I have been using this service for a long time. It is important for me that my funds are safe and I have received them for sure. SimpleSwap has never disappointed me for all the time! I like their support team, which is very responsive and really helpful. I will use it again and again, thank you!

I was transferring BNB from my wallet and swapping it for LTC. When the transaction was completed my BNB was gone but the LTC had not arrived in my wallet. I had a brief electrical outage which may have caused this. I contacted Simple Swap and David did an excellent job of finding the problem and gave me two options 1) return the coins to me or complete the original transaction and I chose the latter. It took a couple hours but David kept me Informed and my LTC ended in my wallet. Thank you David very much.

I had an issue earlier where tokens did not get swapped. I raised the issue and support was very professional. I love dealing with simpleswap as they try to assist you in resolving the issue which they did for me.

Hello! Yesterday am I initiated a swap (Link--> to XDC). The Link was sent to the requested address as per the Simple Swap system. This was deducted from my coinable pro account almost immediately. As I type, it has been 23 hours without fulfillment. I sent a help email to "*******@simple swap"... Lets see how long this takes to solve.

**Update**
A few hours after I contacted the support team, they solved the problem and at todays Link exchange rate which favored my position.
A minor hiccup and resolved fairly quickly. I would use their services again.

I have been using this exchanger for more than one month. Thank you for the pleasant rates and quick exchange). And as a bonus, I really like the loyalty program, where I get cashback in BTC for each exchange.

I don't know why coinbase works so slowly. I've received a notification my coins will be held up for 72 hours. It's unacceptable when you trade! I was swapping my coins via simpleswap and contacted them for this issue. Miko assured me that when they will receive my crypto, he will refund or complete my swap at the same or a better rate. I've been using these guides quite a long. Never has issues, except this one. Actaully, it's not their fault. I just noticed that never wrote a review for them!

I have maded various exchnages through SimpleSwap and never got any problem. The platform is fast and easy to use. They have a large list of coins with a good rate. If i have any doubt i contact their support team. David always helps me with my questions. High quality service.

So I tried my hand at swapping XRP for SOL. It worked partially because I did not know what I was doing (new to this whole crypto world). Due to my own fault I sent 650 XRP into cyberspace. I contacted customer care not expecting any meaningfull response or assistance. Boy was I pleasantly surprised by the nearly immediate response and assistance. Before the day was over the 650 XRP was traced and returned to my wallet. I will again try to swap coins using SimpleSwap knowing that if there is a hitch they will come to my rescue. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but good after care service must be commended!

I must admit that my first experiences in creating an exchange were not successful. I reached out to the support team to get help.
I want to tell you that they have a great video with detailed instructions on how to create an exchange. But, after this video, I still had questions, even if they were very stupid.
I am grateful to the SimpleSwap support team for patiently explaining each step to me, telling me what to do, and how to fill in each column.
After that, I successfully created my first exchange!
I was told how to check its status and how long it will take.
And you know what? The exchange took less time than I expected. Everything was fast and accurate.
Thanks to SimpleSwap, I feel that I can continue to create exchanges.

Accidentally, I didn't notice that a memo was required to send to simple swap. Happily, their support resolved my issue quickly and sent me Dai tokens on time. Great job!

Super simple, great selection, fast as can be. Best of all, support is second to none. Thank you Stephanie and the tech team for responding swiftly and leaving me happier than I could have expected.

My first transaction went smoothly. Then I had one where the tokens never arrived. Refunded. Foolishly, I tried again. I had a success and then a failure. Had to go through 20 emails and eventually a video capture of my screen. Again, got a refund. Their email says "Unfortunately, there was a one-time technical issue with Helium." Not true. At that point, it happened twice. I asked if there was something I might do differently. Got the answer below:

We just get a response from the technical department. Our system could not correctly determine the deposit, this could be due to the following reasons:

- the exchange could have been created not for a unique amount;
- your coins came with a delay.

To avoid such situations, we recommend that you create an exchange for a unique amount, such as 123.4758 and send exactly this amount. Also, send coins immediately after creating an exchange, without delays.

In the end, I got my token back twice. Am now on email #4 with regard to getting tokens back on fail #3. If it is a scam, I'm not sure how the scam works. Perhaps they wait for people to give up. Seems more like gross incompetence to me.

This is not an automated system as you might think. E.g. You deposit your crypto and when its confirmed on the blockchain it does not complete or verify your transaction/complete on simpleSwap. I believe someone has to confirm your transaction then send it as I got my crypto from different wallets for the same swap.

After I sent a message and email saying I wanted to swap other cryptos(did not do any more swaps after) like BTC, was my transaction magically completed. Person I messaged had bad English.

Use alternative Dex or Centralised exchange.

Don't be tricked with SimpleSwap. Obviously, it's not DEX but fking Centralized
I highly recommend not using SimpleSwap to those expecting to swap on a decentralized service
At the moment, SimpleSwap locked my fund and doesn't provide any reason
POTENTIALLY INTENTION TO TAKE MY FUND

By respecting the platform, I already provided full info of ID, contract doc, and selfie BUT SimpleSwap did nothing for me. Even they are hiding the reason of locking my fund (really doubting if there's no reason)

I was expecting to wait quite a while to get a response from Simple Swap help desk, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer in minutes! Although my problem was not fixable, due to my mistake, I wanted to acknowledge my postive experience!
