I put a lot of work into a detailed & honest five-paragraph review of an online business, only to find that it has been hidden/"not recommended" because the "content quality algorithms have determined it to be less useful". What? Months ago I tried twice to contact Sitejabber for an explanation. What rule did I break? How can I edit the review to make it visible? Zero response. Completely ignored. This blatant censorship and utter disrespect for its users is unacceptable. And it renders Sitejabber completely unreliable and inaccurate as a gauge of consumer opinion. Why would I want to continue adding reviews to Sitejabber if they're just going to screw me over like this? Instead, I'll stick with the other review sites where honest and reasonable reviews like mine aren't being censored.
