I have been using Sitejabber for almost a year. As of today, no issues with this review platform.

They do read reviews before posting but they usually get it done in less than hour depending on the time of day.

I don't see the point of this site. It's too expensive and you have to give out too much personal information. I believe it to be a scam site so be cautious about logging on.

Useful I finally rated Trustpilot for suspending my Trustpilot account sitejabber is lot more better then Trustpilot also sitejabber I have message for you you need to see the video or image if you wanna know the word the word is Sitejabber is a good site and trustworthy if I got the word wrong tell me!

I give the site 4 stars and not 5 because I believe there's always room for improvement. However, my experience with the site was great. I must also comment their UI which very nice and easy to navigate. I encourage others to patronize the site. Thanks/

Sitejabber asks questions of its reviewers things such as bust and hip size and other mostly unrelated information not necessary in a full legitamate review site.

A typically review website that encourage bad reviews then try to extort businesses for money. For example you need to write a novel to post on here. This is standard of ranting unhappy people, not people that just wish to leave a positive review. No doubt if they're offered money they will "improve your listing" or something like that.

Terrible website and they shouldn't be trusted.

Since posting I've noticed you need to create an account etc, once again something annoyed people will happily do, not so much people that are happy.

Such a disgusting business model.

The company has an excellent and expeditious customer service, extremely professional company, they go the extra mile until you are satisfied. The app functions perfectly (without any glitches) - I highly recommend it; go for it! You will be more than glad to have it on your website. And for free, no other app can beat it.

When I log out, my profile shows up as missing and says I'm not active. I've been making reviews for years. So, I have no idea what's going on. I've emailed support several times a day and today I emailed the help desk to try and resolve this. It seems like I have to email them every day, several times a day because I keep getting the "profile not found" message. If my profile isn't found, why can I still make reviews and log in?

I tried to do what I thought was review for domino's through a Google search. This site came up so I fell for it. I completed a review to be asked to sign in which I did through Google. The review did not ever show but I did get me a damn account I didn't want and a box full of bs emails already. What a joke. Thank you sitejabber, my first and only review here is your 1 star.

Sitejabber is a panic name for fake companies & a trusted name for common people. A great Website, people can access it easily & also can see honest reviews. Highly inaccurate. You can write anything about any site and it will post. Lots of fraudulent claims and spam among their reviews.
