I have used Silk Fred for a few years now and their customer service is second to none. They are prompt in delivery and any refunds on returns. They answer emails quickly and I would recommend them to others. Their clothing is of high standard and reasonably priced. I shall continue to be their customer

Item ordered was delivered really quickly. Quality was fantastic but sadly didn't suit me Needed to return it but printer broke so emailed to request a returns label. Very speedy response and issue resolved.

The dress I ordered is beautiful and arrived on time. The second item was delayed but I contacted silk fred and they promptly emailed back and told me what was happening. My second item then arrived when promised. Excellent service

Fabulous fashion choices, easy to purchase, true to fit. I have loved everything I have purchased and have had some great compliments. Helen and staff are so helpful and supportive. Nothing too much trouble, making online shopping quick and easy! X

Bought a jumpsuit online which came with a belt. Received the jumpsuit which was lovely but the belt was faulty. I contacted customer service on the Friday and they replied on the Saturday to say they contacted the manufacturer for me. They then got back to me to say a replacement was being sent by courier. Replacement belt arrived on the Wednesday. Very impressed with the level of service and will definitely shop again.

This company not only provides good quality and individually priced clothing, but the customer service is excellent, very rare in this day to find! I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again

After ordering a dress and not received this after being advised dispatched, I contacted silk Fred who got in touch with supplier and kept me informed at all times, order had been lost but immediately resent which was received within days, great service I have ordered several times and always had a good experience, excellent service as always.

Hele from Silkfred is sooooo helpful and friendly, no question is ever too much for her. It is a pleasurable shopping experience, and I just looooooove their dresses. So elegant and sexy and classy. I am a regular customer now and will lb definitely stay one.

A fantastic company that offers a broad range of fashion. I have bought dresses, blouses, tops and trousers that are all good quality. It is quick and easy to order and importantly to return any items that don't suit. The team are friendly and respond to any queries promptly. I'm looking forward to using the new app Thanks SilkFred!

I ordered two dresses for the first time from SilkFred. I live in Menorca Spain and they arrived within a week. I was very pleased with the quality and many friends remarked on them and asked me where I had bought them from. I will definitely be placing other orders in the near future.
