Hello! Yesterday am I initiated a swap (Link--> to XDC). The Link was sent to the requested address as per the Simple Swap system. This was deducted from my coinable pro account almost immediately. As I type, it has been 23 hours without fulfillment. I sent a help email to "*******@simple swap"... Lets see how long this takes to solve.
**Update**
A few hours after I contacted the support team, they solved the problem and at todays Link exchange rate which favored my position.
A minor hiccup and resolved fairly quickly. I would use their services again.
