns more about the trustworthiness of the reviews of a particular site.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Lori.
