The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with many customers praising its platform for providing reliable information and fostering consumer protection against scams. Users appreciate the user-friendly interface and the speed of review posting, which enhances their shopping confidence. However, significant concerns arise regarding usability issues, including login difficulties and the inability to edit or delete reviews. Additionally, suspicions about fake reviews and inadequate support responses have been noted, leading to frustration among users. Overall, while the company serves as a valuable resource, improvements in customer service and platform functionality are essential for enhancing user satisfaction.

It works fine. And, it has older (and therefore more robust, varied and better tested) extension/add-on set)

Could you add other online travel booking sites, e.g. cheapoair.ca, booking.com, etc., to your list of recommended sites under the relevant category? Although most travel online booking sites do that, they all should allow the currency of the prices to be clearly marked, and perhaps selected.
Thank you for your suggestions, Guy. Categories are chosen by the businesses themselves, and the order they show up in is automatically determined by a number of factors including number of reviews and average rating. We’ve passed your suggestions to our development team.
Best reviews on the internet - always trustworthy, no scams or other scummery. The best of the best!
Thanks, Chris.
I was expecting for the page to have been on the website I was writing a review to, with nothing on it except "start your review", not the sitejabber website
I really love the way they attend to me. And i was able to get a perfect response from them regarding every of my questions.
We have your back, Linda!
This is the best site have even known. It really nice interacting with you. I promise to tell my friends about this site.
Thank you, John!
Thank you Sitejabber offers an amazing platform, It's my first review on sitejabber and I reviewed for it.
Thank you - it's much appreciated!
Just found this site and found it very informative. Will definitely be using this site on a regular basis to help in decision making with advice from other consumers.
Thank you, Ayleen!
I like the idea or reviewing websites, but I just went thought every one of those website suggestions turning them of and here they are again! Why give an option of turning them off, only to present them again? You've wasted some of my time.
In Real Life, wrongdoings occur every day, in business and all facets of human interaction causing varying degrees of damage. Thank you for watchful eyes for the Internet. The Public also needs a forum where unscrupulous exploitation of the vulnerable can be exposed apart from the Internet. Please bring a site where Wrongdoers could be shamed to make good, rather than quietly, unknown, "getting away with it". We really need this, the BBB has failed.
I think this site falls short when it comes to its original premise of identifying good or bad websites as the number of super active reviewers are very small and they fill up most of the content. In addition, people say that their reviews have been modified by the website...
First time I attempted to review gearbest I got this error "sorry we were unable to complete your review email adress can not be empty", I finally managed to leave a review however whatever is the cause of the bug should really be fixed, I'm not the first person to complain about this bug from what I've checked
Thanks Sitejabber, my problem with Fashionmia was positive resolved straight away,
And I am very happy. Regards, Regina
We have your back, Regina.
Sitejabber removed my and another person's negative review of Online Book Club site, so it looks like that site (running a scam operation for the most part with overblown claims and charges) is legit. Shame on you Sitejabber! I dare you to post this review, but, of course, doubt you will. You do NOT want objective reviews of the sites you review and are biased for the business operators, NOT serving the consumers' interests!
This site is little more than a bash website. Negative reviews are published immediately, without even ensuring the review meets this website's own terms of service (specifically, removing personal information or not allowing personal attacks).
Positive reviews are held for up to 48 hours. The reason I was given? To ensure they meet the ToS of Sitejabber. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
This site also has awful reviews through the better business bureau. People, stick to the legitimate review sites for a business that has an app! Google Play store, Apple App store or the business's official Fan Page, if they have reviews turned on.
I've submitted my review but have yet to see it. Pretty disappointing. I'm starting to feel like you only allow the negative reviews.
Hi Jess, it looks like you submitted the review for VarageSale.com today and it can take up to 48 hours for your review to go live on the site. If it doesn't appear soon please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@sitejabber.com
This is a very amazing website. It can help with my work. Amazing God Bless to the Creators. I do like this website. :)
Thank you for sharing your experience.
On the site for Sitejabber's add-on browser extension, a word is mispelled "quesiton." Sitejabber's "contact us" provides email addresses and a real-world address. It would be helpful - people would not need to spend as much contacting Sitejabbers, if there were a message box on the Sitejabber page itself for instant communication about trival matters like mispellings. I like Sitejabber, but haven't visited it enough and used enough of its features to give it a proper rating. So I will let both ends meet in the middle until I am better informed.
You recently sent me new password and said to log in and change it. No place could be found to make change. Also found site difficult to navagate and review any comments on my reviews or frankly anything. My feeling at this moment is frustration and a poopoo to youyou
Hi there. To change a password, log in and click the dropdown menu at the upper right of your screen, next to your name and profile picture. Select “Account Info” to update the password and make sure you hit “save changes”.
